It took me a while to write this because I had only saved Caleb's phone number and couldn't remember his business name, but I was determined to find Rezstar because his incredible work deserved to be recognized! Caleb never even asked for a review, but I am so grateful that I just had to share my experience. I have worked with him twice now, and he is professional, kind, honest, and truly wonderful to work with. Our first project with Caleb was a massive challenge. We were dealing with a logistical nightmare: multiple moving parts, various contractors, property management, tight timelines, and tenants living on the property. Caleb completely took the reins, helped us coordinate with all the different trades, and expertly navigated us through the entire process. Without him, it would have been an absolute nightmare. Because he earned our complete trust, Caleb was my very first call when a second situation came up. He came out promptly, thoroughly investigated the issue, and gave us a completely honest report--all at no charge for the estimate/investigation. Knowing Caleb was on the job meant I didn't have to stress at all. If you want someone who is highly professional, dependable, and genuinely cares about his clients, call Caleb at Rezstar. I am incredibly thankful for his service and cannot recommend him highly enough!

I started a large project on my property that required a large amount of oaks to be dug completely out of the ground. I had heard good things about Ryan at Rs Landworks. I hired RS Landworks to clear roughly a full acre of mature oaks. I needed the root balss fully dug outs. These boys busted their butts and did an amazing job. They are friendly, clean, organized, and faster than I could do it by a lot. Can't say enough good things about them, I am already planning another project for them!

They provided a quote and started working on the project within 1-2 weeks. I think this was super quick, given summertime demand for new construction. I really appreciated that they took time to explain detailed options to me when there were different ways to accommodate the slope in my front yard. The quality of work was great, I think it was a good value for the cost that was a bit less than the other two quotes we got for the project. I also want to mention that they didn't increase the project cost at completion, either! It was the same that I was quoted initially.

We hired Chapman Landscaping to landscape the back and side yards of our West Sacramento home…read more While the initiall interactions were timely, the overall job quality was completely shoddy. The crew came during evenings and nights and worked with flash lights. It was just a side job for them. The original designs for planters and fire pit were not followed and our multiple requests were ignored. We now have an uncontrollable weed problem as they just threw the weed cover on top of the untreated soil and not properly secure the cover. We now essentially have to redo much of the work and incur significant expense again. It was a considerable amount we paid for the initial landscaping project. We couldn't be on site to constantly monitor the work due to some health issues. We are completely disappointed with their work and will not recommend them for any landscaping projects.

From the moment I was connected with ERC, I had the pleasure of working with Jose Diaz as my project manager. I truly feel fortunate to have had him assigned to my case. Jose was outstanding--he kept me informed with regular updates, often on a daily basis, and always took the time to explain my options thoroughly. He made sure to answer all my questions with clarity and patience, which made the entire process much less stressful. Once the repair work began, another exceptional team member, Jorge, took over many of the hands-on tasks. Jorge handled several smaller but important repairs with great attention to detail. His work ethic and professionalism stood out--he consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with every step of the process. Overall, I highly recommend Emergency Restoration and Cleaning. Both Jose and Jorge were exceptional to work with and are true assets to the company. ERC is fortunate to have such dedicated and skilled professionals on their team. Thank you again for the outstanding service!

But did a horrible job installing the sink in my bathroom. The sick arrived broken. They said they would replace it but bright the same one back and installed it broken. It was installed not flush to the floor either. So there was a huge gap and stuff got stuck under it. They restored some patchwork, as a kind gesture but it looked worse than before, I wish they would have never roughed it. When we finally got our things from storage, things were missing, things that were brand new in boxes taken out of the new box and placed in one of their boxes, lot of brand new items came back broken. We didn't call to complain about anything else but the missing stuff. Between my husband and I, we called an upward of 20 times, sent emails and text and no one would return our calls, emails, or text. It's sad because they were really kind but this is horrible business. Please take your business elsewhere if your insurance company refers you to them.
