We had a terrible and regrettable experience at this place. After almost 2 years of treatment, my daughter's baby teeth fell out. They removed my daughter's braces, and almost immediately her teeth reverted to their previous position. Instead of giving us a solution, Dr. Diehls practically abandoned our case, and the other doctor stated that only surgery would truly make a difference. For nearly a year, they took our money and time, and never did anything for my daughter. We finally sought a second opinion from another orthodonist, who re-applied the braces right away. My daughter's teeth are now almost perfectly aligned, and there was no need for any special treatment or surgery. Shame on this office and team!

Unfortunately,on two bottom teeth the glue or bonding material wore off so the wire was not fixed to those teeth. Fortunately, today 360 orthodontics took good care of me. They just added the glue/ bonding material I was in the treatment chair no more than 10 minutes and I was not charged since they didn't need to replace the whole fixed retainer on the bottom. Good luck." Luckily, Redlands Family Dental Care was open and accepted emergency walk ins. We were seen within thirty minutes of the accident. They were so friendly and accommodating, even speaking to the endodontist on call who made arrangements to see her first thing in the morning tomorrow. They created a temporary seal until tomorrow's appointment and made sure that my daughter was comfortable the entire time.
