The braces are super comfortable once you get used to them.

The braces come in beautiful colors that you can choose and the staff are SUPER nice. The quality is pretty good i haven't finished and I'm only like... 6 months and my teeth have already changed soooo much. I ten out of ten WOULD recommend. The only thing i don't like is the contests in the office are confusing cause i don't know how i can even participate in them.

So happy to see Dr. Hoff is still practicing. He did braces on all of my kids and his permanent retainer was the best ever!! My oldest who is 36, still has the same retainer from when he was 16. My daughter had a different orthodontist do her permanent retainer and it broke and Dr. Hoff did his magic and 13 years later it's super strong I highly recommend his practice read more

If I could leave 10 stars I would. This place is so caring and attentive to my daughter it was ridiculous. Everyone was so nice and happy, and loving that it kinda freaked me out. I walked out wanting to hug everybody. If you are looking for an orthodontist, then seriously look no further. This place is awesome!!! read more

Wonderful staff extremely nice! They took us through the process of getting our son set up for braces answered all of our questions. The consultation was informational and there was no rush or push to make a decision, if we were not ready. Since we were ready to move forward our son was able to begin his treatment the same day it was so easy! I thought the price was very reasonable considering the overall experience in the office and Dr. Hoff's experience. He did my braces many years ago and my teeth are still straight. Highly recommend! read more

This is my daughters first and best experience with braces . She has the best team is town ! They are friendly most professional team I've ever met . It took me two tries to finally get braces. My first consult, however, was not with Dr. Hoff senior and I was scared off by the possibility of what sounded like a gruesome surgery. Seven years and a much better explanation of the potential process later and I'm glad I did it. Dr. Hoff has listened to all my concerns and questions and addressed them in a way I understood and was comfortable with. He and his staff are all friendly and detailed and so customer service oriented. I'm glad I'll be done tomorrow, but I will miss seeing all these kind and happy people so often read more

I want to start by saying that I thank God for finding this place i call heaven! I wish I could give more than 5 stars on yelp because Dr Hoff and his AMAZING team are seriously NO.1 in the business! They treat each and every single one of their patients like if they were their own family. This place is beautiful and boy did they win me over by the 1st time I had gone in for my consultation. I couldn't wait to begin my treatment. I loved that I wasn't pressured to commit like other places I had been to. Their prices are unbelievable for the quality service they offer. I'm always telling anyone who listens about this AMAZING place to change their smile. I couldn't be happier with the results, when I have my own children im definitely going to continue to go there. We went for my 9 year old son's 2nd treatment today. He is on the spectrum, so we never know what each new experience is going to be like. The staff have made each visit smooth and comfortable. Trish always makes you feel at home. Dr. Liatti took the time to chat with my son about dinosaurs. Everyone there is so kind. The office is impeccably clean and their covid precautions make you feel comfortable, without separating you entirely. They are incredibly efficient, yet very personable. Hands down the BEST ORTHO experience ever ! Dr. Hoff has the most phenomenal staff. Today I called for a consolation appt. for my 9 year daughter and I was able to come today due to a earlier cancellation ! My daughter had some x rays done and pics taken with 10 minutes. After I met with Laura and she was the most friendly and genuine most professional person ever . She talk to me and answers all of my questions. Soon after I met with Dr. Hoff who then looked over the X-rays and explained the treatment plan for my daughter . Laura gave me plenty of options and made this brace experience such a breeze ! My daughter loved the whole idea of braces and was so excited to get them on ! She ended up getting her treatment started that day ! She was so happy she Thanked me and Dr. Hoff for her braces! This is my 2nd kid I brought to Dr. Hoff ! He is very educated and has many dedicated years in Ortho ! I felt like family as I enter the office ! I was greeted by hugs and smiles ! Dr. Hoff had an bowling spree going on for the kids in the office . He also offers a motivation points system for the kids. Every time they visit they collect points and points turn into gift card of your choice . There was also fresh coffee and fresh baked cookies today ! When entering the office you feel like your at a fancy vacation resort ! A nice smelling candle music and cozy fire place running as you wait for appointment . The staff is so warming and friendly ! Usually I dislike going to the dentist office, but my 9 year and I enjoy our visit today at Dr. Hoffs. The office was so clean and the staff was genuine and caring ! I took my son for his appointment today and I had to use the ladies room. I asked the young lady at the counter if I could use the bathroom and she rudely asked if am I patient. I said yes and used the bathroom. I was very upset how I was treated. I came back and told her , my son is a patient not me. We are not new to this Orthodontist, 3 of my kids received braces here. I have never ever been treated so poorly than I was today. So disappointed. This young lady is new and not one of the regular's. read more

