I have not been to Chili's in so long! Conveniently located right outside of Great Lakes Crossing! I ordered the 3 for me meal which was a great deal.. comes with a drink, soup, and entree (burger with fries).. all for $10.99 which is a great price. Would definitely recommend!

We came here on Black Friday so it was crazy busy. However our food was still great and drinks were cold. I would come back just not on a day like today.

I had to see if the triple dipper was worth the hype. I got the slider burgers, the honey chipotle chicken strips, and the massive cheese sticks. It came with a couple ranch and a marinara sauce. Honestly, I was here for those cheese sticks most of all, they looked so good online when people ate them and I wanted to experience massive cheese pull. It did not disappoint! Those were some of the best mozzarella sticks from a chain restaurant ever! They had cheese pull for days. The ranch was really good and the marinara was pretty tasty. I enjoyed the burgers, they were cooked well and I like the bacon on them. Honestly, I do make sliders at home that compare, and I do not always like ordering things I can make as well or better, but the bacon put it over the edge, and the buns were preserved in tin foil to keep them fluffy. I would probably order those again. I also enjoyed their chicken crispers. I did hear from those online that they were not overly crispy, and they were not. I wish they were a bit juicier and a bit crispier, but that honey chipotle sauce made them! So, if I do return to a Chili's, I think I would order the same dipper combination again. I did order this as a carryout since I did not have time to sit down and eat since I was on a super short lunch break. The restaurant itself did appear a bit run down, but the people working here seemed very friendly and they did have a small lunch crowd. The chips and salsa looked good, I would order that if I was staying for a sit down meal. Because it was a carryout, I did eat a bit of the food in the car for my break. I also wanted the cheese sticks while they were hot for the cheese pull. They did cool down and lose the cheese pull when I finished the leftovers when I got back. So, next time, I would want to do a proper sit down meal to enjoy all of the food while it is fresh and hot, but still tasted good later.

I haven't been to a Chili's in years! This location was close to Great Lakes Mall. They had a special margarita which was tasty and you could tell there was liquor in it. The appetizer where you can choose three different items was tasty. They were out of the mozzarella sticks but I was able to find another choice. Great waitress!

The 3 For Me special at Chili's is an amazing deal, which drew us in. The clean restaurant, attentive waitress and excellent food will bring us back. We visited with a couple of family members and we all enjoyed the 3 For Me special. This includes a drink, starter and entree from a special menu. I had a Diet Coke, Chicken Enchilada Soup and Secret Sauce Burger w/ Fries. Everything was made perfectly and had a lot of flavor. The fries were a little too salty, so I will try getting a vegetable next time. The soup was the best -- and I saw in the menu they have a lunch special with unlimited soup, I will be checking that out! The waitress was excellent - she kept checking on us and bringing out refills without us asking. This was our best visit to Chili's and can't wait to come back!

Even though it was busy, we were seated right away. Loved the clean ambiance. The burger was delicious and the prices were fair.

06/25/25 update…read more Dinner tonight. Guisado is a dish that they do very well here. The restaurant was consistently busy with no tables being available on a couple of occasions. And to their credit, three people, including the owner/manager, were bussing tables as fast as possible. But consequently, it was hard to "flag" the waitress, and I only did so as she forgot me on two occasions. But I am a patient person...just hungry. COMMENTS: * A basket of chips and salsa (VERY GOOD) is $3. Profit margins are slim. They are worth paying for. * The AC was "barely" there. When it was in the upper 80s outside at 6 pm and cooler than it was inside, a HVAC mechanic was desperately needed. According to their Facebook page, this has been going on for a couple of weeks. It is either the landlord of a largely vacant strip mall (with a couple of anchors opening, which may help), causing the problem, or it is a triple-net lease, in which the restaurant is responsible for paying for the repairs. It's an expensive task. * Again, patient, but I wish that the waitress had checked more than twice - once to serve and once to refill a pop. Then, as the tables were still in some demand, "Let me cash you out..." It felt a bit like the "bum's rush." However, the food is good if you enjoy Tex-Mex cuisine. I will return - it may be at a different time of the day.

