Alvaro and his team did a great job bringing down some very large dead trees that were hanging over the neighbors yard without any damage to their patio or our sheds. We found the trees to be infested with beetles, which is why they were dying, so it became an even bigger job. The team was back early the next day to finish. I received a quote in Aug. I scheduled an appt in Oct. for 11-02 and wanted to see if they would remove the wood from a big Pine tree. They said they would have to look at them again and they called to say they were here a couple of days later. The day before the appt I contacted them to confirm and they said they weren't coming and need to give me a new Est. I told them I needed one tree removed before 11/08 for my Starlink installation. They said they could come out Sun. To remove that tree. At 9:30 Sun am I contacted them and they said they were finishing an other job and would have someone come out and give me new Est and would come out Mon. I had enough and told them never mind that I would find someone reliable. I've used them 2-3 times in the past and had trouble with them responding and would have try a couple of times. DO NOT LET THESE GUYS TOUCH A RETAINING WALL!!! Had them remove a bunch of dirt from our rear yard and reposition a retaining wall. Turns out they just laid the retaining wall on dirt which is a big NO NO and apparently should've pulled permits given the height of wall but told us it's not necessary. So, now wall is not level and has to be redone because it's unsafe and looks like crap. read more

And although their yelp advertising shows that I was clearly within their service area he basically blew me off and said he wasn't interested. Wwithin an hour cut down the felled tree, into logs for splitting., and cleared up the area. What an amazing group of professionals!
