Whenever you need help getting something, no one is to be found for assistance BUT somehow the paranoid and creepy owner is always around to watch you like a hawk and/or scold you. I saw her yell at a poor girl for "opening" a $2 lip gloss. I had looked over those lips glosses earlier and the seals were open on more than a couple; the girl even told the owner that but she kept yelling at her in front of everyone. She could have handled it another way. I feel like a fool for giving this place another chance. I go to the Rancho Cucamonga one now. Their selection if great, always new items, and the customer service is awesome.

I drove from Anaheim all the way to Rialto because I wanted to try the clothes on and see them in person. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, and helped me pick out numerous outfits which I wore for my birthday and last summer. Since then I have been an avid follower and continue to love the products they sell. This is a small business I happily support (even as I live in New York), for keeping me looking stylish and for their great customer service!

This has to be one of the worst Ross locations I've been to. I used to live in LA and have shopped…read moreat plenty of other Ross locations, but this one feels extremely cramped and claustrophobic. Everything is packed so tightly together that there's barely enough room to push a shopping cart comfortably. Clothes were all over the floor, and the shoe section was a complete mess. Sizes were mixed up everywhere, and it didn't look like anyone was keeping the area organized. The clothing racks were probably the most frustrating part. Tops and shirts are hung on both an upper and lower rack. Going through the upper rack actually starts hurting your hand because of how awkwardly high and packed it is. The bottom rack is dark and so low that you have to keep bending down just to see what they have. Shopping here honestly feels more like work than shopping. After struggling through just one section, I gave up and left. This location definitely needs better organization, more space between racks, and more attention from staff to keep merchandise off the floor and where it belongs.

The lady at the register who is an older woman with bleach blonde hair and glasses was very rude and not welcoming at all. My mother had asked a question and she was so rude within her response and automatically tried to correct her without even fact checking when the clearance clothing rack clearly said it was 9.99 and under NOT over! The employees at this old navy truly seem to hate their job with how much skill and professionalism they lack, these workers need to be trained more on how to deal with customers. The older cashier lady with the bleach blonde hair doesn't even smile and just made our expierence bad acting like she didn't have time to help us when there was no one in line and she was very much just standing there and giving unnecessary attitude.

I had already removed the tags and washed them, so that wasn't even possible. To make matters worse, the manager, Juan, was extremely rude and disrespectful while handling the situation. Instead of trying to help or offer a solution, he was dismissive and unprofessional. It's also very frustrating that the prices in-store are often higher than what they advertise online. It feels misleading to customers who shop in person expecting the same deals. Overall, this was a really disappointing experience. Poor customer service and confusing pricing policies. I will not be returning.
