I decided to stop in and save the additional cost from their eBay store. Nice shop! Well-stocked, clean, with friendly and informative staff. If I am ever passing through or need something that a friend can pickup since they're in that area I will definitely consider them again. Also, you know they're passionate if they're watching RC racing, that was cool to see!

I've never experienced something this ridiculous at Michaels…read more I came in, picked out and PAID for balloon bouquets, only to be told it would be a 5-hour wait to inflate them because of online orders take priority. FIVE HOURS while I'm physically standing in the store. What made it worse? One employee said there were 4 online orders ahead of me, then another (who processed my refund) said 8. Which is it? 4? 8? 20? Why does that somehow equal a 5-hour wait for something that takes minutes? There was no one else waiting in-store, yet I was told online orders come first and my only option was a refund. So you'll take my money, but can't take 5 minutes to help an in-store customer? And to further elaborate, as the employee was processing my return, I asked just one more time if they really couldn't inflate my balloons while I was there and she said no that they have 8 online orders they have to do first. I ended the short conversation with "wow, okay." This is beyond poor service, it's disorganized and unacceptable. If this is your policy, it needs to be clearly communicated BEFORE customers waste their time shopping. I expect a response from management regarding this issue, because this experience was handled terribly from start to finish.

It cost me $19.99 plus tax. Not horribly priced. The service was great. I was offered a bag and help multiple times. The store odd clean and fun. There's several blind boxes to choose from. You should check this place out. I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars because they don't take cash.

The good thing about Pop Mart in Victoria Gardens is that it has a great selection of different…read morecollectibles and designer toys. There were plenty of various original series blind boxes to choose from, and it was fun browsing all the options. They are always out of labubus though. If you're looking for something specific, or just want to see what's new, there's a good chance you'll find it here. Unfortunately, the service wasn't very welcoming. The staff were watching their customers too closely, and the overall experience felt a bit cold. On top of that, the prices were noticeably higher, around $20 to $30, for each of their blind boxes. A whole set of blind boxes will set you back $250.00 to $350.00. For cute cheap plastic toys that are trendy and will end up in a landfill someday, these prices are way too much. Overall, it's a decent place to shop if you're after a wide variety of blind boxes, but the high prices and lackluster customer service make it hard to give more than three stars.
