That was what we were told after my 8-year-old son's first orthodontic consultation. Thankfully, I decided to seek a second opinion and found Dr. Paulson. Dr. Paulson explained that we had actually come to him at an ideal time. Because my son's jaw was still actively growing, he was an excellent candidate to address his overbite now, during Phase 1 treatment, without surgical or invasive procedures. He fitted my son with Invisalign First with mandibular occlusion blocks. My son is very sensory-sensitive and a picky eater, so I was initially concerned about how he would tolerate treatment. To my surprise, he adapted extremely well and has experienced little to no discomfort with the trays. He is still in active Phase 1 treatment, but after just 15 weeks, the change has been remarkable--his overbite is already nearly fully corrected. I actually became teary-eyed while thanking Dr. Paulson because I am so grateful that we found him when we did. I told him that more parents of children like mine need to know that early treatment options like this exist. The first photo shows my son's overbite before treatment, and the second shows his progress after only 15 weeks (a little blurry because getting an 8-year-old to sit still for a photo is apparently its own challenge!). Each question or concern was anticipated and take home laminated pamphlets provided in a " introduction" sling backpack; which was also filled with other supplies. In addition they have a take what you need drawer filled with items to ensure ongoing braces cleanliness and health. Unfortunately,on two bottom teeth the glue or bonding material wore off so the wire was not fixed to those teeth. Fortunately, today 360 orthodontics took good care of me. They just added the glue/ bonding material I was in the treatment chair no more than 10 minutes and I was not charged since they didn't need to replace the whole fixed retainer on the bottom. I can't speak for others , but they have usually been good to me. I recommend them. Thank you 360 orthodontist! I appreciate that you fixed me right up :)

Next thing you know I was about to hit 4 years with a messed up bite and teeth. They clearly don't care. Be 10 minutes late? They cancel your appointment and push you back weeks. Oh but they can text you they're running behind because of short staffing. This place is poorly run, misleading, and not worth the time, money, or stress. You get what you pay for.

We loved our old pediatric dentist but they don't take our insurance. I read all the reviews and decided to try this one because I could get the kids and my cleaning together. Also, my oldest will need braces soon and they have orthodontic in the same building. I called and made an appointment, specifically asking for 3 appointments at the same time. 1 adult and 2 kids. The receptionist has a strong accent but I thought she understood. Our appointments were today at 1. We got there at 1. The door was locked. No sign or anything. We waited. Another customer said they close for lunch. They finally opened the door at 1:10. I checked the 3 of us in with all 3 of ours names. We all 3 have the same last names. We waited. One of my kids went back just before 1:30. He was finishing up around 2 when i asked the front desk lady if there was only 1 hygienist working or what? Because i wanted our appointments together. And at this rate it would be 3 hours for the 3 of us. She basically said yes. And sorry. They finished the first kid, cleaned the chair and took the 2nd kid back. Then a new customer came in, an adult, they took her back with no wait. Then, right after, at 2:22 the front desk lady called my cell. I answered right in front of her. She then said she was calling because I was late for my appointment.... she didn't realize I was there for my appointment. Thought I was just there for the boys....I literally checked in, all 3, all 3 same last names. And even asked about what was taking so long for my appointment. Turns out there is only 1 hygienist for kids and 1 for adults. So she should have mentioned that from the start that we all wouldn't be seen at the same time. But then, I waited for my appointment and she didn't even realize and let the next appointment go in. It was ridiculous. We were there from 1 - 2:30 and only 2 kids were seen, not me. The kids say that the female hygienist was so so nice. And the doctor seemed cool too. But, the wait times were horrible. And the front desk lady is completely incapable. I understand English isn't her first language and that can be challenging. But she didn't even try to understand why I kept questioning the wait times. She cost that practice a lot today. We were all 3 going to come in every 6 months plus my son needs braces soon. But, we will definitely never go back. Even tho the kids really liked the hygienist. The front desk lady is too much of a mess. Plus, our old dentist would do both kids at the same time so we were in and out. We need to find another place like that.
