My 8 year old was scared to get her evaluation done. Dr. Hoff and his team were amazing with her! They made her feel really comfortable and explained everything before they actually did what they needed to do. We opted to proceed with braces. They explained the fees and made sure any questions were answered. Again explaining everything before proceeding. A week later she broke off a bracket and was scared to go in. They could see her fear and explained what they were going to do and reassured her broken brackets happen. They have an awesome reward program to encourage good oral hygiene. I'd definitely recommend this orthodontist, especially if you have a scared child. Dr. Hoff loves to talk sports too, which I love! read more

The braces come in beautiful colors that you can choose and the staff are SUPER nice. The quality is pretty good i haven't finished and I'm only like... 6 months and my teeth have already changed soooo much. I ten out of ten WOULD recommend. The only thing i don't like is the contests in the office are confusing cause i don't know how i can even participate in them. read more

Our Daughter was so nervous and did not know what to expect. As soon as we walked in and spoke to the receptionist, all those feelings went away. Xray tech was very nice and explained everything to her. Made her feel so comfortable. Once back in the office we were greeted and shown around the office. Such a beautiful place. Everyone was so very sweet. Our consultant was easy and everything was explained to us clearly. She got her top braces on the same day. We are very excited to see what the end result will be. Came here to get a new retainer as I've had my same ones for over 10 years and felt like it was time to get an upgrade. Was my first time in this beautiful practice and was met with the friendliest staff! The technology they have here is great and new- didn't have to do a molding of my teeth with that putty I was used to when I was a teenager. The turn around time for my retainers was very swift and I even had a small hiccup a week after I got my retainers and they are on top of getting it all resolved for me! They were able to keep their appointments at the same time for the duration of treatment. The whole experience from start to finish has exceeded my expectations. The appointments are quick and they typically called us back within five minutes of signing in. I had another consultation with Loma Linda school of dentistry before deciding on Hoff. They wanted to pull a lower front tooth. Dr. Hoff did not recommend pulling any teeth. We felt more comfortable with Dr. Hoffs treatment plan. To begin, their customer service is second to none - from the very first phone call to the consultation, the ladies and gentlemen in this office are kind, warm, and professional! Next, the office is beautiful! It's very modern and it appears they use the latest technology at every turn. There's even a coffee bar and a photo booth station! Another thing I really love is their Hoff Rewards! I'd never heard of a dental office doing such a thing; with the rewards program my Son, King, earns rewards points for good oral hygiene, being on time for his appointments, participating in contests, etc. There are so many simple ways to earn points!
