I was nice and didn't say what I was calling about. I simply said I wanted to talk to the owner about a mother of the bride appointment so the owner wouldn't be put off. I never received a phone call back. I left 3 messages. I'm from Greensboro and have used blow dry bars. I actually would fill-in at the front desk for a friend that owned one. I know how blow dry bars should behave. Blo in Chapel Hill is bare bones. It's not pretty inside like most blow dry bars, No offer of a drink, no "it's good to see you", no "thank you for coming today" I think they are used to working on students that don't care about customer service.