Apparently this place has new owners in the past 4 years as I was told. I had moved out of town…read moreand had memories of good food previously. I ordered a Botana, which they no longer make and was kindly directed to a similar Nacho type product instead. The food came to the table promptly but was cold. I took several bites trying to figure out the issue. Was it cold beans? Beef? Unable to tell and not fond of the taste I sent it back and was given another. This was warmer, but again the meat did not taste correct. The beans had no flavor. The cheese even was plain. Overall the price was cheap. But so was the quality of the food. I gave the waitress a decent tip but will not be going back. Sadly, it was a choice of two or three stars. The more I thought of the fools, the more I decided two was the appropriate rating. I think most people come in for the drinks.

So I waited a few days to do an honest review! My pregnant wife wanted Mexican food, and truth be…read moretold, the funny billboard on the outside made me curious to give this place a try. I didn't know anything going into it, so came in with fresh eyes. When I walked into the place, it didn't seem as lively as I thought - although it was lunchtime on a Sunday. There were a few people, and two servers. We were greeted and we sat down. The menus looked like they had been through some hard times, but the options looked plentiful. Taking a look around the restaurant, I noticed some older decor, some fans that had light dust on them, a Cinco De Mayo shirt from 2023 still being sold for $19.99 (even though it's 2026), but the bar looked like it had a lot of options for people. After talking with the server, I heard they are trying to get updated decor since it's under new ownership, but the stuff is stuck in Mexico.... So I don't want to hold too much against them for ambiance. If you've gotten this far: let's get to the food. We didn't get cocktails because my wife is pregnant of course, but the people around us liked the margaritas, so that's a positive. App: We were recommended and got the Loco Fries (with beef added). And WOW!!! It was very delicious. Waffles fries with all the toppings, and the beef was seasoned decently too. The portion of it was HUGE! My wife and I should have ordered this as a meal alone - a lot for an appetiser, but I wasn't mad. Meal: We went with the $10 lunch special (I can't tell you the last time I paid this little for a whole lot of food, but I love a nice deal like this). My wife got Chicken Enchiladas, and I got the Small Chimichangas (Chicken as well). After the appetiser, I was hopeful for a good lunch. As soon as the food came out, I noticed the chicken had a very strong chicken smell to it - not because of the seasonings and such, but it also borderlined on a funky smell. I didn't know if I was being hyper-critical, but I gave it a try. I'm sad to say.... This was the worst Chimichangas I ever had. They were fried to hell and not full of chicken (lots of deep fried tortilla on the line of burnt). Chicken had no flavor, no seasoning, and was very dry. My wife felt the same way about her Enchilada as well. Even more unfortunate, we went home and let's just say I wonder if the chicken was bad because we did "not feel 100% the rest of the day" if you catch my drift. I hate doing this, and sadly, I have to give the place a two out of five. The app gave us A LOT of excitement, but the main dishes were lackluster along with the unflavored rice. It felt as if they were prepping catered meals (large batches with little flavor to it). Now granted, this has been under new ownership for five months. I think they are trying to find their footing, but I think they need a lot of help to get there with the main dishes. It didn't feel homemade, authentic, and the flavor was bland. But if the apps can be as good as I am raving, there are beams of hope that I hope will be taken into account. Long story short: a good place for a drink and an app - but I wouldn't go any further until they can fix their main entree recipes. Hope to try it again if improvements are made!

We bought 2 taco meals with 3 tacos each, we sent back 5 tacos and all the beans and cold rice with it. Wife got carne asada taco meal. The carne asada was so over cooked, dry and near flavorless and was legit impossible to swallow just a piece of the meat without a drink. I got the birria tacos, and I think that they think spicy by itself is a flavor. I've never seen so much cheese and a minuscule amount of meat on birria tacos in my life. All I could taste in the consome was spice, no other flavor. The taco, I could taste spicy cheese and corn tortilla, when I opened the taco up there was legit almost 0 meat with just tiny strands visible. When we brought our complaints of the food to the manager or whoever she was, she seemed to think that I didn't want my birria because it was spicy, no, I love spicy food, if it also has flavor.