I'm so happy I found this place! As a mom of three I was hesitant to spend money on fixing my teeth but I have no regrets. I chose Invisalign and got what I feel is a great deal. Went in today for consultation I was so impressed with the office and staff. The staff is super friendly and informative. The office is really nice and clean and smells so good. The wait time is less than five minutes. The best office I ever been to in the medical field and best staff. Had a informative consultation and extensive imaging. I would recommend this office. This was hands down the best dental experience I have had with my child! Everyone at this practice is so friendly and professional. They made us both feel welcome and well informed about every step of my daughter's potential treatment. We ended up starting her treatment that very same day. Here's my duaghter's review, in her own words: "I would give them 6 stars instead of just 5 if I could! Today was my first visit to Dr. Hoff and it was the best appointment I've ever had. Here is my story and hopefully is helps others that are in the same situation as I was. I originally had braces as a young teenager and like most teenagers I became forgetful and stop wearing my retainers and soon enough they NO longer fit! Pour decision on my part because now as an adult 17 years later I'm paying for my ortho treatment out of my own pocket but it has defiantly been WELL worth it. What pushed me to start ortho treatment AGAIN is that several dentist I have seen in the past 5 years have told me "Your bite is off and if you don't do something sooner than later you'll start to wear your teeth down over time." SCARY! With that being said the year 2015 I started to look into a orthodontist but had no clue where to go because I lived in San Diego at the time and I'm originally from the inland empire. So I went the old fashion way and got a list of orthodontist in my area from my insurance company and basically started the interview process and I say interview because this is an investment (if I only knew the true meaning of investment when I was a teenager haha) and I wanted the BEST, someone who I felt comfortable with that wasn't taking advantage of me paying out for this treatment. After about several phone calls and two consults at orthodontic offices in San Diego that by the way gave me two completely different treatment plans and a lot of harassing to get me to sign up and start treatment I was very frustrated because I knew I really wanted to do this but I did not want to feel pressured into it. Then I had a light bulb moment I had a family member that was treated by Doctor Hoff in the 90's and can still wear his retainer till this day as a 36 year old man and was very happy with his treatment there when younger. So I booked a consult and talk about night and day compared to the other doctor offices, after how happy I felt during that consult I started treatment with Dr. Hoff and staff. YES I commuted from San Diego to Redlands for my appointments that's over 2hours in the car making it a 210 miles round trip drive! Over all my experience to Hoff Orthodontics is like going to Disneyland "The happiest orthodontics office on Earth" I just enjoy the staff there so much, kind and caring every single visit I've had. If my commuting to Hoff Orthodontics for treatment doesn't persuade you then your just nuts cause it seriously doesn't get any better than there, trust the commuter! Thank you Doctor Hoff and Staff for my wonderful smile back! read more

My daughter is 7 and she was referred to DrHoff for her orthodontic needs. I have to say I have had the best experience since I walked in the door. From making appt to them returning my phone calls and answering every questions has been great. They are very hard working team and great service. Very impressed with Dr. Hoff and his setup! Staff is super friendly and helpful. I decided to get Invisiline later in life, and boy am I glad I have all the latest technology! Dr. Hoff has the latest 3D imager, (no more gagging on icky molds to settle.) I didn't feel pressured either, they showed me my options, were upfront about cost, and let me decide what was best for me! read more

Dr. Hoff is my old orthodontist, and now generation 2 is getting braces! My niece and best friend's daughter come here as well, and they come highly recommended! They made the initial consult very simple, tailored a plan to us, and we were able to pay off right away (thanks insurance!). Great value, especially with all the stuff that's included with the fees. Meet the Business Owner: Randall H.

