Easy to find & a large parking lot. We were greeted as we entered and clerk was very friendly and answered all my questions. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Had a small balcony with table & chair but couldn't open the balcony door so guess just for show. Bathroom was clean but toilet was very very low like kid sized and was crowded tightly between wall and vanity. The shower worked but turning on water lots of black dirt looking stuff came pouring out and I'd say at least half the water didn't get to shower head just went out the faucet. The breakfast the next morning was very nice eggs/sausage/potatos were delicous and the waffle iron made 4 small waffles at a time-the canned whipped cream and flavored sauces to top them with was a nice added touch. They had a nice looking pool but didn't have time to try it.

My concerns are as follows: 1. I specifically booked a king room with a tub, as advertised on your website and app (including photos). This was the primary reason I chose this room and hotel. Upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk that the rooms had been renovated and only the two-bed rooms now have tubs, which was not disclosed during booking. 2. The room was dirty, as shown in the attached photos. 3. The air conditioning unit made a loud, disruptive noise throughout the night, forcing me to turn it off to sleep, which resulted in the room becoming uncomfortably hot. Other things to mention- no towels at pool - took atleast 30 min and being asked twice for the fromt desk employee robert to bring some out Considering these issues, the $183 nightly rate feels unreasonable given the experience. I would appreciate a prompt response and a resolution.

Nice view of the moutain.

We thought we would spend a little extra and get the studio king with a pool view. We thought it would be nice, well for this location everything was not nice. During check-in the male staff member was not welcoming, when confirming the location of the room he stated that's all they had. When we arrived in the room there was no pool view. The pool was covered and we looked dead center at the roof over the pool. As you can see from the photos you will see the roof, you can also see that this was lacking furniture and decor. The air-conditioner fan was broken and after running for a bit it smelled as if it was burning. We went to the store to buy our fan to k circulate the air from the window. Mind you the rude male staff member said this was all they had available. With the cool air, we were happy with our solution. But wait it did not stop there the fireplace was also broken and would randomly turn on whenever it desired. The bathroom was so tiny you had no room to sit on the toilet. The maid also did not place soap in the actual bathroom, if you wanted to wash your hands you would have to use the sink located outside of the restroom. Until this location is improved, I cannot recommend staying here. The value is deplorable due to the low quality of its staff members and mantanice of its rooms, and artificial advertisement of its rooms.

So fumigating / tenting our home for termites evicted us so we embarked on a 2 day adventure. Our first stop was in Ukiah. Check in was super easy with the app. Heck even the digital key worked (I still get a physical card as it can be hit or miss). The person manning the front was pleasant and efficient. The room was spotless. We have a COVID cleaning routine where we literally wipe down everything so shoddy housekeeping is obvious quickly. Spotless and no issues. I am not a fan of the prefilled attached to the wall pumps but we bring our own stuff anyway. Plenty of parking and located next to several eateries, a quickstop and our favorite, Costco

The hotel is great. But the ants on my bed... not so great. I let the team know but nothing was done

Beautiful hotel and the staff was amazing. Got in early and just wanted a place to sit to get on my computer and the lady at the front desk was super nice. Got me checked in early and i was truly grateful for it.

You could tell it was an older carpet, but it was still very clean. Everything was spotless, there was plenty of light, and plenty of space to charge my gear. The TV had Dish Network with a great picture. The heater kept the room, plenty warm, and. While the bed was a tiny bit firm for my personal choice, I still got a very good nights sleep. There was a desk to work and/or eat at, as well as a fridge and a microwave. Wi-Fi was plenty fast enough to stream video. They have a soda and a snack machine, but they take bills and change only. They don't take cards. Breakfast was very basic, toast, Eggo style waffles, cold cereal, juice, and coffee. Not bad, considering the price.. there are plenty of places nearby if you want something more to eat. There are also a lot of great restaurants in town. A good night, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

But what made it truly unforgettable was Rachel and her incredible team. From the very beginning, Rachel made everything feel easy. She's organized, intuitive, calm, and somehow manages to be both laid-back and on top of every detail. I never felt overwhelmed, never stressed. I fully trusted her, and that trust paid off a thousand times over. The florals were perfect--gorgeous but not fussy, exactly in tune with the setting and the vibe we'd envisioned. Her staff was so kind and attentive, and the whole event flowed effortlessly thanks to their care and presence. Guests kept commenting on how beautiful everything was, but also how relaxed and fun the day felt. There was no pretense or pressure--just love, laughter, tacos (SO GOOD), and pure joy. Rachel also helped us source our hair and makeup artist (who was amazing), our dessert vendor (adorable and delicious), and even supported our late-night In-N-Out plan. She managed every piece of the puzzle with grace and humor, and made sure we got to actually enjoy our wedding day. (Which we did. Fully. With Palomas. And a piano man. And guacamole on my dress.) We've joked with our guests about making this an annual thing, and honestly? We might not be joking. Yokayo is that special. And if you're lucky enough to have Rachel by your side, you're in very good hands.

Shoutout to the lady at the breakfast service. She was very attentive and replenishes the area. In my room, there is a microwave and mini refrigerator. The tv is loud. I think it's how it's programmed. Even when I lowered down the volume on my last use, it reset back to a very loud volume. One of the bedside lamps during my second day started flickering. Stayed here for two nights as we had a wedding in Ukiah. I am familiar with this hotel chain and…read moresince it was one of the four hotels suggested by the bride and groom, we figured it was a safe bet, and it sure was. It's not the fanciest hotel but it was remodeled not too long ago, and as modern as it can be. The décor of the hotel is nice, the room was clean, and the area is pretty quiet; parking was easy, safe and free. The other hotel options were just a tad bit better, but this was pretty good and a bang for your buck. The one thing I will say is the walls are super thin. I could hear clear conversations of our neighbors, BUT I turned on the AC so that pretty much phased out the talk. Also, the gym is a no-frills kind of place. One treadmill, one bike and one elliptical. There are no weights of any kind. I didn't use the pool, which is indoors; it was empty despite the outdoor heat. The front desk was great. On two dif occasions, I asked for band-aids and lotion and they easily supplied both. Check-in was easy, fast and done with a smile. There are some good eats within walking distance and downtown is just an easy few lights away. A simple breakfast is included in our stay and it was perfect bc we had lunch plans, but I needed something after my workout, so I would make myself a granola bowl with fresh yogurt and fresh toppings. Overall, this was a good stay and I would come back here again.

The room sleeps four. The tv did not work easily and required ten minutes of hotel staff fiddling with it to get it working. The breakfast (grab and go) is not helpful for those with gluten and or other food restrictions. The Super 8 in Redding beat this breakfast handily. There is no coffee maker in the room. There was no decaf available in the lobby. Coffee for Americans is a big deal. The tea options (in the lobby) were extremely limited. At this price point, I really would expect to have adequate supplies for what the room is and for the amount of guests on each reservation. The hotel has the potential to be fabulous. But guests should not have to beg for coffee, for towels, for shampoo, or a working TV. There's a lot to love about this place, but the skimping on minor details takes away from that.
