The food at Hands On Restaurant was really good, but unfortunately the service was the complete opposite. The server had us follow her to the dining area, but never told us we could sit anywhere. We just stood there waiting because we genuinely didn't know where to go, and instead of saying something like, "You can sit anywhere," she just gave us a dirty look. We're not mind readers. The entire time she came across as rude, unwelcoming, and like she didn't want to be there. It's disappointing because the food was honestly great, but the customer service really took away from the experience. I hope management looks into it because the restaurant deserves service that's as good as its food. read more

I did get food from here delivered, so I don't know if the portion is representative from what it looks compared to when you eat inside. I do think it was the right amount for the portion. I got the shrimp Tom yum soup and the chicken drunken noodles. Both had a really great flavor. I did ask for medium spicy and it was probably a little less spicy so I could use a little bit more heat. The prices were also reasonable. read more

I love ordering from here. We probably eat from here every other week, at least, if not more. My kid loves the gyozas and steamed noodles, I like any of their noodle dishes. Ordered recently and while most of the food was good, the long delivery time was absurd and the food wasn't just warm, it was plain cold. Aside from the cold, the flavors were all great in the warm dishes and sushi was fresh. However the spicy tuna was terrible. It was inedible it was so bad. The tuna itself was not rancid, it was how ever they are choosing to flavor it. My family used to own a sushi bar in Florida, and I order spicy tuna everytime I eat sushi from anywhere, no exceptions. This was disgusting. Delivery issues We ordered using a delivery app, but the restaurant uses it's own drivers. The estimated time was 20-30 minutes. It then increased to 40-50 minutes. I have used these services before from the restaurants side, and know this means the restaurant updated what the delivery app had estimated. No big deal. After 30 minutes the restaurant checked into the app to say it was arriving shortly. It did not arrive shortly. Another 30 minutes go by. I finally contact the delivery app who contacts the restaurant, and are told another 15 minutes! In total we waited 75 minutes. If the food had been warm, meaning they were clearly busy and just needed that time, I would be fine with it. But it wasn't, it was cold meaning it sat around at some point. read more

Definitely more creamy on the inside w/ less "crab". The presentation is unique and makes them look more appetizing compared to other places. Pad Thai: I ordered chicken with it. Me and my boyfriend split this and it was just the right amount. I wish there were bean sprouts in it though. Very good! Sushi rolls: All were sooo good! I could taste the flavors of each roll we ordered. It definitely fulfilled my sushi craving! Me and my boyfriend will be returning customers. I ordered the jumbo roll and something similar to a shrimp tempura roll, and my wife ordered 2 other rolls to include the sushi duo. The best sashimi and miso soup I've ever had. The sashimi was sliced thinly but was large, so you get maximum surface for flavor. No skimping on the fish quality--the white tuna was amazing! The sashimi solo had just as much food as most Chirashi bowls but for $8-$10 less than most restaurants in the area we've tried.
