Another customer had already been waiting an hour to get her fingerprints taken (she also had an appointment). No sign on the door. Phone number only rings to the business phone. I finally emailed her and she confirmed that she was closed for the day. Completely wasted my day and now I have to find another company to approve my I-9. I strongly recommend avoiding this business. No excuse for not calling/emailing appointments to let us know the business is closed. Or at least put a sign on your door. ---In response to Nattilee's comment below: The Hospice office which shares the same building says this isn't the first time you've left customer's hanging. I don't believe you when you say you had no way to cancel the appointment on your end. Just because you don't have my information doesn't mean you (as I said earlier) can't hang a sign on your door letting your customer's know you won't be open. You can also have your store number forward to your own cell or home number so that when people call they can find out what's going on. OR you can even change your voicemail message on your business phone to let people know that you won't be open. Making it so that I had to track you down to find out what was going on is unacceptable. Anything you say to the contrary, other than "Your right and I'm sorry, I'll do better next time." is just an excuse on your end for being lazy. As I said in my email to you - I have no idea how you're still in business.

That was what I was told in person, my daughter was on the phone. There was no specification of what line was being cleared, no specification that there was any stipulations on the refund. The guy simply said if it doesn't work I won't charge no small print disclosed. My toliet worked but all the sewage was backed into my bathtub( see picture). Thats what was in my bathroom when he finished. Doesn't look clear to me, now I am no plumber or septic pro, but come on. They offered a good faith refund of 100. I'm confused they said if it didn't work it would be a 250 refund not 100. Do not use! Do not recommend! Rip off!!! Zero stars. If you are not a plumber then you should not say I will clear the line for an additional 250 and if it doesn't work I won't charge you. The right thing to do would be to say you need a regular plumber if you couldn't do what I needed. Not charge me almost 1000 dollars to not fix the problem I wanted addressed. We talked on the phone also got bombarded by you and your wife via text. There is nothing more to talk about maybe you will be better and more clear and concise or just do the right thing and refund the 250.

When they were just MISSOURI FLAT STORAGE this business was second to none. However, Storage Pro bought the place and brought with them all the "customer service" reserved for the lucky ones needing service at the DMV. This MEGA- corporation is not interested in customer relations, rather, they only care about profits. And it shows. I had been a loyal customer of the former business for YEARS. But once STORAGE PRO gobbled up another small family run business, they weren't able to merge the information of customers AUTO-PAY payment information from the former business owners records. I had paid ON TIME with AUTO PAY for years. I travel out of the U.S.A. a lot so I wasn't aware of their inability to handle such an easy task. By the time I got home and found out they weren't capable I owed 2 months back rent. No biggie, I called them up, explained the situation and asked them to remove over TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS in fees related to their inability to transfer my payment information into their system. Do you think they agreed? Would I be writing this if they had? No, they told me it was MY FAULT. My fault? I paid the back pay PLUS the fees and will remove my belongings this month. I recommend all of you... BEWARE.

The area in the woods had a ton of debris and they did a good job all things considered, though small flaky pieces (think broken down cardboard and plastic scraps) did remain - but the reason for still 5 stars is during discussion/quoting they set correct expectations. They let me know that this may happen as they don't do any digging. It appears they raked but it was in weeds and loose dirt so without digging all this debris could not be entirely cleaned up. I had gotten a few quotes and their pricing was straightforward and reasonable (not absolute lowest) but communication was above the rest and the execution was as or better than expected! If I need more hauled off, I will certainly use them again!
