The entire process was smooth, from insurance to monthly payments everything was explained clearly and handled easily. What really stands out, though, is the level of care. Every single visit, I was welcomed with a smile and genuine conversation. Being asked how my day was and actually feeling like they cared made the office feel like home. Dr. Han, you are truly great at your profession, and the team you have beside you is just as amazing. I'm going to miss all the conversations with Inez, even when she would jokingly scare me by saying something was going to hurt or that a tooth needed to come out! Somehow, I always looked forward to my ortho appointments. Today, I reached the finish line with my braces, and to my surprise, I received a certificate, a bottle of cider, and a goodie bag with gum and sour gummies. Inez had asked me what I was most excited to eat once my braces came off, and those were exactly the treats I wanted. That personal touch meant so much. It is very upsetting to me to be spending thousand of dollars here to get declined with this kind of service. They stated they scheduled us in and had to take their lunch so they won't be able to see us. Unfortunately,on two bottom teeth the glue or bonding material wore off so the wire was not fixed to those teeth. Fortunately, today 360 orthodontics took good care of me. They just added the glue/ bonding material I was in the treatment chair no more than 10 minutes and I was not charged since they didn't need to replace the whole fixed retainer on the bottom. Next thing you know I was about to hit 4 years with a messed up bite and teeth. They clearly don't care. Be 10 minutes late? They cancel your appointment and push you back weeks. Oh but they can text you they're running behind because of short staffing. This place is poorly run, misleading, and not worth the time, money, or stress. You get what you pay for.

I just had 2 small cavities taken care of yesterday and I went in there with such ease knowing I was in good hands based on my previous experience with Dr. Akkari. Once again, the whole process was completely pain free and I was out of there in less than an hour (the procedure itself was at most 15 minutes). Also, I cant understand why there are a few negative reviews about their receptionists. Rita has always been super sweet & I can't remember the other ladies name but they have always been super polite and helpful with scheduling, rescheduling, checking in & helping me get a referral to an oral surgeon. And as always, his dental assistants are kind & gentle as well.
