We loved our old pediatric dentist but they don't take our insurance. I read all the reviews and decided to try this one because I could get the kids and my cleaning together. Also, my oldest will need braces soon and they have orthodontic in the same building. I called and made an appointment, specifically asking for 3 appointments at the same time. 1 adult and 2 kids. The receptionist has a strong accent but I thought she understood. Our appointments were today at 1. We got there at 1. The door was locked. No sign or anything. We waited. Another customer said they close for lunch. They finally opened the door at 1:10. I checked the 3 of us in with all 3 of ours names. We all 3 have the same last names. We waited. One of my kids went back just before 1:30. He was finishing up around 2 when i asked the front desk lady if there was only 1 hygienist working or what? Because i wanted our appointments together. And at this rate it would be 3 hours for the 3 of us. She basically said yes. And sorry. They finished the first kid, cleaned the chair and took the 2nd kid back. Then a new customer came in, an adult, they took her back with no wait. Then, right after, at 2:22 the front desk lady called my cell. I answered right in front of her. She then said she was calling because I was late for my appointment.... she didn't realize I was there for my appointment. Thought I was just there for the boys....I literally checked in, all 3, all 3 same last names. And even asked about what was taking so long for my appointment. Turns out there is only 1 hygienist for kids and 1 for adults. So she should have mentioned that from the start that we all wouldn't be seen at the same time. But then, I waited for my appointment and she didn't even realize and let the next appointment go in. It was ridiculous. We were there from 1 - 2:30 and only 2 kids were seen, not me. The kids say that the female hygienist was so so nice. And the doctor seemed cool too. But, the wait times were horrible. And the front desk lady is completely incapable. I understand English isn't her first language and that can be challenging. But she didn't even try to understand why I kept questioning the wait times. She cost that practice a lot today. We were all 3 going to come in every 6 months plus my son needs braces soon. But, we will definitely never go back. Even tho the kids really liked the hygienist. The front desk lady is too much of a mess. Plus, our old dentist would do both kids at the same time so we were in and out. We need to find another place like that.

Good luck." Luckily, Redlands Family Dental Care was open and accepted emergency walk ins. We were seen within thirty minutes of the accident. They were so friendly and accommodating, even speaking to the endodontist on call who made arrangements to see her first thing in the morning tomorrow. They created a temporary seal until tomorrow's appointment and made sure that my daughter was comfortable the entire time. This made it much easier for us to move forward with the work we needed without having to take on the entire cost at once. Tanya made the process clear and straightforward, and we really appreciated her help. JULY 7 - MY WIFE'S CROWN My wife came in for a crown with Dr. Justin, and her appointment started on time. We also appreciated that they have the technology to make crowns in-house, which made the process very convenient. What surprised my wife most was the numbing injection--she didn't feel it at all! She actually asked Dr. Justin if he had already given the injection and was surprised to find out that it was already done. She was comfortable throughout the procedure and was very happy with her crown. JULY 23 & AUGUST 5 - DEEP CLEANING WITH McKENZIE I had my deep cleaning completed in two appointments, first on the right side and then on the left. McKenzie did an excellent job both times. She was gentle, patient, and took the time to explain what she was doing. Even the numbing injections were surprisingly comfortable--I could barely feel them. I especially appreciated McKenzie's patience with my blood pressure. I experience white coat syndrome, so my BP can initially rise during medical or dental appointments. She never rushed me. She gave me time to relax and patiently rechecked my blood pressure until it came down to a comfortable level before proceeding. That understanding made a big difference in helping me feel comfortable. SEPTEMBER 11 - BRIDGE PREPARATION I returned for my bridge preparation with Dr. Justin. Once again, I barely felt the numbing injection. Afterward, he carefully checked each area to make sure I was completely numb before proceeding. He was very thorough and made sure I wasn't experiencing any discomfort. Stephen assisted with the mold and temporary bridge, and his attention to detail really stood out. He was extremely meticulous--almost a perfectionist--in making sure everything was done correctly. SEPTEMBER 24 - PERMANENT BRIDGE I returned for my permanent bridge. Stephen prepared everything with the same incredible attention to detail, and Jessica double-checked everything to make sure it was right before the final installation. Dr. Markham installed the permanent bridge and carefully checked and adjusted my bite until it felt natural and comfortable. When I saw the finished bridge, I was genuinely amazed by how natural it looked. The color blends beautifully with my surrounding teeth. With my old bridge from my previous dentist, I could always tell that the color was slightly off. This new bridge is completely different--it blends so naturally with my teeth that I'm extremely impressed with the result. OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE After several visits, what stands out most is the consistency of the care.
