This entire process has been a nightmare--especially the last few months. I was on my final…read moreInvisalign box and was supposed to be done in under 2 months. Instead, I've been stuck on it for 8 months because this office cannot accommodate a working person's schedule. Every time I try to book anything after 3 PM, the next available appointment is 2-3 months out. So my options are: lose money taking time off work, or wait months just to be seen for 10 minutes. I've already lost several hundred dollars dealing with this, only to have my time wasted and my schedule completely ignored. They've had me wearing the same bottom aligners since January (it's now April). Why? Because it takes them two months to see me just to say, "okay, move to the next tray." Meanwhile, my teeth are already straight. The only "issue" is a microscopic gap between my front teeth that you literally cannot see--it only shows up as slight contact when flossing. That gap has been there for two years, and I've repeatedly told them I'm happy and ready to be done. They ignore that and keep pushing more overcorrection trays while admitting everything else looks perfect. If I could actually get timely appointments, I'd be wearing each tray for maybe a week. Instead, I'm stuck wearing the same gross plastic trays for 2+ months at a time--they stain, they smell, and it's honestly disgusting no matter how much you clean them. Now, to top it off, I lost my trays (likely fell out of my pocket), and I've been without them for two days. So now I have nothing maintaining alignment, and I still have to wait another month just to get fitted for a retainer... assuming they don't tell me I'm "not ready" again for the fourth time. I paid around $7,000 for this. You'd think that would come with some level of flexibility or basic respect for your time. It doesn't. Their scheduling is rigid, unaccommodating, and completely out of touch with anyone who works a normal job. I've asked multiple times to schedule appointments in advance so I'm not stuck in these endless 2-3 month gaps followed by another wait for a short follow-up. Every time: no. I'm beyond frustrated. My teeth look great, and I'm glad for that--but this experience has been exhausting and unnecessarily drawn out. I would not recommend Larson Orthodontics to any working professional unless you have a completely open schedule and unlimited patience. This place is the worst.

Next thing you know I was about to hit 4 years with a messed up bite and teeth. They clearly don't care. Be 10 minutes late? They cancel your appointment and push you back weeks. Oh but they can text you they're running behind because of short staffing. This place is poorly run, misleading, and not worth the time, money, or stress. You get what you pay for.

I just had 2 small cavities taken care of yesterday and I went in there with such ease knowing I was in good hands based on my previous experience with Dr. Akkari. Once again, the whole process was completely pain free and I was out of there in less than an hour (the procedure itself was at most 15 minutes). Also, I cant understand why there are a few negative reviews about their receptionists. Rita has always been super sweet & I can't remember the other ladies name but they have always been super polite and helpful with scheduling, rescheduling, checking in & helping me get a referral to an oral surgeon. And as always, his dental assistants are kind & gentle as well.
