I really could eat this for the rest of my life and be okay. They still have great quality meat and vegetables. I don't like the seafood much cause it's kinda flavorless frozen seafood, and aside from the shrimp, every time I order some form of seafood I regret it. Kitty is a fantastic server, very attentive and helpful, and she was working her tail off yesterday. The service is generally good but the kitchen has been rough the last couple of times. We had missing items this last time, and we legitimately waited almost 50 minutes for the majority of our dishes the time before that. This was around 3:30pm on a weekday so maybe only one person was working or something.

The food is amazing. Ordering is a bit of a learning curve so I recommend you visit with a group to be able to try multiple soup bases and accompaniments. The servers are super helpful and very patient with our multitude of questions. I recommend the mushroom soup base, tom yum soup base, with the premium golden fish maw chicken soup base as the go-to. Don't miss ordering the Dancing Noodles as they are both inexpensive, entertaining, and freshly pulled at the table. I also ordered the combo for kid to get a small portion of noodles and some veggies. Also make sure to visit the nice dessert bar at the end. Finally, check for coupon and secret codes for added bonuses.

The ingredients are incredibly fresh, so I feel totally safe letting my kid eat here. The meat quality is excellent! We happened to be celebrating my child's birthday, and they even decorated our table and sang the birthday song for us for free--it made the experience so warm and full of joy. The service is also incredibly attentive: staff helped us mix dipping sauces and cleared our table promptly. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

the service and food went beyond my expectations!! every person of the staff would check in on us and our water was always filled! the tomato base soup and the wagyu was sooo yummy :3 i also really loved the rice cake

Taking our friends out for their very first hotpot experience and of course we had to take them to Hai Di Lao! As always, exceptional service and hospitality paired with delicious food. The only bummer is that they didn't have a staff to do the dancing noodle.

Perfect location, excellent service, and plenty of seating options that make every visit comfortable and enjoyable. We ordered the tomato and tom yum broths, and honestly, I'd always lean toward tomato at Haidilao; richer, cozier, and just hits better Also, if you're dining now, Haidilao has a Zootopia set where you can get free chopsticks or a super cute keychain

Came on a Monday night (holiday season) and the wait was 30 minutes around 8pm. We were seated at 8:30pm and got started on ordering! This location does individual pots for the soup with MANY options! Prices are high but the quality is good, we spent around $50 per person with 1 meat, 1 fish ball order, 1 dumpling order, 2 veggies and 1 noodle. I would probably only come here for special occasions. Highlights - Golden Fish Maw Chicken Soup - wow this soup base was delicious! - Lamb - incredibly soft, high quality lamb that absorbed all the flavors of the soup base Overall the ingredient variety, sauce bar and experience are top tier. I will definitely be returning to Haidilao.

This is the first ever Haidilao Hotpot location I've ever been to that has AYCE! The Arcadia spot is tucked in a large indoor mall that isn't very lively besides the Round One or theater there, but trust me: Haidilao is structured similarly to many of the other locations with the standard booths, sauce stations, dancing noodle performances, and robot servers with waters. I came with some friends for a birthday celebration and they treated us stupendously. We got LOTS of food (mostly red meats, vegetables, noodles, and appetizers) in broth--the tastiest and most filling meal for a party of four. The sweetest part was them singing Happy Birthday to me and giving us a coconut cake on the house. It was very sweet and soft, though it tasted like it had been refrigerated or thawed out from the freezer for a while. Other than that, it was a fabulous meal and experience, especially with larger parties!

The staff were super helpful on this recent visit. They are generally nice but today's visit we were checked on multiple times and offered the kids toys with a brief mention of the secret codes. As always, there were plenty of snacks and things to nibble on at the sauce bar. The food maintains its quality and sets a classic standard for hot pot. The soups seem to be less salty than years before and I mean that in a good way. Overall a 4/5 experience, especially if you bring the kids.

