Very pseudo spa experience. There are spa chairs, but they are not connected to a water supply. You do not get the actual spa effect of having your feet in the water. My feet are in a luke warm bucket, that is elevated on a silverware drawer. The massage on the chair is incredibly weak and it feels like it's hooked up to a dying battery source. My nail tech, Mary, asked me if I wanted a cut down and what shape. I told her and she proceeds to laugh at my broken toe nail. I'm so glad that my de stressing moment is funny to her. I'm also so sick of going to nail salons and being done with my pedicure in 15 minutes. My appointment was for 1615 and I was scolded for walking in early. It is now 1633 and I have foam sandals on because she doesn't want me to wear my sandals. The quality of work that happens in nail salons these days is quite low. My nails weren't cut to the shape I requested, they are all very very short and unevenly shaped. They look embarrassing. There is no art that goes into this and I should have just stayed home and did my nails there. One star for location and one stars for climate control and cleanliness. 10/10 will not be back here again. read more

That being said, it can now be hard to get an appointment because there are very few stations - so last minute appointments are not really a thing, you have to plan your visit out. Everything is a crisp white - chairs, walls and trays. Lots of nail polish colors nicely displayed on the wall. This place used to take both credit card and cash, and now they only accept cash. When you had the option to pay by credit card, they would double stamp their rewards card when you paid in cash, now they no longer do that which is annoying because the reward card requires so many stamps to even get a reward. This is a really small nail salon but does a good job! The staff was friendly and everything seemed to be really clean! I rated this place 4 stars because I was really happy they could squeeze me in when they were extremely busy with those who made appointments! Although things did seem a bit rushed. Was happy with service and attention to detail the first few times I went but the last 2 times I have been disappointed with the service. I always go for mani/pedi . The pedi of the last 2x have been very terrible. The top coat was not applied completely on the toe nails and the feet was not scrubbed like most places. They scrubbed for a few seconds and that was it . Also the woman who applied the nail polish and did my gel nail polish was not friendly at all. She gives you this mean stare and never speak a word and uses hand gestures to signal me to switch hands. Sadly I won't be going back. My husband and I saw this place's Grand Opening sign on one of our walks and decided to set up appointments for joint manicures and pedicures. I am so glad we did! This was by far the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had! The normal pedicure and manicures include a lengthy massage and hot towels. The spa is also extremely clean. The foot tubs have removable, plastic wrapped bowls that are changed and sterilized with the plastic replaced for each client. The metal utensils come in individually wrapped and sterilized containers. I highly recommend you book an appointment while you can. read more

I came for a pedicure with my 5 year old daughter who got a Mani Pedi . My ped was well done, but I paid $25 for my daughter and they didn't soak her nails, no lotion, no massage, no filing, they DIDNT CUT HER TOENAILS which is a major reason I take her. No cuticle pushing, literally sprayed her hands with alcohol, base,paint,top. I could have done this for free at home, and at least I could have cut her nails..now I have to wait for the paint to start coming off to cut and redo. They put cute little stickers, but get this..it's been 30 minutes and the nails are coming off. Nice staff, but I'm unhappy obviously. read more

This place used to be good and friendly but has gone downhill since a few months ago. They constantly overbook so service is always a rush. My last two pedicures were only 20 min long when it's advertised as 45 min. Also they only scrub your feet for 5 seconds and never apply lotion anymore. My first time there with my daughter was great. But recently, when I went there for the second time w/o my daughter, the services by the nail technician (a young woman) was horrible. The man (who greeted me and welcomed me in) was very nice though. The nail technician didn't say a word to me. All she did was using some sort of hand signals. So I thought she couldn't speak English. However, after mine was done, she moved to the next customer, and said, "how are you?" What the hell! So she knows how to speak after all. I felt she was hostile toward me for whatever personal reasons she had. The process was rough and she gave me a look when I displayed some discomfort. I had to tell her "it hurts!" when she gave that mean look. She was scrubbing my foot skin too rough. I will never go back there again. I still gave her a good amount of tips being a nice person I'm :-) I had to make excuses for her in order to make myself feel better. I meant if you don't like to be in the service industry, go work behind the scene. Part of your job is to make the customers feel relaxed and welcomed. She did things so sloppily too. Even though I have only been to fewer than five nail salons in my life so far, I know this one is THE worst one. read more

I had an appointment for luxury gel manicure and pedicure which I arrived few minutes early and was spoken to rudely by Hana in front of her client and a young girl. When I informed her about my appointment with her she spoke to me rudely and asked me to pick the color and didn't bother to greet me unlike another client that walked in and was greeted politely and was helped in selecting a nail color. I waited for my appointment for 40 minutes and I should have left because my manicure and pedicure wasn't done well and the nail polish wasn't applied well and my feet wasn't exfoliated nor massaged. I wasted my time and money and she demanded a high tip which I usually tip but was spoken to disrespectfully. I will not recommend this place to people and will not go back again. Good quality and respect is important. Lastly, her massage chairs are outdated and she doesn't use the authentic bucket for pedicures but uses a small tub with less water and it's dirty. I had a horrible experience at Hana Nail Spa today. Hana spoke to me rudely as I walked in her salon by asking me "what I want" which I informed her that I had an appointment at 4:15pm. I always get to my appointment on time or earlier. She yelled at me infront of another customer and her daughter. She made me wait for 40 minutes and didn't bother checking on me until I inquired and then she responded saying I need to wait. I had booked an expensive gel manicure and pedicure service which she asked her aunt to do it. Her aunt was not experienced and she took on a new client that just walked in and even helped her to choose a nail color and greeted her with respect. I wasn't happy with my service and the end results. The nail color was not applied well and I did not get the service I paid for which was $95 and she demanded tip also. I did add a tip and left cordially. I will not recommend this place to others because of rudeness and lack of quality and timelines. read more
