Do not take your kids here they are horrible at communicating and try to upsell you on anything. They don't tell you anything is for sure they sell you on what could and what ifs. They took four teeth out my daughter's mouth without explaining to us that She has no replacement grown up teeth, she's 9 years old. of course they did that in order to obtain future work on my Daughter. When I originally went in, they did not explain that to me or tell me she had anything wrong with her baby teeth or That they needed to be removed for any reason, she just simply needed a cavity fixing. When she went in for her appointment to fix the cavity I was not there, they convinced the mother of my children to remove her 4 baby teeth with no replacements but when I was there they never said they were unhealthy or needed to be removed . I've been a patient at this dental office for many years (8+), and the dental team is consistently fantastic. They are friendly, always remember me, and even recall details from our previous conversations. Honestly, they are the main reason I keep coming back for cleanings. However, a recent experience with DR. GARVER has left me deeply upset. My 14-year-old daughter recently came in for a procedure. She told me that before they began, Dr. Garver asked her permission to "try something new" and then asked if they could pray together. My daughter felt uncomfortable saying no and didn't know how to respond, so he proceeded. Since I wasn't there to intervene, I couldn't stop it. She said the moment was incredibly awkward and made her more anxious, wondering why her doctor needed to pray before starting. I am very concerned and frankly, upset. A professional practice in a diverse community should maintain a clear separation of personal faith and business operations. I expect a professional to have the common sense not to impose their beliefs on patients, especially a young, impressionable teenager who may feel unable to speak up to an authority figure. If DR.GARVER needs a moment of personal prayer to prepare, that's fine--he should do so silently and privately. But he absolutely should not involve his patients, and especially not my daughter, in his individual religious practices. Moving forward, I will only return for cleanings or specifically request to see another doctor. I strongly urge the ownership to take action regarding Dr. Garver's conduct. Practices like this are highly unprofessional and will swiftly damage the reputation and trust your office has worked hard to establish. read more

I have been bringing my kids here for over 10 years. The staff here are always VERY professional and VERY careful with kids. They take their time with the kids and explained things at their age level so the kids know what is going on. The staff make sure the kids are comfortable. The front office also make sure they explained co pays if any and that you are fully aware. I enjoy bringing my kids here. Even with COVID they are still open and cleaning everything more. Highly recommend this place. All the staff are great from the people who clean my teeth to the Dentist who did a root canal today. Im writing this review because of how great my root canal went (don't think I've ever heard anyone say that). I've heard how awful that procedure can be but Dr. Massey has some magic hands cause I didn't feel a thing. 1 hour after, I am eating and feel 100% normal! The dentist and their team are great. There is a charge on canceling so confirming on what you are being scheduled for is very important. I was noted for a root canal which was incorrect and was held accountable. Dr. Massey is exceptional! I was having an wisdom tooth emergency and they were able to get me in the next day appointment. It was that one time I didn't have my insurance but Dr. Massey quoted me a fair reasonable price! They did two X-rays, one panoramic X ray, to confirm exactly where my wisdom tooth was. I had seen other dentist 3 weeks ago but they just didn't see the problem, I guess it's because it's too deep they cannot see it. And Dr. Massey came and assured me the procedure and boom, less than an hour, problem solved! Dr. Massey also went over other underlying condition such as grinding and tooth overlapping problem. Not to mention, not only Dr. Massey is professional, but also a down to earth guy! I highly recommend Dr. Massey if you have any dental problem! read more

I highly recommend this dental group. I avoided going to the dentist for so long because of a bad experience I had with another dentist. Today I had a root canal because of a cracked tooth. I went in feeling nervous, I let Dr. Massey know about my bad past experience with another dentist, he was so patient and did such an awesome job. A man was there before me and complained he waited an hour before he was seen. I had a 9am appointment, and added a second appointment to combine two procedures. My second appt was scheduled for 10am. A week ago I got an email, stating my appt was now 10am. I called then and confirmed my appt was 10am not at 9am. When I arrived yesterday, I was told I missed my 9am appt. After waiting 40 minutes for my 10am appt, I left. I know these were not intentional, just could be better. read more

If your children need mayor dental work don't take them to this place their "medication" to sedate kids it's a scam I paid $300 dollars out of pocket for my child to be sedated and the medication did no effect whatsoever, they won't let you in the room during treatment for any reason which totally creeped me out since my child was fully conscious and the best thing I could do for my 5 year old is be there to help him feel better but they expect you to wait for about an hour in the waiting room just to extract one tooth!!! I obviously refused to go along with the treatment and even though most of the people in this place are nice some of the them are seriously rude they would treat you like trash they have no manners!! I had extreme tooth pain and needed an emergency root canal and crown. Due to my pain I couldn't wait another day with the severe pain I was experiencing. The receptionist was compassionate and helpful and by talking to Dr. Massey they made it possible to get me scheduled the very next morning to get my procedure done. Dr. Massey and his gentle assistant made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole root canal procedure. I would highly recommend coming to this dental office. She doesn't call to inform you of pricing procedures and has many excuses. It took her over a month to call about an estimate. I never had a problem with Vicky. Overall good experience here. I had a traumatizing experience at my last dentist and have been pretty reluctant to come see a dentist in the last year or two. I decided to come here due to a recommendation from a friend. Regarding any healthcare service, having good chairside manner is important to me, and this practice did not disappoint. The dental staff here have been very courteous. For my initial check, I had Dr. Massey take a look at my overall teeth and he was very friendly. Brittany took my x-ray pictures me and she is a total sweetheart. The only thing was that I had to schedule another appointment for a general clean. At my previous dental offices, I did it all in one session. Maybe each office is different? For my second visit, it turned out that I needed to schedule to get four deep clean sessions done. I had Agnes as my hygienist, and she was great. For each session, I needed numbing shots prior to each clean (which is something I wasn't looking forward to) and she was gentle and thorough for all my sessions. I was very nervous for my appointment to get a crown made on my tooth. From when I first sat in the chair I felt a little at ease with the assistant being very friendly. When Dr Massey came in the office the anxiety started. When Dr Massey gave me the anesthetic it wasn't as bad as I anticipated, not much pain just a little pinch as he said. He then explained the treatment to me and again helped ease my nerves. When he started the treatment he put a bite block in my mouth to help hold it open, honestly it wasn't very comfortable, I informed Dr Massey and he removed it then continued my treatment and it was much more pleasant for me. The new process for having a crown made is AMAZING. No impressions (that I usually gag when being taken) which was nice. In about 45 min my crown was made and ready to be cemented. I must say the entire processes wasn't bad at all. I'm so glad I found Dr Massy and will be returning in the future to have any work needed by him. read more
