Exceptional Care and Professionalism…read more I was referred to Dr. Hatami by a coworker, and as a new patient, I was eager to find a dentist I could trust. From the very first interaction, she and her team exceeded my expectations. I called the day after a holiday weekend with a cracked molar and was able to get an appointment quickly. From that initial call through my office visit and cleaning, the team was not only attentive and professional, but genuinely compassionate--they understood my nervousness about returning to a dentist. When Dr. Hatami recommended tooth extraction, they referred me to a specialist facility that was just as amazing as they were. The extraction was performed the very next morning--an impressive turnaround that showed how seamlessly they coordinated my care. What made this experience meaningful is the context: my last dental visit was so traumatic that I didn't see a dentist for 15 years. But Dr. Hatami's compassionate approach helped me feel comfortable returning. Thankfully, my consistent at-home care kept major issues at bay, and with her help, I've now addressed the cracked molar. I can't recommend Dr. Hatami and her team highly enough. They restored my confidence in dental care--and validated my coworker's referral completely.

I know I'll have to wait about two hours to get a dental check up and cleaning sometimes 2 1/2 hours. I called to make an appointment for cleaning and they only had me scheduled for x-rays. It took a complete hour to get in chair x-rays and the dentist to come see me. I'm now sitting out in the lobby for another 15 minutes and no cleaning has started. Well, "level up" barely describes the experience we have had so far with Dr. Wang and her associates! First and foremost, Dr. Wang is a passionate dental educator at heart and incredibly professional and knowledgable! My new patient visit included x-rays, a thorough cleaning, MANY photos of what my teeth actually look like (yikes, the plaque!), a tooth-brushing demonstration, and guidance about how to use a Water Pik. The treatment plan she formulated for me was conservative, fair, and reasonable, and there was not one attempt to try to upsell me. She taught me so much about my teeth and oral hygiene care in that initial visit. And like any good educator, she was transparent about the work she was doing and what she plans to do with my teeth. I found her to be so motivating and encouraging. As someone who has never been a consistently good dental patient, I really appreciated her approach. I went back a month later for a few fillings and she showed me (via before and after photos) how much I've improved in my oral hygiene and a few areas where I need to be more diligent. That was really helpful and I will look forward to this monitoring in subsequent visits. The vibe in the office? Welcoming, friendly, and completely patient-centered. Heather, Natalia, and Sarah, along with Dr. Wang, are all so personable, sweet, and relaxed. If you are looking for a dental professional of this caliber, Dr. Michelle Wang is the one!

On my first appointment I alerted her that I have a very hard time at the dentist and need to take anti-anxiety medication to even come in. This is always noted on my charts. Apparently they don't care about doing that at this dentist. I had an appointment for 1030 ok Nov 7th to pay out-of-pocket for bonding on two teeth. I arrived at 10:30 and waited 30 minutes until I was called by this time. I need to take another anxiety pill when I came into the room and was told I was going to have to wait even longer to be seen. I saw that there was multiple notes that were written on the chart and an including wrong time for check-in which they had stated was 1045 which was wrong it was 10:30 Without my consent or knowledge, they added two more procedures onto my chart which included two more fillings on the top teeth. When I asked why two more feelings were added to the procedure when that is not what I came for I was told "well that's what's on your chart and that's what you need " and could not give me an explanation. The dental hygienist was very aware. I was having a panic attack, I took my medicine in front of her because I had waited so long already and did not care. If you have to pay out-of-pocket here, please make sure you go and get multiple quotes. They were going to charge me over $900 for two bonding of the teeth. I went to a separate dentist that same day to talk to them and they were only going to charge me $140 per tooth. Today on Saturday November 8th, I received an automated message saying that I was a no-show and if I want to return to their office, I need to leave a deposits. That i had already missed 3 or more appointments. This was only 2nd visit to this dentist... okay... No phone call to see if you're OK and when would you like to return. Why would I return here in the 1st place? No customer service here. They obviously do not care about their patients. Don't waste your time and energy.
