This place was actually better than what I expected for a Fairfield Inn & Suites. We stayed in the King Suite for 1 night, and it seemed to have been remodeled recently. The design isn't modern, but I'd describe it as "homey." There was a separate sitting area with sofa and TV. There was also another TV in the bedroom. In terms of cleanliness I couldn't find anything to complain about. For the complimentary breakfast, they served Clover milk, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, and even vegetarian sausage. The toast and honeydew were a bit old though. I wouldn't mind staying here again for a road trip with friends.

Dirty pillow.

As Marriott Platinum Elite we chose this hotel to stay in while in Ukiah for two nights. Found a weird stain on one of the pillows and put it on the floor, hoping that when room service came by they would change it. We were told there was a free breakfast. They had a warm tray that when I opened the top it revealed 3 dried out cracked sad breakfast burritos. I wish I had taken a picture. I came back down a bit later and they had not added to the tray. There were also some prepackaged cold sausage biscuits in the fridge that you would warm up yourself. We ended up going it to eat. It was really bad. We were gone all day and came back 7:30 pm and our room had not been cleaned nor had our sheets been changed. We also found two bugs in the bed which my husband killed. I called down to see why the room hadn't been made up and was told that we would have had to notify the front desk during check in if we wanted that. Really? It would have been nice if the check in had asked us when checking in if we wanted that. Wouldn't everyone want that? The front desk lady was very rude and said that she was the only employee here and would need to call and have someone come from home if we wanted our buggy bed changed. For the price we paid for this room....... very disappointed Marriott, very disappointed.

This is a "ok " property. It's nice enough and clean but the gym and pool are really small.

The bathroom's jacuzzi opens up so you can view the bedroom and its TV.

Entering the hotel, with pleasant customer service and plenty of coffee to warm us up after a long three hour drive hit just right! Upon entering our large modern king room, we enjoyed: fire place( should be part of every Hilton experience) , balcony, fridge and microwave. The bathroom also exceeded our expectation- with his and her mirrors; plenty of hooks and towel holders; and large closet space. We really appreciated the flooring in the entry way with the coat rack( this should be part of every Hilton experience). Morning hospitality was nice as well. More warm coffee and breakfast hit the spot for our drive home. Amazing! Hilton experience as expected but this experience one of the best Hilton experiences I've had this year. My only concern was there may have been a pet in the room so maybe having separate rooms for pet owners would be appreciated. Again thank you for an amazing stay!

Best hotel experience of my life. I checked in expecting a quiet night, but instead I apparently…read morebooked a room in a paranormal circus. Around midnight, my door flew open and a group of homeless men rushed in like they owned the place. Somehow they managed to start a campfire in the middle of the room and began dancing around it like they were performing some kind of ancient ritual. They kept yelling: "King cobra wearing sombrero eating almond joy and KitKats." I don't know what that means, and I don't want to know. But I loved it they were so so entertaining and I needed a good laugh since the wife of 1 week left me for my cat big Billy. Then the ghosts showed up. They were everywhere -- pointing, laughing, and haunting the entire hotel while whispering one name over and over: "Robert." The elevators stopped working, the lights flickered, a woman began chasing me around which was super fun, haven't worked up a sweat like that since Vietnam. The whole building felt like it had been taken over by a very strange curse. I was sad I had to leave in the morning but Siri called me asking for more toilet paper and I had to jet out of there so I went to Walmart where they had my space shuttle start up fluid and went all the way back to where I'm from Pluto. Five stars because the ghosts John Johnny and Johnson aka triple Js kept me entertained. Loved it! Ps the only bad part was that it wasn't my famous Johnny it was another 707 Johnny! I'm just a happy old man thank you cached for me to be able to watch the game again I appreciate you doing this for me

You could tell it was an older carpet, but it was still very clean. Everything was spotless, there was plenty of light, and plenty of space to charge my gear. The TV had Dish Network with a great picture. The heater kept the room, plenty warm, and. While the bed was a tiny bit firm for my personal choice, I still got a very good nights sleep. There was a desk to work and/or eat at, as well as a fridge and a microwave. Wi-Fi was plenty fast enough to stream video. They have a soda and a snack machine, but they take bills and change only. They don't take cards. Breakfast was very basic, toast, Eggo style waffles, cold cereal, juice, and coffee. Not bad, considering the price.. there are plenty of places nearby if you want something more to eat. There are also a lot of great restaurants in town. A good night, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

But what made it truly unforgettable was Rachel and her incredible team. From the very beginning, Rachel made everything feel easy. She's organized, intuitive, calm, and somehow manages to be both laid-back and on top of every detail. I never felt overwhelmed, never stressed. I fully trusted her, and that trust paid off a thousand times over. The florals were perfect--gorgeous but not fussy, exactly in tune with the setting and the vibe we'd envisioned. Her staff was so kind and attentive, and the whole event flowed effortlessly thanks to their care and presence. Guests kept commenting on how beautiful everything was, but also how relaxed and fun the day felt. There was no pretense or pressure--just love, laughter, tacos (SO GOOD), and pure joy. Rachel also helped us source our hair and makeup artist (who was amazing), our dessert vendor (adorable and delicious), and even supported our late-night In-N-Out plan. She managed every piece of the puzzle with grace and humor, and made sure we got to actually enjoy our wedding day. (Which we did. Fully. With Palomas. And a piano man. And guacamole on my dress.) We've joked with our guests about making this an annual thing, and honestly? We might not be joking. Yokayo is that special. And if you're lucky enough to have Rachel by your side, you're in very good hands.

Such a beautiful property and venue and the staff are super friendly. Can't wait to go back!!read more

And they have breakfast, once again, they were calling it that, consisted of some granola bars with 3-2 inch pastry that were definitely last week stale. The desk clerk was happy to tell us that the cafe across the street had good breakfast...and he sends all of his guests there. Geez! For an extended stay you would think there would be kitchen utensils and a coffee machine. But, no to both. They did say they had a coffee machine but no coffee to make it.
