So this fashion Q is a hit and miss!! The clothes and styles they have usually is not what I like and they never have my sides. Never when I wear a large, but they really have enough T-shirts on my side. I feel it's a huge store and they can better options!! It's Clean inside tho. The service wasn't much all the voters are at the cashier!! The value could be better too!! Feel like this location prices are higher than usual. -Marshay D. read more

Don't come here. Just don't. Especially if you're a person of color. The selection at this Q location is incredibly lame and they always have the same clothes. Whenever you need help getting something, no one is to be found for assistance BUT somehow the paranoid and creepy owner is always around to watch you like a hawk and/or scold you. I saw her yell at a poor girl for "opening" a $2 lip gloss. I had looked over those lips glosses earlier and the seals were open on more than a couple; the girl even told the owner that but she kept yelling at her in front of everyone. She could have handled it another way. I feel like a fool for giving this place another chance. I go to the Rancho Cucamonga one now. Their selection if great, always new items, and the customer service is awesome. read more

I was walked in on in the dressing room, while I was naked. I noticed that there were no locks or way to tell if someone is in a room, I should've just walked out. I still wanted to try my clothes out so a worker helped guide me to which changing room. when i got undressed, I was walked in on. I put my clothes back on and looked around for a worker and she was no where to be found. Never felt so uncomfortable in my life. If there is no lock on the door, why is there no worker around to monitor the area? read more

Drove 25 minutes to check the store out I got here at 7 PM an hour before they closed 10 minutes in and I wanted to try a dress and the fitting rooms were already closed like really 40min before closing I guess I should have read the reviews before horrible customer service read more

They don't do refunds, you can only exchange which is pretty shitty. I don't agree with that I think people should have a right to get their money back especially considering the quality of clothes is not that great. Although one of my items had the tag off were pretty understanding about it and I managed to find some decent stuff to replace what I wanted to return. Definitely would try to avoid this place i would be extra sure about what you want if you come here because if the tag is off then they won't want to take it back they'll assume you wore it. Just the overall value of the policy and quality of clothes pairs for a bad shopping experience like that of mine. read more

I came in to return a shirt that didn't fit me, tag still on and because I didn't have my receipt they didn't want to refund me or give me an exchange, it's very common people either trash receipts or loose them.. it's ridiculous being that the shirt is in new condition, I understand return policy's but customer service went out the window with this location and staff, im a shift supervisor at cvs I work in customer service i deal with customers everyday, im positive that we could have at least worked out store credit. I spend so much money at this place. Extremely disappointed! I also want to add that if they would have allowed me to try on the shirt I wouldn't be returning it. But no fitting rooms were closed for whatever reason. Maybe you should implement a policy where if you can't try stuff on you can guarantee getting at least an exchange or store credit! With or without receipt !!! read more

Some workers are racist here me and my daughter walked in and they said they were closed; mind you people where still in the store shopping and looking around; we walked in at 7:45PM they close at 8PM. The worker didn't even let us get both feet in the door. I would give negative 10 stars read more

Just close it at this point. You'll never feel more unwelcome in a public shopping center than this place. Employees wont talk to you or answer your questions, but 20 minutes before closing will start YELLING at you to leave. They wouldn't even allow anyone to walk in 15 minutes before closing. Probably taking this one to the BBB since every other person in the reviews agree. read more

Store has a large selection of clothes for girls and women at a decent price. They also have other items besides clothes

very rude asian lady, I asked if they were hiring and she closed the door on my face and put up her arms up to make an X and just walked away. very disrespectful. read more

Store says they close at 7:00, so why is it that you turn away customers at 6:45? Literally there was 3 different customers besides us trying to walk-in and we all got turned away. They for sure lost out on a lot of money. I lost a bet to my wife and I gave her my credit card to buy whatever she wanted in 10 minutes. The family behind me needed to find some clothes for 5 days of vacationing and they were leaving in the morning. It was 3 ladies they needed to shop for. Crazy, oh well. Grand opening. Grand closing. read more

If I could give this place less than one star I would. My issue is with the fitting rooms. They are never open or available. I feel like they purposely do this because they don't do returns, only exchanges or store credit. So in the end you're screwed over because if something doesn't fit because you couldn't try it on in store they don't lose out on money. I went in today around 7 PM and I wanted to try on an outfit. It must have been 710 at this point so I have my items and I walked to the back of the store. Of course there's a sign saying it's closed. I asked one of the workers if the fitting rooms will be opening back up and she said no because they're almost going to close. They close at 8 PM so the fact that they don't have their fitting rooms open up at least until maybe the last 10 minutes when they close is really ridiculous. I wish the owners were more considerate and cared about their customers experience here. There's not even a phone number that you can call and complain. I'm sure it's because no one is happy with coming here. read more

Love this store! Super inexpensive and very clean. Fitting rooms finally open but close one hour before store closes

I've been to this location two times and every time I go to the dressing room is never open

This is the dumbest location of Q I have ever been to, this is the second time I've walked in and they do not allow you to enter the dressing rooms to try on the clothes but only offer store credit? Make that make sense? Do not shop here, it's an up-charged fast fashion money grab. read more

customer service is terrible every worker is rude acts as if they don't want to talk to you or you're bothering them. came in on multiple occasions at least 20-30 minutes before closing and they were already trying to tell me they were closed and we couldn't purchase anything because they're registers are closed. read more

make sure to get to the store 2 hours before closing because they don't let you try an hour before closing.

this is the worst q store to shop customer service is the worse. wife try to go into fitting room and was told to it was close and to change in the open area where other customers were disguising. please go spend your money elsewhere. read more