They offer premium and prime options for their AYCE hot pot. Their prime menu was $52.95 and offered 9 different soup bases, 17 meat options, self serve bar filled with veggies, noodles and meat balls, drink stations and ice cream. I got the split pot with sukiyaki and jelly golden chicken broth. The sukiyaki was slightly sweet and full of umami flavor. The jelly golden chicken was flavorful and comforting. You can tell they boil down chicken bones from the chicken fat in the soup. They have 3 meats on the prime menu that were wagyu. All 3 were super tender and required little to no chewing. The abalone were massive and firm yet tender. We got the shrimp paste as well which was flavorful and filled with chunks of shrimp. The veggies were fresh and I enjoyed the variety. My favorites were the crown daisy, spinach, enoki mushrooms and Napa. They even have the sweet potato wide rice noodles that are slimy and chewy. Not a lot of AYCE places have it so it's a rare find. The staff here speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and English so ordering was not an issue. They have a small lot in the back with about a dozen spots which wasn't an issue on the week day.

The owner was really nice, she helped us take a pic and also took a pic for the photo wall in the back. I had split sukiayki and the mala spicy soup, both good. I also tried the tonkatsu, it was tasty. Meat took some time to come out but seafood is very fresh. The shrimp and mussel from the premium menu is very fresh. The drinks and ice cream are included. I love thrifty ice cream, with Rite Aid gone, I savor every chance I get to have Coconut Pineapple ice cream. I had the canned Herbal Tea and Milk tea, both are very good. The herbal tea was sweet, almost like dates. I will definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

However, I still made a reservation online since I saw a few reviews mentioned reserving ahead of time to mininize wait time. Luckily, it wasn't full when we arrived so the reservation wasn't actually needed but it did get more full later in the night so a reservation would be helpful if you plan to eat later at night during the peak times and especially during the weekends. Anyhow, we were seated quickly and got a table with two stoves and we could use both for four people. I got the Shabu Shabu and Sukiyaki broths while my parents got the Shabu Shabu and Tomato. And we got the Momo experience since it has a good assortment of meats. Our server was friendly in explaining the menu and had pretty fast service. Once we ordered the meat, they were served quickly too which was nice so you didn't have to wait long in between. The meat quality was pretty good but we noticed that the quality for the Chuck Eye got worse towards the end of our meal even though it started off really good. Not sure if that was on purpose or just a bad batch of beef but it was disappointing since it wasn't as tender and was tough to chew so I couldn't eat some of it. The broths were also pretty good. The Sukiyaki is a bit salty if you let the veggies and meat sit inside for too long so warning about that, but it was flavorful enough to not dip in sauces. I liked the Shabu Shabu more since it is more clear and not strong. Also, they have a drink section for unlimited drinks if you pay extra which I didn't opt for but they do let you order free hot tea or hot water unless you want cold water then it is at the soda fountain. Sad that they now charge for drinks. They also have a self-serve veggie bar which has decent amount of veggies and other hotpot ingredients but it is a smaller variety compared to some other all you can eat hotpots I have been to. They also have free ice cream at the end of the meal which is just 1 scoop of the flavors they have available. Nothing special. Overall, this is decent hotpot choice if you like Japanese style hotpot. The meat quality is okay but doesn't seem consistent on each platter. Also not many veggies to choose from. After trying this place, I realize I like Chinese hotpot better so I don't think I will come back here again but I guess it was worth trying.

For me, this spot has been a go-to for years, and somehow I still find myself back here every 1-2 weeks like clockwork. If you know, you know: the T-Rex lamb hot pot is the move. The portion is generous, the lamb is tender, and it cooks beautifully in the broth. My personal combo is the creamy milk and corn broth, which gives the whole pot this rich, slightly sweet, comforting depth that pairs perfectly with the lamb. Once everything starts simmering together, the broth just keeps getting better with every bite. And of course, the dipping sauces seal the deal. I always rotate between ponzu and sesame sauce--the ponzu adds that bright citrusy kick while the sesame brings the nutty richness. Every bite feels balanced and ridiculously satisfying. One thing that keeps me coming back (besides the food) is the service. The staff here are consistently pleasant, polite, and attentive. Even when it gets busy, they're quick to check in, refill broths, and make sure everything at the table is running smoothly. Another reason this place has such staying power is the experience.
