Horrible customer service. The owner was rude to me for no reason. I spend 60$ the day I went in and she was still being rude.

Came for one of their big sales they do every few months and got a bunch of stuff for good prices…read more The store in general in a good size and the racks are stuffed with outfits! Definitely will be going back.

Great place to sell Kids' clothes, books and toys they have outgrown. Although they don't take…read moreeverything, they've bought a good portion of my stuff I've taken there, especially if it's in newer/good condition. Based on their needs and the current trends is what they tend to purchase. Granite you are not going to make a fortune selling stuff back, but I figure if I can sell some of it back, at least you make some money for stuff that you would probably end up donating anyways. I haven't purchased anything from there, although I do see some Name Brand items within the store. I do think most of the sizes are for infants, toddlers and kids up to age 10. There are older children items within the store, but as most kids get into their pre-teens and teenage years, they most likely would not shop there. Staff has been nice most of the time and you do have to wait for them to go through whatever you've brought, so might be a good idea to make the drop off and then run some errands. Typically it takes them about 1.5-2 hours to get through what you've brought in to sell. Overall, I would continue to try and sell my kids' stuff here.

Camp Crib - We love our custom Big Bear Lake logo! This is a custom designed logo that is only available here and at our sister store, O KOO RAN.

Absolutely love this store! All of the employees are very friendly and also very helpful. They have…read moresome of the most unique children's items, and are very reasonably priced. I also love the selection of hats and jewelry for the moms as well. Highly recommended to stop by when you go through the Village.

I love supporting small businesses. But I'm not sorry about my 4 star review (which is 1 more than…read morewhat I was originally going to rate). Items are pricey, but adorable. Don't get me wrong - I shop at Nordstrom's and Bloomingdales but wouldn't want to spend $22 on a Christmas dress. Books are cover price, which I can purchase at B&N and use a coupon for a discount. I've been searching for a stroller and saw they had 1 on the floor. I asked the 2 sales girls by the register "is the stroller on the floor new?" I can understand if that came out rude. I should've asked if it was the last one - because I noticed some discoloration - and didn't want to grab the floor/ display sample. One of the girls (with blonde hair) had a stern look and said they had more in the back. Her expression left a sour taste but I still wanted to purchase it. I wanted to make sure it was okay with my husband so we came back later to look at it. He tested it out (pushed around and closed it). I asked the same (stern) lady if this was how the stroller work and she said yes after testing it out herself. She was about to ring up the floor model when I asked for a new one - just so I don't take the floor model. I can sense the roll in her eyes as she said okay and pushed the stroller aside. I said I was going to put it back and she said "it's fine" and stormed off. Strike 2. The stroller is what we wanted and at a very reasonable price compared to Target and Walmart. I'm all for supporting small businesses and you can't please every customer but I felt like I wasn't being rude or harsh when asking for a stroller.
