I recently realized how close the location was to me, so I figured I'd give it a try. My son has plenty of clothes that have never even been worn, including items that still have the original tags attached. First of all, I had to visit this location FIVE separate times because every single time I went, their buying counter was already closed. Apparently, if you want any chance of selling your clothes, you practically have to be there the moment they open. After finally getting the opportunity to drop off my items, the entire experience turned out to be an absolute waste of time. Out of everything I brought in, including brand-new clothing with tags, they selected only FOUR items: a pajama set, a Black History Month shirt, and a true religion shirt. And their offer for all four items? FOUR DOLLARS. I understand this is a resale business and that they need to make a profit. However, offering $4 for four pieces of clothing while rejecting practically everything else, including unworn items, is ridiculous. Needless to say, I kept my clothes. I'd much rather donate them to someone who could actually use them than accept such an insulting offer. What makes this experience even more frustrating is the constant emails encouraging customers to bring in their children's clothes, only for the buying counter to be unavailable most of the time and the offers to be laughably low when you finally get through. Five trips, wasted time, and a $4 offer. Absolutely absurd. I would not recommend wasting your time here.

It honestly was the best supply of Jellycats that I've seen in awhile, especially with the seasonal ones that have been coming out (e.g., summer collection was partially in stock here!). Were the prices a little bit higher versus ordering from the Jellycats website or other stores? Yes. Not an exorbitant amount, but it is higher-priced. But, with how there's quite a low stock on a number of Jellycats in general, it didn't feel too awful to go ahead and purchase a couple. (I ended up getting one of the elephants, as well as an egg keychain). When talking with the owner, there's a chance that the Jellycats craze may die down soon, but it seems to be popular in the meantime. Loved chatting with the owner today, and how nice she was!

The store closed down when the owner passed away. I would have to say that now KISSUI and KISSUI KITH are now among my favorite boutique stores in the downtown Redlands area. Lady cashier with a heart tattoo on her upper chest was slow as hell in ringing up customers. They brought a couple of shirts and dresses...but for some reason they kept talking together and the cashier was just in slow motion using the register. There was another employee who finally ringed us up and it took us about 4 mins to finish our transaction. When we were leaving...that same cashier is still with the same customer...still trying to finish whatever transaction they have...that's about 30 mins being there I wish this employee be fired...she does not belong in this job.

She was about to ring up the floor model when I asked for a new one - just so I don't take the floor model. I can sense the roll in her eyes as she said okay and pushed the stroller aside.
