He was on our roof in the rain in the very very cold night and got everything done quickly, efficiently, professionally, and honestly at about a third of what I thought it would cost me. Whenever I am at my relatives house in the Placerville area, I will never ever use a different plumber ever again. We started talking about upgrades. Turns out they do small home repair services as well. Honestly, it's like a throwback to the 90s with the quality and price. You really just don't get service like this, in the rain, at night, within an hour and 10 minutes he was there, and it wasn't even $500 It wasn't even $400 somewhere close though. They were patient and answered all the questions my hubby had for them including myself. They left no mess. And in my opinion the repair cost was very reasonable. That promise turned out to be completely meaningless. Trusting his "expertise," I went as far as removing a section of my concrete sidewalk based on the location he marked. After doing all that work and expense, there was no leak where he said it would be. When I contacted Neil, he said he'd come back two days later to reassess. I even explained I had a rented jackhammer and needed timely follow-up. He never showed up. No call, no text, no explanation--just completely disappeared. This is beyond unprofessional. It's unreliable, careless, and a total waste of time and money. If you're looking for someone dependable who stands behind their work, this is not the company. I told Ryan that I had a new faucet on order, and it was being shipped up from the warehouse in Stockton. It should be here either today or Wednesday, July 1st. He set up an appointment for Thursday between 3 to 5 pm, and asked that I call back and let them know when I receive the faucet. Faucet was received later that evening from UPS, and I called and left a message saying it was delivered and it would be available for Thursday. I then called again on Wednesday morning and left another message saying I had received the faucet yesterday, and was looking forward for them to be out tomorrow. Thursday came and went, no plumber arrived, so I called them and left a message asking what was up, and for them to call me back. They called me back this morning (Friday, July 3rd) and said there was a mix up, and that they meant Thursday, July 9th. It is possible that this was the case, however, who has a kitchen faucet leaking under the sink and can afford to wait 10 days to get it fixed. Had they told me up front that it was that far out, I would have said "thanks, but no thanks". Additionally, I was pretty clear when I called and left messages that the new faucet was on hand, and I was looking forward for them to be out tomorrow, that at least I was under the impression that it was for this Thursday. It is possible that they meant the 9th but didn't communicate it, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave 2 stars. And yes, I've experienced better.
