Had a recent change of insurance so needed an HMO pediatric dentist. This place is very clean and well maintained with the proper equipment that looks up to date. Inside the building can be very visually and audibly overstimulating for some children in my opinion. If your child does okay with lots of noise and movement then they should be okay. The main exam area is a bit compact with maybe 10 exam chairs that have no physical barriers for separation or privacy. Everyone I interacted with was nice and professional with a welcoming demeanor. Appointment for 10am on a Friday, checked in 10 minutes before 10, was seen about 1010, X-rays, doctor evaluation, flossing, cleaning, and done in less than one hour. They have little squishy toys for the kids when they are done. Overall efficient, welcoming, and timely for a first visit. read more

I don't recommend this place to anyone! They are all over the place with scheduling, follow up and staff. Twice I have showed up and they don't have us on schedule even after showing them the text reminders for appointment. My son had to get referred out and they would not help with any of the paper work and wont sent the chart notes or x-rays to the referring office. Unbelievable!!!! read more

.Worst experience ever. We had to take a dayoff for this appointment coz we want our kid to be seen by a dentist and we want to make sure our kid will have a good experience. Checked in an hour early to make sure that our kid seen on time. We understood we got there early so we just sat there, and waited for more than an hour. We had to follow up with the front desk that we've been waiting for them to call our kid to find out, they didn't take care of our paper work and asked us for a document. We showed them what we had but they were looking for something that wasn't provided to us. The person in front made us feel like we couldn't understand what they were saying. They told us that if we can't provide what they needed for insurance purposes, then we can reschedule the appointment. It was very frustrating but we didn't wanna waste the time we spent waiting, and we made the wrong decision for them to see our child. Should have walked away already coz the first person who took my childs x ray was incompetent. My daughter was gagging from it, turned out they were doing it wrong the first time so they had to call someone else to do it right and using the wrong xray equipment also. My child was already traumatized at that point that she started crying just from getting her xray captured. The dentist was good but we're not planning to come back at this location anymore. I'm giving this location 2 stars when it should be less. The ONLY reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the orthodontist is wonderful. My daughter has braces and he's so gentle and nice with the kids. However, this location literally just p!SsES me off with rage!!! 1/10/23 New potential patients beware that if you have two insurances like in my son's case. With my insurance and my son's father's insurance Beware this dental place likes to charge newly added insurance. For X-RAYS that have already been charged to the other parent's insurance. I have tried to contact them today and they left me on hold for 20min. Only to let me know that the person that can help me was at lunch! This is very unprofessional!!! Especially after asking one of the receptionists to talk to a supervisor to only be placed on hold once again for a long period. Eventually, someone did call back and the issue was resolved but still putting it on here so you can double-check what you are being charged for. The only reason I have found out about this whole scam is that we both have Delta PPO insurance and we call the insurance to check why we are being charged $105 from the Dental place turns out they charged my insurance in April 2022 for full x-rays and then on my son visit on October 2022 they charged his father insurance for x-rays they had already done. Turns out that when I communicated with Delta PPO insurance they told me, they are only supposed to charge (once) every 3 years for the type of X-rays they took. But since my son's father added his insurance they decided to take new X-rays to bill his insurance. Delta Insurance caught the double charges for my son's visit for the year Since we both have Delta PPO insurance and rejected their insurance claim from the dental office. So now they were trying to charge us $105 for the services they shouldn't have done in the first place. I find it very unprofessional that having my son's file they did services that weren't needed. Makes me think this place is not honest. And this why they have lost my son as a patient. read more

Seen a few red flags if you will. First red flag was a mouse trap (multiple). It was my first time at this location. Brought my three kid's it was going good until... a dental assistant said "oh we'll do his cleaning next time" I question her why? She said "oh well didn't you say he was difficult?" I said ummm no, I mention a previous incident but if you talk to him and walk him through, he should be fine. I told her don't worry she'll do it. The other DA who did my girl's did my sons cleaning perfectly. I think when working with kid's the energy should be light and calm. The older lady seemed annoyed and like she hated her job. I also don't know how they schedule appointments and ARE always short handed. ! I get Covid and etc but book accordingly. The "they're getting the room ready" only works so much. Second time going there they made us wait 2 hrs to be seen and they kept saying we're getting the room ready. "When ready" they left my daughter waiting for 30 min in the room like wtf!! How! ? Meanwhile my son who's appointment was at 9 was waiting for the room to be "ready" mind you it was already 9:30 my daughter's appointment was at 8:30 read more

The Dentist in the back kept asking me to verify which tooth when I told her to ask the dentist who diagnosed the issue. she promises she did, I even confirmed the tooth with her twice. And she still pulled the wrong tooth. I called the office five times in one week asking for the dentist to give me a call back and they avoided every single phone call. Do not take your children here! You strapped down an autistic child and pulled her molar for no reason as she screamed. I hope you cannot sleep at night. read more

I always say to be careful who you hire answering the phones because they are what makes or breaks your office! I called today because I'm looking for a new dentist for my son. The receptionist wouldn't give me any information until I came in with my son to tell me what's available as far as dates and times if my son needed treatment... I thought it was odd because she said it depends on the child??? So I asked for more clarification, then she said well you have to bring your son in to know what we can offer?? Did she mean the type of insurance I have like dentical, HMO ect... well I have dual PPO and she wasn't very pleasant over the phone so I guess I won't be going here .. too bad I thought the reviews were great for the dentist but the staff needs to be trained on proper phone etiquette... read more

