With that said, there are varying levels of skill at this salon. Just like you would find at any salon. You can pick a specific nail tech of your choosing if you prefer. Cynthia, the owner, is wonderful. It's not easy to run this sort of business but she does a great job and genuinely cares about the customers and her employees.
