The waiting area was full so my anticipation was to wait a bit but as I was checking in I heard my name and directions to a booth. After that I met the most delightful lady that guided and helped as well as educated me on what I needed to do moving forward. Here's a tip for those who need to go here, once you enter the strip mall from Missouri Rd., make a right where "All about Tan" is. It is tucked in a separate bldg. from Little Caesars. There is a Social Security Administration sign right when you enter the strip mall but maybe they can put an arrow to avoid confusion. You will understand what I mean when you're actually there. But kudos to another Yelper, his tips helped me with the landmarks

The representative wasn't able to help me today because of the nature of my visit (applying for full SS retirement benefits), but she made an appointment for me with their expert in that area for the earliest possible date. I was very pleased with the level of customer service and genuine helpfulness I received today, and I would highly recommend dealing with this particular office.

It doesn't matter if you just bought the house and it wasn't up to code when you got it. You will have to fix every problem. All sprinkler systems in El Dorado Hills are on recycled water; therefore, all the pcv pipes under ground for irrigation have to be the EID approved purple, with the purple tape, and the purple tags. I have to break up concrete to fix my problem or have my irrigation water turned off. Every neighbor I have spoke with has a terrible story about EID. They are the soup nazis of irrigation.
