I was blown away by the amount of communication and education, but also the compassion and care of the team. I was a little nervous and afraid to be honest, but they encouraged me, allowed me to take breaks when I needed, and really looked out for my wellbeing. Dr. Akkari prioritized my tooth and preserving it longterm over a quick or pricier fix. Thankful for this place.

I just had 2 small cavities taken care of yesterday and I went in there with such ease knowing I was in good hands based on my previous experience with Dr. Akkari. Once again, the whole process was completely pain free and I was out of there in less than an hour (the procedure itself was at most 15 minutes). Also, I cant understand why there are a few negative reviews about their receptionists. Rita has always been super sweet & I can't remember the other ladies name but they have always been super polite and helpful with scheduling, rescheduling, checking in & helping me get a referral to an oral surgeon. And as always, his dental assistants are kind & gentle as well.

From my first meeting with Dr. Han, I could tell I was in great hands. He is professional, caring, and truly passionate about what he does. The entire process was smooth, from insurance to monthly payments everything was explained clearly and handled easily. What really stands out, though, is the level of care. Every single visit, I was welcomed with a smile and genuine conversation. Being asked how my day was and actually feeling like they cared made the office feel like home. Dr. Han, you are truly great at your profession, and the team you have beside you is just as amazing. I'm going to miss all the conversations with Inez, even when she would jokingly scare me by saying something was going to hurt or that a tooth needed to come out! Somehow, I always looked forward to my ortho appointments. Today, I reached the finish line with my braces, and to my surprise, I received a certificate, a bottle of cider, and a goodie bag with gum and sour gummies. Inez had asked me what I was most excited to eat once my braces came off, and those were exactly the treats I wanted. That personal touch meant so much. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to the entire staff for making this journey so special. I 100% recommend Dr. Daniel Han for braces.

Dr. Mark Harris - A Truly Exceptional Dentist and Team!…read more I can't say enough good things about Dr. Mark Harris and his entire staff in Riverside, CA. After a terrible experience with my previous dentist (who had merged with another office focused only on upselling expensive, financed dental plans), I was so relieved and incredibly grateful to find Dr. Harris. As someone who is disabled, I often worry about accessibility and whether a provider will be patient and kind. Dr. Harris's office blew me away with their compassion and care. The dental hygienist and techs went above and beyond to help me safely transfer to the dental chair, and one of the techs even walked me out to the parking lot and helped while I was loading my scooter into the car. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare these days. In a world where too many businesses treat people like numbers, Dr. Harris and his staff are a breath of fresh air. They're honest, respectful, and genuinely care about their patients. I finally feel like I'm in good hands. Thank you, Dr. Harris and team!

Today was my first visit to this dental practice. With Covid and everything going on, nobody can…read moresee a patient for weeks, if not months. This business is not local to me but in desperation to find someone to look at my tooth, I called them. A nice girl named Caitlin answered the phone and told me they were booked at least a month out. I explained my situation and after putting me on hold, she was able to squeeze me in for an exam within two days. She made sure to tell me they may not be able to perform the work needed right away. Whatever. At least I am moving in the right direction. She offered to email me all forms and authorizations so that when I came in, they could see me right away and not take a bunch of time with paperwork. Super convenient! I wish all doctors and dentists did this. I arrived today for my exam/evaluation at 11am and was greeted at the door with a smile (no pun intended). I did not have a mask and was politely told it was their policy to protect their other patients, which I understand. I literally did not wait more than five minutes until being taken to the back for x-rays. I had Rosanna take my x-rays and she had heard from Caitlin that I was very nervous but not to worry. She originally took x-rays of the tooth in question but decided we might as well go through and do x-rays of all of my teeth. I know they were really squeezing me in but they took the time to go the extra mile rather than have me come back for a regular check-up. She was really nice and efficient. I always waited for her to say "bite down" before biting down. Of course, I failed to do this at the end and bit her finger. I couldn't be more apologetic and embarrassed. She told me she works with kids all the time and has gotten used to it. I now recognize she saw me as a 35 yr old kid, afraid of the dentist office. Afterwards Dr. Tran came in and quickly assessed a cavity as well as two other ones. I knew there were probably a couple others but no pain meant no rush. He recommended we get all three done at one time to limit the visits needed or further complications of them getting worse. He couldn't have been more gentle with my apprehension when looking in my mouth. He came in almost immediately after the x-rays were done. That never seems to happen. I found this practice to probably be the quickest, most efficient, honest and above-all, conscious of my immediate need for help. I understand doctors that do this for repeat patients but to squeeze me in and I've never visited the office before? Unheard of. Not local but I would/will make the drive for this group anytime. From the receptionist to the assistant/hygienist, to the dentist, everyone was world-class. I cant thank them enough. I'll update with a review on how my filling goes!
