They continued to communicate all progress with us. Even our neighbors were impressed and were quick to request services in their homes as well.

I have worked with Nunez Construction to complete projects at my home. After contacting them,…read more they reviewed each project and submitted bids that were clear and concise and included genuine timelines and start dates. They were willing to work with my schedule and met me after work and on weekends when needed. After having them pour a beautiful slab for a new hot tub, moving a ton of dirt for me, and doing some hardscape around a pool, they were able to pour an amazing driveway with textured and colored details that make it a standout in my neighborhood. They poured a concrete pad for my pool equipment and then built a beautiful retaining wall that allowed me to raise my fence and increase its functionality and aesthetic. In total, six different design-build conponents of my home were successfully completed by Nunez Construction as well as some digging and dirt removal. I have been so satisfied with their quality, work ethic, and willingness to adapt that I have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so.

Jose and Juan did a great job with all aspects of the job including concrete, building a wall, placement of cobble stone and demo and removal of all old material. They used a weed-eater to mow the lawn, which left lawn clippings all over, and continued to do so even after we brought it to the new managements attention. Ripped out the old grass, put in sprinklers and new top soil (that's key) and finished it off with a sparkling new lawn. He gave us some ideas of what we could do. He didn't try and upsale us on anything. In fact, he suggested some great ideas on how we could work with what we had. We ended up having SLS install a flat stone patio with stairs, pour new concrete on the side of our home, re sod our front and backyard, and fix our sprinkler system. They did an excellent job! They didn't cut corners anywhere. When re sodding our front yard, they even removed weeds in between our cement and all around our palm tree. When their work was finished, they even came back a couple of days later to check on the sod and the patio. They take pride in their work and it shows. During the whole process, Paul was always available to answer any questions we had. SLS was very reasonable with their prices, and there were no hidden costs. Everyone that works for SLS is great. It is a family business. They work hard and their craftmanship is excellent! We are so happy that we decided to go with SLS. There are a lot of landscaping companies to choose from, but we will be calling SLS for future landscaping needs.

He took my above ground pool measurements and installed the sod around the area where the pool would be. The pool is 12×22 and he perfectly laid the sod around that area 14.5 by 23.5 oval. I highly recommend SLS Landscape. Serge really did a wonderful job! Please note that I installed the bender board myself upon Serges recommendation. I also installed the rocks and stepping stones.

They got our project done SO quick and it's beautiful. We had our driveway extended, our side yard paved all the way back to our backyard (for RV parking) and had a new patio/area around the pool put in. About 1,450 square feet total. I reached out to 4 concrete places, and All About Concrete was far and away the best customer service. JJ was here each day they worked on our concrete, and he texted me updates along the way which was so nice! Not only did they exceed our expectations on price, timeliness, and quality, but they also tackled unforseen issues and went above and beyond. They carefully lifted our AC unit to replace the concrete under it to match the rest of our patio; they fixed huge drainage problems and put in/replaced drains along our whole side yard (issues caused by our pool company); they bought materials and worked to run our pool overflow line where it needed to go... I felt all these things were above what a normal concrete contractor would provide!

Sadly I must update this review. For some reason weeds have been a non stop issue with the…read morelandscaping that was done less than a year ago. Within a a month of the landscaping- weeds started growing heavily through the rock beds , and then later in borders and in the concrete dividers. I immediately called the owner and he did send out some young guys to pull weeds and sprayed . He did not come to view himself. Less than a month later weeds were coming through again. I contacted him again and several promises were made to come back but it never happened. I was told by another land scraper that the weed fabric installed was probably low quality and the rocks needed to be removed, a weed killer applied to the dirt , and a higher quality weed fabric relaid. This will all cost me additional money , which I spent $5000 for this yard landscape. Another thing the drips that were installed never properly worked so many of the plants died due to lack of water. I was advised this would be I investigated, and it was not. While I understand weeds will happen over time, they are actually worse now than before? I wanted a low maintenance backyard landscape, which this isn't it.

I called for a quote and within days met with Jeff and had numbers in hand. It just so happened that there was also a window to have the work done the following week! The quote was fair and I was very happy to have the project done so quickly. Shortly after the initial quote, I made some changes which resulted in a little miscommunication on a couple pieces of the project. More time would surely have eliminated these concerns, but Jeff and I were able to resolve the gaps in expectations before the work was completed with only minor setbacks. Jeff exceeded expectations with my requests for drainage, which he ran along both sides of my driveway all the way to the sidewalk, and added in multiple drought tolerant plants to add to the design. Upon completion there are a couple small cracks in the concrete that showed up days after being laid, and my hose and mailbox were damaged during the construction (which Jeff offered to replace and re-install), but after having been through a kitchen remodel and other yard projects through other contractors, have learned there will always be minor adjustments or imperfections with any job. Jeff is very responsive, and his crew is hard working and polite. I am very happy with the work and that I was able to get a fair price and have the work done so quickly. The yard looks great and I have had many compliments from neighbors.
