It seriously reminds me of a Zody's back in the day. It is a junk mart. Just mess everywhere. She finally found the items she needed which was great. All of maybe 30 minutes at max but goodness we had to stand in line another 35 - 40 minute just to check out. We were the 4th in line but the people ahead of me had some type of issues. It took 20 minutes just to ring these two women up. I finally turned around to look at the line behind me that was only one person I thought. It changed quickly to about 15. I get to the register and the cashier is frustrated you can hear people in line fussing. Only one cashier with all of these people. Per the cashier that is how (I am assuming the manager) it was scheduled. @Ross if you want business and happy customers you have to hire knowledgeable managers. Get it together, this was an unacceptable experience as always at Ross stores. No one wants to stand in line 20 mins or more just to check out.

Everything is packed so tightly together that there's barely enough room to push a shopping cart comfortably. Clothes were all over the floor, and the shoe section was a complete mess. Sizes were mixed up everywhere, and it didn't look like anyone was keeping the area organized. The clothing racks were probably the most frustrating part. Tops and shirts are hung on both an upper and lower rack. Going through the upper rack actually starts hurting your hand because of how awkwardly high and packed it is. The bottom rack is dark and so low that you have to keep bending down just to see what they have. Shopping here honestly feels more like work than shopping. After struggling through just one section, I gave up and left. This location definitely needs better organization, more space between racks, and more attention from staff to keep merchandise off the floor and where it belongs.
