Location was awesome. Having a lake front location with views of the water is amazing. Staff was super friendly. Highs and lows here. Highs: Water side bread was delicious Wings were great but could have been tossed in a sauce. Pasta dishes were raved about Fries that came with the wrap were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Lows: Pizza egg rolls were served like warm. I wouldn't recommend them. Chicken wrap - I asked for dressing in the side. I'm glad I did as the dressing was quite strong. And for the first half of the sandwiches that was good. However the second half of the sandwich is where I discovered they had started to add the dressing and must have stopped. Made the last portion of my meal less enjoyable.

We have been trying to get in here for several months. Unfortunately, they do not take reservations and this location is very small. We had a special occasion to celebrate and we were determined to get in. This has been such a warm fall so far that we wanted to take advantage of it. We arrived shortly after they opened and fortunately, we got a spot on the deck. What a view! We enjoyed a few cocktails. They change with the seasons. The food was the highlight though. Everything was absolutely amazing!! Pack your patience though. It is likely to be a wait to get in!

Good service, nice ambiance, average food. Beautiful view and you can sit inside or outside. Ordered the waterside bread (a bit harder/crunchier) which tastes like garlic bread. Friend ordered Big Mac salad and a pasta. I ordered a chicken caesar wrap. The fries were good! We also got beignets which were hollow on the inside and chewier after the first crunchy bite.

Location,Location and great food , service & wine ! Sunset city, on patio - after huge thunderstorms. New owners? , new name. House salad -house dressing- large & good. Shared spaghetti- meatballs & shrimp linguine - excellent- homemade pasta , larger portions. Bottle of Sauvignon blanc. Kasey our server was soooooo good & accommodating! Fairly priced!

I liked this place! Came for a birthday dinner for two coworkers and it was a pleasant experience. You can dress or be casual here which is nice. Plenty of seating and service was attentive and fast. Our waitress was friendly and patient. I got the Orange Maple Cured Faroe Salmon and it was delicious. Good portion size, not heavy on the sauce and the rice patty was a great addition. I do not like spicy and the chili sauce was good - I did not feel any heat eating it. Comes with some spinach salad too which was a good side. My coworker is gluten free and they had a lot of options for her. We also got desserts. I had the Bananas Fosters Bread Pudding and it was amazing! Good banana flavor with the addition of caramel. We also got the beignets which were delicious and was a hefty portion. I heard they make their pasta so I can't wait to come back and try it! My only "complaint" would be that it's so noisy inside. You feel like you are shouting to talk to the person sitting next to you.

A little different looking from when it was the Orion Boathouse, but essentially the same bones. Pros: service is friendly and prompt. Food is tasty. Portions are not overwhelming, both times I've been here we haven't had any left over to take home. Cons: lighting is splotchy - our table was so dimly lit that my husband had to use the flashlight on his phone to see the menu. The next visit, the lighting at a different table was just fine. Another con is the plastic cups they use for water. I'm not at a tailgating party, I'm an adult, and I hate plastic cups. What a waste of money and way to add to the landfills. There is no reason to use plastic cups! The Caesar salad on our second visit was way over-dressed, and really light on the lettuce. The first time it was perfect though. Staff was friendly and efficient. We will be back, especially because there's a lot on the menu we want to try.

This place has changed names and rebranded from last summer. Still the best thing hands down is the view and outside. Amazing! Our server Lexi was SUPER but as was the situation before, too many tables and tasks assigned to their wait staff. They were all HUSTLING but food service was slow and beer must have sat at bar waiting for our mixed drink as it was room temp and huge disappointment on a hot night. But the view is a great place to sit and wait for sure. The fries were meh at best and entrees good. Our server recommended the Philly Cheesesteak rolls for an app and they were delicious (I didn't get a photo). Love they took reservations, it was PACKED at 5:30 on a weeknight. And I mean PACKED. Which is great for business but not even close to enough parking. Took over 15 minutes to find a spot bc navigating "rush hour" traffic on Lapeer and needing to trust people to actually stop when you activate the crosswalk lights was CRAZY. We ended up parking in downtown lot by fire station. Overall, its a great concept and unbeatable location but need to figure out how to handle being busy.

I've been several times since the opening and have yet to try something I did not like. My favorite cocktails on the menu are the espresso martini and dockside glow. Both delicious and the bartenders are very social. I highly recommend ordering the parmesan fries. They are a favorite every time I go. Their chicken Caesar wrap is one of my favorites and I am VERY picky about my chicken. It's a fun atmosphere and is a great place for dinner and drinks with friends. This will definitely be my new spot!

Mediocre. Nothing special. Drinks weren't great, watered down. Pasta, chicken tenders and bread plus 2 drinks almost $100.

We loved the entertainer, Kenny Gee, who was charming and fun...but not overly loud. The restaurant has a classy but unpretentious atmosphere with wonderful views of the water. We started with the Brie appetizer and calamari, and both were excellent. I had the pecan chicken. I'd definitely recommend it (as long as you don't mind a sweet sauce). My son had the crab cake, and my husband had the 8 oz filet with added bleu cheese butter. Both the guys really enjoyed their dinner (although my son was stuffed from eating too much of the good bread and butter)! We did not save room for dessert, unfortunately. Tommy is the owner, and we remember him from our many years as regulars at Crews Inn. He definitely does a great job!

