NO, the class should have been 3 days; it was cut down to 2 days. We skipped mapping; and quite a few other detailed things I should have known upon course completion. I didnt even get my certificate until almost 2 weeks later bc "her sister" wasnt there to print it out. I messaged and emailed Naomi several times with my concerns... not a big deal to her bc she had my money and was leaving out for a family vacation the following week. Later, inside the kit she gave me (most important tool I need) broke. So not only am I out of my money; but I also had to order a new machine. Her only response to it was if It would turn on at all. I have had to pay other instructors for MORE training. When I requested a partial refund; (disputed it through my bank) which was denied. I am writing this as a warning. DO NOT TAKE NAOMI'S CLASS!! Do not go to Glamshack period. If she took my money so easily; I couldn't imagine her doing permanent makeup on my face or anyone else. I am disappointed bc I was referred to her; I wish I would have taken another course and gotten my moneys worth.

Then she re-pierces them dry with no lube. I can't even get these to move like they used to. The customer is always right, and then she wanted to charge me to do them again, get out of here! Don't you honor your work, obviously NOT. Very horrible experience and the 2nd time she purposely squeezed so HARD that the one ball went flying and the ring was squeezed together so bad she had to give me a new ring, and she ruined my knocker telling its week. (I normally go to Katy Heyings in Durham, but wasn't able to schedule with her before my flight out this Thursday. Highly recommend going to her if you're thinking about getting a lash lift and tint.) My appointment was at 10:30 AM, and for this service, I'm usually in and out within the hour. I, however, was here for 2 HOURS. The technicians were so focused on quantity and on bouncing between clients that the quality of service was nonexistent. My technician used so much perming and tinting solution during the lash lift and tint service that it began to sear my eyes and burn my eyelids. I asked if they had anything to flush my eyes with (which any qualified technician should have when using chemicals near the eyes), only to be given wet paper towels. I was genuinely surprised that this place hasn't been sued yet, if this is standard practice. Post service, my lashes are now extremely over-processed to the point where, every time I open my eyes, they get stuck in my eyelid crease, and my bottom lashes are fried and crimped every which way outside of a lovely curl. Don't get me started on how sore and raw my eyes are. I've included a picture showcasing the lashes and how irritated my eyes STILL are 2 hours after. You can look at other recent reviews specifically for this service and see individuals quoting the same issues. I've had this service done so many other times and have never had this issue. The high reviews are misleading and mainly focus on brow services; I should have been more cautious. Hopefully, this review can help keep someone else safe in the future. Save your money, save your time, and save your lashes. Avoid this place at all costs.