Dr.Hoff completed his dental training and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society - signifying the highest academic achievement in dental science. His desire to enhance peoples smiles and enrich their lives drew him into the specialty of orthodontics. Dr. Hoff finished at the top of his orthodontic specialty class earning a Masters of Science degree in Orthodontics from Loma Linda University. He has been involved in almost every area of dentistry. From teaching general dentistry and orthodontics at Loma Linda School of Dentistry, to being on the board of directors for the California Association of Orthodontists and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists. He has several times been a delegate to the American Association of Orthodontists and been program chairman for the California Association of Orthodontist annual meeting. Dr. Hoff also served two terms as President of the Loma Linda Orthodontic Alumni Association.

My daughter was quoted almost $6,000 for two years of braces at this office and at a different office in Grand Terrace the Dr. that is also board certified $5,000 for the two years. However, my daughter liked Dr. Hoff better at this office.

They just added the glue/ bonding material I was in the treatment chair no more than 10 minutes and I was not charged since they didn't need to replace the whole fixed retainer on the bottom. Dr. Hoff and his staff are amazing! The staff were very friendly and professional. They make you feel at home and like family. We even got fresh warm cookies. Jaime the X-ray Tech made my son feel very comfortable by explaining the x-ray process. Our treatment coordinator Laura was very detailed explaining the ortho process to my son and I that we decided started the ortho process the same day. Dr. Hoff and Rosie made my son feel very comfortable during the ortho process. My son looked so relaxed in the dental chair as if he were at a spa. Dr. Hoff is extremely warm and friendly. Rosie was very detailed in explaining the importance of dental health care while wearing braces to my 13 yrs old son. Dr. Hoff's office / staff is very organized and he runs a detailed operation. The entire process took us less than 90 mins! My son was back to school by 10a with braces on and a smile so wide. The whole entire staff made my son's experience an enjoyable one that he won't forget. Oh and they have a Patient Reward Program which I have never seen in any dental office before. This place is wonderful!!! From the consultation to the complimentary x-rays to the hospitality of everyone working there, it really has been an amazing experience. Every time I'm there everyone is so happy to be there like they love their job and that's fantastic!!! It makes their patients feel right at home evertike we walk in. I have been in other Dr offices where it was super cold and uninviting, but this place is the direct opposite. I personally have 3 boys finally getting their braces, and they are even excited to go. Although I have a sneaky suspension, it's for the cookies afterwards lol but they are so happy, and as a mother, that's all that really matters. This is our third time with Hoff Orthodontics. They are seeing two of my children, and I recently began my journey. I love how thorough they are at the consultation, in addition to explaining all the different options. They are not only professional, but extremely down to earth, and incredibly warm and welcoming like a family. I enjoy going into all the appointments to see them. I am a new patient if Dr. Hoff's and enjoy coming here for my care. This is a very family-oriented office with a fireplace in the waiting area fully decorated for all holidays. Fresh coffee and fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies are waiting for you, too! A few months ago as I was waiting to be seen by Dr. Hoff, I received a message that my grandma was hours from passing. I did my best to keep my composure, but the attentive staff noticed something was wrong and soon many came to comfort me. I was a patient here from 2010 - 2013 and I enjoyed the service and staff so much that I made a return in 2021 when I needed additional work done. I was one of those people that got braces in college. It was a terrible idea to wait and I wish that I had done it sooner. Dr. Hoff and the entire staff made the experience as painless as possible. I remember on one occasision I had a wire poking me in the mouth on a saturday. Dr. Hoff got me into the office and fixed it the same day, despite him having a sinus infection. I came back in 2021 to get invisalign because I failed to wear my retainer consistently. You walk in and there is a movie playing for younger siblings, coffee and hot chocolate for after the appointment, and smiling faces and happiness that make you feel super joyful and loved inside. Saved the day! We are visiting from the East Coast and my son managed to break his braces which left him with a long metal piece sticking out of his mouth. I called at least 5 different orthodontic offices looking for someone who could help my son before we traveled back home. No one was willing to help until I called Hoff Orthodontics. I was recommended by a coworker and have been treated by Hoff Ortho since January 2022 and the experience has been amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and they provide the best care and treatment for teeth misalignment and bite correction! I had a severe open bite, but after being treated by Hoff's team as well as being referred for jaw surgery, I am now nearing the end of my orthodontic treatment and am on track to finish earlier than the anticipated 36 months!
