After reviewing my photos, he called back, gave me tips on things I could immediately and made an appointment for the next day to review the water damage and mold concerns. When Jim came the next day, after a full assessment, he gave us tips on how to remediate the situation ourselves, but after consideration, we decided to have Jim do the work. Although our job was relatively small (a toilet seal failed on a slab foundation on the first floor), Jim was meticulous about setting up a containment, doing a full remediation and final clearance test. If I ever needed additional work on my home after water leak or intrusion, I would only call on Jim to review and remediate.

Highly recommend!

I emailed him the approved plans, permit, and engineering (I already had completed) the day he came out and was told it would be about a week before he could get me a quote. After 2 weeks not hearing from him, I emailed him for an update and didn't hear back from him for nearly another 2 weeks. So, after about a MONTH I finally received an estimate that was about 5x my other quotes from highly recommended, licensed and insured contractors. My suggestion is to not bother providing "free estimates" if you do not have the bandwidth to follow through.

First, lets just get this out of the way... Babies, and white carpet do not mix. Ever…read more My house was built with white carpet, and I believe that this is quite honestly the worst decision that any home builder could make. That aside, I am so glad to have found out about Tyson's company. He actually did my mother-in-laws house the week previous, and they were really happy with his work, so I called him to have him do the white carpets in my home that had been destroyed by our maniacal milk and juice wielding babies. I was genuinely disgusted with how the carpet looked and forewarned Tyson that it probably won't come up but that I would appreciate if he could just do what he could to get it as clean as possible. He seemed confident that my expectations would be surpassed, and they seriously were! Tyson and his dad were in and out in just over an hour, and my carpets went from looking dingy and tired to literally looking brand new. I was completely shocked. So was my wife! I don't know what kind of voodoo is in that little rotary brush cleaner that they use, but whatever it is, it's powerful. A few things that I would like to share that made this experience even better (other than the super clean carpets) -Tyson, and his dad are super friendly. I stood there chatting with them throughout the process of them cleaning the carpets. -They are clean people that actually care about making sure they do a really good job. -They don't mind explaining what they're doing, or how their processes work. -Lastly, they were fast, and efficient, and the prices were super fair! I will definitely be using them again, and I've already recommended them to my friends and co-workers.

These were probably 30 feet of cord that we had wrapped and placed behind our TV to "hide" it. Needless to say, this only created a rats nest behind our tv. Working with Nick was a dream. He worked quickly, efficiently, and very thoughtfully. He's an electrician by trade but he's more than capable to handle any household fixes. I would highly recommend anyone reach out to Nick ASAP for electrical or household needs.

We have a little one due next month, so I wanted to get the carpets cleaned before then. We live pretty far up in the mountains, and a lot of carpet cleaning services won't come out to our property. I was very glad I found Coach Carpet Care on Yelp. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and quick. They gave me a run down of how I should prepare for the appointment. I moved all the smaller items to the tile so the carpets were clear. They told me I could leave large pieces of furniture in their normal spot and the crew would move it around as they clean. I had two guys show up on time to my appointment. They were super friendly and very thorough. My house is quite large, so they spent about 4-5 hours cleaning all the carpet. I didn't feel like they were rushing at all, especially towards the end. They really take pride in their work and it shows. The price was very competitive. They crew that showed up didn't mind my curious dogs following them around and were in fact, very sweet to my dogs. I plan to use Coach Carpet Care for all my future carpet cleaning needs. I was very happy with the service of the carpets as well as their customer service. I highly recommend this company!
