I had a terrible experience at Old Navy. I tried to get a price match and even brought my receipt, but they refused to honor it unless I brought back all the clothing items. I had already removed the tags and washed them, so that wasn't even possible. To make matters worse, the manager, Juan, was extremely rude and disrespectful while handling the situation. Instead of trying to help or offer a solution, he was dismissive and unprofessional. It's also very frustrating that the prices in-store are often higher than what they advertise online. It feels misleading to customers who shop in person expecting the same deals. Overall, this was a really disappointing experience. Poor customer service and confusing pricing policies. Back to school shopping with the twins was a breeze thanks to Old Navy. They had some great dales and a nice selection of jeans, pants, and shorts. My girls found exactly what they wanted and then some. All the employees were friendly and welcoming. Especially the young lady working the changing rooms. The store is super clean and @ the perfect temperature especially during this IE heat. My only complaint is that they don't have a great selection of young ladies/women's shirts. They had a lot of bodysuits and super frilly shirts. My girls really didn't dig em. So they only got jeans, pants, and shorts. Overall Old Navy was great experience and we picked up some great finds for the new school year! I definitely recommend coming by and checking them out. read more

This was my first visit to this Old Navy location. It is laid out differently from that Cucamonga location where I normally go. It was clean organized and very bright inside. Lyssa, Lead Cashier/Associate, lacks customer service. In fact, it's non-existent. She doesn't greet you or smile. Her body language yells, "I hate my job". It's a joke that she's the "Lead". Seriously. I had a return, she grabbed the bag and before she actually took hold of it she spilled what was inside the bag onto the counter with an attitude. Not sure what her deal was. For some reason she clearly didn't want to help me. I ignored it. So when it was time for me to get my receipt, I grabbed it and left. She then sarcastically says "you're welcome". I love Old Navy and this location is located in the new Renaissance Marketplace in Rialto. Upon walking in I was greeted by two employees with a friendly welcome and a smile. The store seemed a little smaller than other Old Navy's but had almost everything I was looking for on my Christmas list. The girls check in a few times to make sure I was finding what I needed and offered to call another location to see if a jacket was available in the size I needed. Customer service was excellent, place was clean and organized, staff was friendly. Overall a great experience for a newly opened store. read more

Stood in line for 45 minutes to checkout because only 3 registers were open with the cashiers too busy socializing to speed it up. I'm used to the Old Navy in Redlands and how quick they are able to move a line. They also have associates that are in the aisles ready to accept card. I know this is a new location but I was in line for almost 20 min and there were only a few people in front of me the line ended up being like 7 people long behind me. This is the second time in a 3 day period it's been like this. Saturday the line wrapped around the store. There was no one going through with the handheld. I walked in and right out. There seems to be limited staff. I probably won't visit this location again even though it is close to my home. The staff was nice though. Just seemed overwhelmed, seems like they just needed more people. read more
