Nothing heavy, just really well done bites that let the wine shine. Speaking of wine, the selection is awesome. It's not the usual predictable restaurant list. There are some really interesting bottles and styles on there, which makes it fun if you actually enjoy trying different wines instead of just defaulting to the same thing every time. The negatives: Prices are a bit steep, and even though I'm sure it's quality stuff. $50 a bottle is a bit much for me. Sometimes I want a $9.99 bottle because sometimes it's just a matter of picking up a bottle to take to a party or serve at my house with dinner. They have a cute bar, but the seating is limited. I wanted to sit down and drink after I walked around, but a birthday party walked in and the one chair was in the middle of the party. Not the Wine stores fault, but a bigger bar would have been good. I don't think they serve food. I don't require a full meal, but snacks with wine seems to help hold the stomach, and absorb the wine when doing a tasting. I didn't ask, but I'm pretty sure they don't serve food. It was a real pleasure and education discussing his wines with him and what his store has to offer which includes weekly wine tastings on Saturdays, quarterly wine clubs and upscale gourmet dinners with wine pairings.