Come on! Even if your a rich, stuffy, self entitled boater, we all work for our money (some of us harder than others) and unapologetically want great service especially with an expensive meal, Also, would recommend not allowing reservations if you still have to wait 40-45 minutes for a table. The food was good but won't be returning .

Prost was such a fun Valentine's Day spot for us! It was our first time in, and overall we had a…read morereally great experience. Our server, Tanner, was genuinely kind and welcoming, which made a big difference. The table was set nicely when we arrived -- wine glass and water glass, silverware wrapped with cloth napkins on a side plate, and a candle lit off to the side. It felt thoughtful and perfect for a date night. We split the French Onion Soup to start, and it was delicious. Maybe a little pricey at $12, but it came with lots of cheese and bread (plus bread on the side), so it felt worth it as a starter. My boyfriend ordered a Long Island Iced Tea -- strong, but no complaints there -- and I got cranberry juice. Both drinks came out in the same glassware as the water, styled like cocktails, which I actually appreciated. No weird "different treatment" if you're not drinking alcohol, which is always a plus to me. We also did the Build-Your-Own Board, which was really fun, and Tanner was super helpful in guiding us through the choices. We picked Summer Sausage, Garlic & Herb Soft Cheese, Smoked Gouda, Fire Roasted Tomatoes, and Balsamic Onion Jam. The Fire Roasted Tomatoes were SO GOOD, and I usually don't even like tomatoes. They were soaking in olive oil (I think?), which had great flavor and paired perfectly with the bread and Garlic & Herb Cheese. I also really enjoyed the Balsamic Onion Jam, savory, slightly sweet, and a little goes a long way. Overall, everything tasted great. I was a little disappointed in the portion of Smoked Gouda compared to the soft cheese, especially considering some soft cheeses can retail around $30 per pound. If you're looking for the best value, you might consider a different cheese option. That said, extra bread was only $1, which felt like a great deal for the amount we received. We were honestly getting pretty full and almost couldn't finish it all. We were seated in the cellar area, which was okay, just a little small, and the music was pretty loud. Not ideal for a Valentine's date when you're trying to have a conversation. Random but important: the bathrooms were spectacular. Individual, spacious, very clean, nice sink setup, pump soap, automatic paper towel dispenser, and even a candle lit. Honestly, 10/10 bathroom experience. Overall, it's a really solid date night spot with great service and good food. Just a couple small tweaks (music volume and cheese portions!) would make it even better. We'd definitely come back.

Everything tasted super fresh and the menu leans more "snacky" in the best possible way -- perfect little plates that are clearly meant to pair with wine. We ordered a few things for the table and it felt like the kind of place where you just keep ordering one more thing because everything sounds good. Nothing heavy, just really well done bites that let the wine shine. Speaking of wine, the selection is awesome. It's not the usual predictable restaurant list. There are some really interesting bottles and styles on there, which makes it fun if you actually enjoy trying different wines instead of just defaulting to the same thing every time. Service was great too. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming, and you can tell the owners are really hands-on and working hard to make the place special. That always makes a difference. And the ambiance... chef's kiss. Moody lighting, cozy, stylish but not pretentious. Just good vibes all around. It's the kind of spot you want to linger at with friends and a second bottle of wine. Already planning my next visit :)

There is a downstairs area (with bar), upstairs area and outdoor seating for when the weather is nicer. We completely lucked out and got the private room upstairs even though we didn't book it specifically. I loved the location being in the historic district, and they did an amazing job with restoring the mill into a cute restaurant. I had scoped everything out ahead of time so had adjusted my expectations for smaller portions and ordered accordingly. Unfortunately they don't have their cocktail menu online and I can't recall the name of what I ordered but it was very good. Everyone in our party was happy with their drinks. For food, we started with the monkey bread (10/10) - outstanding! The Caesar salad was also tasty. I got the mussels, which had really nice flavor and the sausage was a welcome addition - I just wish it had come with an extra toast or 2 for the broth. The smoked sturgeon was interesting - marinated and smoked for hours - you don't find that many places so I had to try, and really enjoyed it but wow the cornbread almost stole the show in that dish. Nobody cared for the pickled vegetables. Burger was a winner and really big actually. Dessert we got an assortment and the fan favorite was the creme brulee. We got lucky that they were able to seat us after a short wait. We were planning on taking seats at the bar (first come). If you want a table, you may want to make reservations. The restaurant is a house, lovely without being pretentious. With low lighting and low nose level, it would be perfect for a date. It has a New England feel, which makes sense as an oyster house, though they offer oysters from both coasts. The service was fantastic, particularly from our server Christina. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and had great timing, not an easy combination. My friend and I split the oyster roll and the fish special. The roll is a small plate, and it is very much appetizer sized, not meal. The fish was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I will note that they are pricy, I thought the cocktail prices were high for outside of the city. But otherwise a wonderful experience.
