He and his crew have worked my 4 acres twice now- removing 4 large oaks from within 20-30 feet of my home, trimming up my driveway and trimming brush. Most recently the crew came again to trim a MONSTER triple trunk oak in my fenced garden with another oak in the back inside of it. Due to slope they needed a CAT with tracks to take brush up to the chipper as the chipper couldn't make it down-they did a great job of not destroying my dirt road and left it better than they found it. All the guys on the crew were kind, professional, and immediately acted if I had an issue or question. I will have them back anytime and recommend the crew and business.

Avoid Top Dog Leak Detection at all costs…read more Neil came to my home, claimed he knew exactly where the leak was, and confidently guaranteed that if he was wrong, he would return at his own expense to find it. That promise turned out to be completely meaningless. Trusting his "expertise," I went as far as removing a section of my concrete sidewalk based on the location he marked. After doing all that work and expense, there was no leak where he said it would be. When I contacted Neil, he said he'd come back two days later to reassess. I even explained I had a rented jackhammer and needed timely follow-up. He never showed up. No call, no text, no explanation--just completely disappeared. This is beyond unprofessional. It's unreliable, careless, and a total waste of time and money. If you're looking for someone dependable who stands behind their work, this is not the company. Save yourself the frustration--do not hire Top Dog Leak Detection.

Most importantly, did not try to upsell any additional services. Can't comment on pricing as first impression was so great, I didn't feel the need to shop around. I found the price reasonable, affordable, and in my personal budget. As a seasoned homeowner, I know the importance of matching price and value. And this was spot on! (No pun intended) Thorough, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions and concerns. Zach explained the processes of leak detection, showed us where the leak was, and how it would be fixed. He also addressed and fixed other leaky and poorly flowing fixtures inside the house, walking me through how to fix them if they become an issue again. After the job was complete, everything was left clean and in better condition than when the job began! Zach cleared roots that had intruded into my water meter box, and sealed around an outdoor water spigot. Thank you Zach and Amanda and look forward to using you again (bc large trees in old neighborhoods guarantee leaks every few years and I don't know how to fix anything around the house) Thank you sooo much again!