I researched pediatric dentist and thought this place would be the best place to start my child off on her dental journey. She had work done June 2024, and I was annoyed they weren't keeping the laughing gas on her nose or making sure it didn't fall off to keep her calm. I was charge $150 for the laughing gas and my daughter was not kept as ease. They were not able to complete all the work needed, and they canceled our follow up appointment. Fast forward to January 2025 we finally were able to complete the rest of the work she needed, but this visit as the most traumatizing experience ever. My daughter was not talked to like a pediatric patient or cared for in a caring manner. They strapped her down and stabbed her with the numbing agent, and they did not wait at all for your mouth to be numb, and quickly went to work, not waiting for her to be numb at all. They also charged me $200 for the laughing gas this time and yet again, wouldn't keep it on her nose, or communicate with her to breathe through her nose so she could be calm. She cried the entire time, and they rushed through the dental work. My daughter was restrained down, because she couldn't stay still but never would they explain or talk with her. When they were done my poor 4-year-old was thanking them over and over for stopping, because she hated it so much. unfortunately, not only did she have a traumatic experience that is going to stay with her forever...during treatment They did extremely poor work she has a crooked crown in her mouth, and her bottom filling has already come out. I took her back so they could check her filling, and as soon as we got in the back my daughter wouldn't even allow them took in her mouth because she was so scared. They blamed the filling breaking on my kid and took zero responsibility. They do not know how to manage or communicate with pediatric patients and think doing fast poor-quality work while giving cheap crap toys to your child is okay. Pease go somewhere else if you have a small child starting their dental Journey. Our children deserve better, and this place will traumatize them. read more

Zero stars. The staff are wonderful. The HORRIBLE female dentist that treated my child was the worst!!! SHE NEEDS TO CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PROFESSION. My daughter was treated twice by that dentist. The first time I was chastised for comforting my child and reminding her to take deep breaths to ease her discomfort, which worked because my daughter remained calm, was not restrained, did not cry or SCREAM. The second visit, I told my husband to request a different dentist, but he forgot. Got the same dentist. He called me DISTRESSED that our daughter was restrained from the beginning of her appointment, screamed, cried IN PAIN and pried out of the restraints. He also interrupted the procedure to ask that the dentist apply more local anesthetic because she was obviously PANICKED & in a lot of PAIN. Our daughter had such a TRAUMATIC experience, she never wants to return. PARENTS BEWARE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! read more

Hard review to write. My 4 year old daughter visited this dentist for the first time last week. Staff was beyond nice and the assistants / X-ray lady was super sweet as well. My issue was with the dentist. She said my daughter had two spots of decay in between two teeth which resulted in 4 cavities. The way she was speaking to me and her "recommendations" just didn't sit well. She obviously wanted to fill all 4 cavities. Apparently she recommends silver filling and not white (even tho my insurance covers both). It just sounded fishy. Like they wanted to give my daughter silver fillings but charge my insurance for white. Even the assistant said other dentist prefer the white. Anyways..my daughter has bad anxiety with doctors / dentists offices. I decided to get a second opinion bc she mentioned laughing gas (which is fine) but also the possibility of having to be strapped down. The last thing I want to do is give my daughter more anxiety about places that are supposed to help her. I'm so glad my mommy gut feeling kicked in. I took her to another dentist and they confirmed she had 2 maybe 3 SMALL cavities. He recommended waiting on filling anything since the cavities are so small. I'm soo glad I got a second opinion! And to be honest, if you come here and have the lady dentist, I would get a second opinion too. Especially if your child is like mine and has high anxiety with the dentist. Im not close to this dentist but I'll make the drive out because the staff is amazing ! I have never delt with any staff member that wasn't helpful ! They're patient, caring , and helpful ! I have really bad anxiety espically at the dentist x5 when it deals with my child ! Even though I'm a mess and I'm all up on them while they're working on my baby's teeth they are so nice about it and do everything possible to make sure my kid is feeling ok ! The dr is also very fast and careful while working ! Me and my child don't hate coming to the dentist now thanks to them ! We were referred here from our main dentist. They did an excellent job fixing my son's teeth! The front of house staff went above and beyond to help with our insurance issues and calming my nerves. Our Dentist was awesome and always available on the phone to answer any questions I had. My son is 2 and screamed the entire time, but the assistants and dentist remained calm and were so sweet to him. The dentist worked very quickly. It took less than 20 min from the time he was numb until we were out the door. The only thing I would do differently is not pay for the gas out of pocket. It was $200 and I was under the impression that it was necessary to help him but then was later told that it doesn't really help kids that much. Highly recommend! I wish my dental insurance would allow them to be my child's dentist. read more

First time bringing my boys here. Its so hard finding a good pediatric dental office. The doctor was not rude just straight forward to the point. As a parent I would live for my kids to feel comfortable and get to know their dentist. Their dental assistant Mindy was the best!!!! She went above and beyond to make sure their teeth were nice and clean. I didn't go home a treatment plan because they were under staffed but I appreciated that the tc took her time to explain and let me know she would get back to me. read more
