Good luck." Luckily, Redlands Family Dental Care was open and accepted emergency walk ins. We were seen within thirty minutes of the accident. They were so friendly and accommodating, even speaking to the endodontist on call who made arrangements to see her first thing in the morning tomorrow. They created a temporary seal until tomorrow's appointment and made sure that my daughter was comfortable the entire time. At the end of the visit, we switched the entire family over to this dentist.

That was what we were told after my 8-year-old son's first orthodontic consultation. Thankfully, I decided to seek a second opinion and found Dr. Paulson. Dr. Paulson explained that we had actually come to him at an ideal time. Because my son's jaw was still actively growing, he was an excellent candidate to address his overbite now, during Phase 1 treatment, without surgical or invasive procedures. He fitted my son with Invisalign First with mandibular occlusion blocks. My son is very sensory-sensitive and a picky eater, so I was initially concerned about how he would tolerate treatment. To my surprise, he adapted extremely well and has experienced little to no discomfort with the trays. He is still in active Phase 1 treatment, but after just 15 weeks, the change has been remarkable--his overbite is already nearly fully corrected. I actually became teary-eyed while thanking Dr. Paulson because I am so grateful that we found him when we did. I told him that more parents of children like mine need to know that early treatment options like this exist. The first photo shows my son's overbite before treatment, and the second shows his progress after only 15 weeks (a little blurry because getting an 8-year-old to sit still for a photo is apparently its own challenge!). I haven't had a filling or any issues with my teeth in 30 years, but went in with minor sensitivity (not pain) above a front tooth and my routine cleaning at Greenspot Crossings Dentistry. I left with $4500 in recommendations, which included claiming a deep cleaning was absolutely necessary along with a root canal and crown on my front tooth with a recommendation for the other front tooth as well for cosmetic reason. Not to mention claiming I had 2 other cracked teeth and 2 other wisdom teeth with cavities which should get pulled. I paid $130 out of pocket to get a second opinion from a dentist outside my network who was recommended from people I know and trust and he said we should monitor the tooth with sensitivity with follow up xrays in a couple months, but none of the other recommendations were needed. AND if they ever did a root canal on a front tooth they would never crown it where I would basically lose the whole tooth. I hope this review saves someone else the stress and headache they caused me. I will never go back.

I've passed by Greenspot Crossings Dentistry multiple times and gave them a call. The manager of the facility, Lisandra, picked up the phone and got me in same day to be seen. When I walked in, I was amazed at how nice the facility was. They have complimentary coffee, a clean and welcoming environment, and lots of friendly faces greeting you, including the dentist I saw Dr. Chioma. While I waited to be seen, the manager was able to look at all my benefits and helped me work out the best options for me. I was taken back for x rays by Taylor, who is the kindest dental hygienist I've ever had. I hate the dentist and she made me feel so welcome and calmed my nerves. I ended up needing a crown, and on the day of the procedure, Taylor was there and calmed my nerves again. Everyone was helping me through it. The procedure wasn't painful at all! The next day I came in to get my permanent crown and I was welcomed by Bernice. She walked me through the steps and helped me work out a payment method. She's very sweet. Dr. Chioma and Taylor made sure I had a very calming experience and talked me through everything. Dr. Chioma knew my gums and teeth were sensitive so she was able to numb my gums a bit before the crown fitting and the cleaning afterwards. I cannot recommend this dental office enough! I'm so happy it's near my home and I found a dentist I can trust. Thank you all so much for an amazing experience from start to finish, I will see you all back in 3 months for another deep cleaning!

This office is efficient,clean, personable and very kid friendly. When you interact with each employee there is a general sense that they all like their job. The upbeat work atmosphere is not surprising given that Dr Diehl is one of the most kind and committed dentists you could ask for. Education for new patients and families is top notch. Each question or concern was anticipated and take home laminated pamphlets provided in a " introduction" sling backpack; which was also filled with other supplies. In addition they have a take what you need drawer filled with items to ensure ongoing braces cleanliness and health. Of course my son was fixated on the animated movie, and subsequently was totally distracted and calm for the initial brace fitting. When he first glanced around nervously I could tell the ability to see other kids relaxed in a non threatening open lay out set him at ease in a way that was physically visible to me. I do believe that every facet of care is considered and provided for beautifully. People are treated in a human way by first name and never made to feel like another case or mouth full of teeth to fix. 10 out of 10 for me!
