We had a terrible and regrettable experience at this place. As a mom who did not know much about braces and teeth, I allowed myself to be fooled by a team who failed completely at treating my daughter's teeth. After almost 2 years of treatment, my daughter's baby teeth fell out. They removed my daughter's braces, and almost immediately her teeth reverted to their previous position. Instead of giving us a solution, Dr. Diehls practically abandoned our case, and the other doctor stated that only surgery would truly make a difference. For nearly a year, they took our money and time, and never did anything for my daughter. We finally sought a second opinion from another orthodonist, who re-applied the braces right away. My daughter's teeth are now almost perfectly aligned, and there was no need for any special treatment or surgery. Shame on this office and team! read more

I have had some bad experiences with dentist and kind of was losing hope until these past few years. I worked at a dental office with the most incredible Dentist, Dr yoshida. I trust her opinion with everything and she has made me start to believe that their are good people out there. She suggested Dr Diehl and his team for my needs and boyyyy was it an experience to cherish for a lifetime! Great doctors know great doctors! A bit of a back story... I had a bit of a unique situation. I had a bone tumor that separated my teeth. Had a horrible experience when it was removed so this area is a touchy subject for me. I strapped in and was ready for the wild ride. I was wrong. It wasn't wild or eventful by any means. I was so well taken care of by Dr Diehl and his team that I felt like I was going to a place that felt like home. I wouldn't have been able to go about this if it wasn't for Diehl orthodontics. I was handled with such ease and comfort by every single person there. Surrounded by laughter and smiles each time I came. Asking personal questions about me because they remembered. Leaving today with my braces off I got teary eyed. (Yes that sounds wayyyy to emotional) but with everything I have been through I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. My son recently was evaluated for and now fit with braces (age 11). I am happy to say that he is having a completely different experience than I did as a child. This office is efficient,clean, personable and very kid friendly. When you interact with each employee there is a general sense that they all like their job. The upbeat work atmosphere is not surprising given that Dr Diehl is one of the most kind and committed dentists you could ask for. Education for new patients and families is top notch. Each question or concern was anticipated and take home laminated pamphlets provided in a " introduction" sling backpack; which was also filled with other supplies. In addition they have a take what you need drawer filled with items to ensure ongoing braces cleanliness and health. Of course my son was fixated on the animated movie, and subsequently was totally distracted and calm for the initial brace fitting. When he first glanced around nervously I could tell the ability to see other kids relaxed in a non threatening open lay out set him at ease in a way that was physically visible to me. I do believe that every facet of care is considered and provided for beautifully. People are treated in a human way by first name and never made to feel like another case or mouth full of teeth to fix. 10 out of 10 for me! read more

Highly recommend going to Dr Diehl! I made an appointment and was scheduled same day to get impressions for a new retainer. The second I walked in I was greeted by his lovely office staff and checked in quickly. I was called back to the main patient area and even though it's designed with kids in mind, I felt so comforted by the atmosphere and clean environment. When the doc came over he was attentive and I felt like he really invests time to make the patients feel at ease while getting their dental work done. He also had full a full face covering and scrubs to meet and exceed the new covid 19 standards. You should not second guess going there for all your dental needs! read more

There are so many amazing things about this office and orthodontist I can't list them all. For the past year and half I have looked forward to going to the orthodontist. Dr. Diehl and his staff are so sweet and always seem to go out of their way to accommodate you. I had a challenging case; I had to have lower jaw surgery along with braces to place my jaw in correct position. The goal was to be able to chew properly, decrease over worked muscles, and prevent further wear on my teeth. Dr Diehl partnered with Dr Stringer my surgeon throughout the full process. Both of them gave me the best gift I could have ever asked for, i have no more pain in my face and jaw, and a pretty smile. Dr Deihl is an amazing, talented orthodontist. He is personable, kind and compassionate. A bit pricey, but very worth it. In the year my son has been seen by him, I only had one little problem...I was bothered that I saw in the notes for dr Deihl "was 7 minutes late" and on that particular day I waited over a half hour. But..while they may lack in understanding, they make up for 3-fold on finance. Interest free payments with your choice if down payment. Since they don't have a website I can sign on to and make a payment, I forgot a few times. They didn't call to bug me! Not once! I really like this office. I was kept in braces over 6 mo longer than told and still ended up inheriting painful clicking in my right jaw and a permanent lisp. Diehl is not a deal..every tooth he "shaved" is extremely sensitive to hot or cold. He also killed a tooth that never even had a filling. I did every single thing I was told to do and still ended up with unresolved permanent pain. He may be fine for kids, but don't go to him for adult braces! I was sold after meeting with the lady who we initially met with she was very professional and had obviously been doing this a while. She answered our questions and made my daughter feel comfortable. I really have to write this review so I don't have to stay angry. After years of seeing Dr.Diehl for the treatment of our daughter's teeth and apparently, a "misaligned jaw," Dr. Diehl told us the only option to correct it would be major jaw surgery. He said he would evaluate her mouth and she would get her phase II braces at the age of 12. Our very last appointment in his office on April 9th, 2015, ended with severe disappointment. Dr. Diehl again insisted on major jaw surgery and said that would be the only option to correcting this problem. He then told us he would not fit her with phase II braces until the age of 14! This was a major blow to my daughter's self esteem and confidence. Her teeth had continued to get pushed out so far as she was almost not able to keep her mouth completely closed. Also she was starting to suffer from depression and was asking us to start home schooling her as she was constantly teased at school. As a parent, I felt helpless until we were introduced to Dr. Marcus Paulson. After an exam, Dr. Paulson told us our daughter would benefit greatly from a Herbst Appliance. It looked big and cumbersome, but only after 6 months of wearing the Herbst Appliance, our daughter's mouth and teeth are beautiful! It is just amazing to see the transformation in our daughter who is now,wanting to pursue a career in modeling. I don't wish Dr. Diehl and his staff any malice, as he was great when our son needed braces. But, had we known about other options besides surgery,, it could have saved our daughter years of self esteem issues and heartache during this time of adolescence in her life. read more

I wore braces as a teenager. I moved away when I got older and lost my retainers at that time. Found another orthodontist then to make my retainers, but he was just alright. Years later I lost my retainers again and my front teeth moved this time. Now as an adult, I decided to get my front teeth straightened. Of all the orthodontic offices I've been to through my lifetime, Dr. Diehl and his staff are truly the best!!! You feel immediately welcomed and cared for even before you step through the front door. Then when you're actually there at their beautiful office facility, Dr. Diehl and his staff make you feel like you're the only patient there and you feel like the world revolves around you. I opted for the Invisalign treatment and I absolutely do not regret it! Under Dr. Diehl's compassionate, loving and gentle supervision and treatment, my teeth have never looked better than today.
