So this fashion Q is a hit and miss!! The clothes and styles they have usually is not what I like and they never have my sides. Never when I wear a large, but they really have enough T-shirts on my side. I feel it's a huge store and they can better options!! It's Clean inside tho. I was walked in on in the dressing room, while I was naked. I noticed that there were no locks or way to tell if someone is in a room, I should've just walked out. I still wanted to try my clothes out so a worker helped guide me to which changing room. when i got undressed, I was walked in on. I put my clothes back on and looked around for a worker and she was no where to be found. Never felt so uncomfortable in my life. Don't come here. Just don't. Especially if you're a person of color. The selection at this Q location is incredibly lame and they always have the same clothes. Whenever you need help getting something, no one is to be found for assistance BUT somehow the paranoid and creepy owner is always around to watch you like a hawk and/or scold you. I saw her yell at a poor girl for "opening" a $2 lip gloss. I had looked over those lips glosses earlier and the seals were open on more than a couple; the girl even told the owner that but she kept yelling at her in front of everyone. She could have handled it another way. I feel like a fool for giving this place another chance. I go to the Rancho Cucamonga one now. Just close it at this point. You'll never feel more unwelcome in a public shopping center than this place. Employees wont talk to you or answer your questions, but 20 minutes before closing will start YELLING at you to leave. They wouldn't even allow anyone to walk in 15 minutes before closing. They don't do refunds, you can only exchange which is pretty shitty. I don't agree with that I think people should have a right to get their money back especially considering the quality of clothes is not that great. Although one of my items had the tag off were pretty understanding about it and I managed to find some decent stuff to replace what I wanted to return. Definitely would try to avoid this place i would be extra sure about what you want if you come here because if the tag is off then they won't want to take it back they'll assume you wore it. I came in to return a shirt that didn't fit me, tag still on and because I didn't have my receipt they didn't want to refund me or give me an exchange, it's very common people either trash receipts or loose them.. it's ridiculous being that the shirt is in new condition, I understand return policy's but customer service went out the window with this location and staff, im a shift supervisor at cvs I work in customer service i deal with customers everyday, im positive that we could have at least worked out store credit. I spend so much money at this place. Extremely disappointed! I also want to add that if they would have allowed me to try on the shirt I wouldn't be returning it. But no fitting rooms were closed for whatever reason. Maybe you should implement a policy where if you can't try stuff on you can guarantee getting at least an exchange or store credit! If I could give this place less than one star I would. My issue is with the fitting rooms. They are never open or available. I feel like they purposely do this because they don't do returns, only exchanges or store credit. So in the end you're screwed over because if something doesn't fit because you couldn't try it on in store they don't lose out on money. I went in today around 7 PM and I wanted to try on an outfit. It must have been 710 at this point so I have my items and I walked to the back of the store. Of course there's a sign saying it's closed. I asked one of the workers if the fitting rooms will be opening back up and she said no because they're almost going to close. They close at 8 PM so the fact that they don't have their fitting rooms open up at least until maybe the last 10 minutes when they close is really ridiculous. I wish the owners were more considerate and cared about their customers experience here. There's not even a phone number that you can call and complain. Store says they close at 7:00, so why is it that you turn away customers at 6:45? Literally there was 3 different customers besides us trying to walk-in and we all got turned away.
