Went over to Chilis with some family to eat out for the day before Easter, the food, time the drinks and orders came out and service alone was amazing. -- We were in and out within the hour!! My server was Maddie, she was obscenely helpful and sweet with everyone at my table and made us feel like family -- including the manager who said "Go get'em tiger!" to Maddie as she walked out to give us out order. The restaurant makes us feel like we're eating at a family's and friends place more than a generic restaurant.. let alone the Double Bacon Rancher burger which had to almost be the size of my head alone, even with a large jaw I couldn't even get past it without struggle. I don't care what anyone has to say I absolutely love chilis. You can't go wrong with a triple dipper. Yes it may be a million calories after you factor in everything but it's all so good! Recently came here with a friend and for my triple dipper I'll go the mozzarella sticks, big mouth bites, and honey chipotle chicken crispers. They already have chips and salsa at the table so I try not to fill up on that but I always end up eating too many! Severs are always super friendly and really funny as well. I had to see if the triple dipper was worth the hype. I got the slider burgers, the honey chipotle chicken strips, and the massive cheese sticks. It came with a couple ranch and a marinara sauce. Honestly, I was here for those cheese sticks most of all, they looked so good online when people ate them and I wanted to experience massive cheese pull. It did not disappoint! Those were some of the best mozzarella sticks from a chain restaurant ever! They had cheese pull for days. The ranch was really good and the marinara was pretty tasty. I enjoyed the burgers, they were cooked well and I like the bacon on them. Honestly, I do make sliders at home that compare, and I do not always like ordering things I can make as well or better, but the bacon put it over the edge, and the buns were preserved in tin foil to keep them fluffy. I would probably order those again. I also enjoyed their chicken crispers. I did hear from those online that they were not overly crispy, and they were not. I wish they were a bit juicier and a bit crispier, but that honey chipotle sauce made them! So, if I do return to a Chili's, I think I would order the same dipper combination again. I did order this as a carryout since I did not have time to sit down and eat since I was on a super short lunch break. The restaurant itself did appear a bit run down, but the people working here seemed very friendly and they did have a small lunch crowd. The chips and salsa looked good, I would order that if I was staying for a sit down meal. Because it was a carryout, I did eat a bit of the food in the car for my break. I also wanted the cheese sticks while they were hot for the cheese pull. They did cool down and lose the cheese pull when I finished the leftovers when I got back. So, next time, I would want to do a proper sit down meal to enjoy all of the food while it is fresh and hot, but still tasted good later. read more

I haven't been to a Chili's in years! This location was close to Great Lakes Mall. They had a special margarita which was tasty and you could tell there was liquor in it. The appetizer where you can choose three different items was tasty. They were out of the mozzarella sticks but I was able to find another choice. Great waitress! read more

The 3 For Me special at Chili's is an amazing deal, which drew us in. The clean restaurant, attentive waitress and excellent food will bring us back. We visited with a couple of family members and we all enjoyed the 3 For Me special. This includes a drink, starter and entree from a special menu. I had a Diet Coke, Chicken Enchilada Soup and Secret Sauce Burger w/ Fries. Everything was made perfectly and had a lot of flavor. The fries were a little too salty, so I will try getting a vegetable next time. The soup was the best -- and I saw in the menu they have a lunch special with unlimited soup, I will be checking that out! Man Chili's has always been clutch to us. The three for me is the best deal out there just like the commercials say the best eating for the money. I used to take my high school girlfriends here when I only had $30 in my pocket and chili made me feel like a big shot. Food quality is about what you'd expect. Obviously frozen food, not the greatest taste, but since the area sucks and everything closes so early it's about the best you'll get after 10pm. I am a fan of their 2 course deal for like 10-15 bucks. You can get a salad, meal and drink for a reasonable cost. I've been going with the Cajun chicken pasta and it's good enough for a late night meal, but I would not pay much more for it. read more

I had a day and decided to go get a drink at this chili's. It was pretty slow when I got there around 6:30, I came in and was able to get a seat right at the bar. Nicole came right out and took my order, I ordered a drink and some fries. My food came right out, My fries wasn't hot at all I could tell they were not fresh but they were still good, and my drink was great. Nicole was running things FOH easily, I was there for maybe a hour and it picked up a bit and she held the bar down while going table to table checking on everybody, taking orders. I felt like she was kicking ass but definitely over working herself, she should have been getting more help. I will definitely be back! read more

I love this Chili's and plan to visit again soon! I came here with a group of 6 friends and we all sat at the bar. The waiter was very friendly and took very good care of us. We came here specifically to watch the World Cup Final, and not only did they change the big TV screen for us, but they also turned up the volume. The food was delicious. I got the Half Rack of ribs, and they were fall off the bone. The meat was super flavorful and NOT burnt! It was absolutely great. My broccoli was a little dry, and the fries didn't have enough seasoning in my opinion; but I can't complain. This location is incredibly hit-and-miss. There are times when we take the family there for a meal and the food is prepared correctly, quickly, and the place is clean and welcoming. Other times, the experience is the exact opposite. In fact, many times I've nearly fallen on the floor because of the film of grease that often seems to be there. The one really consistent feature seems to be the staff. Always friendly, accommodating, and intent on giving the customer a good experience.
