Comparing to the other quotes I had obtained the price seemed fair and I felt comfortable booking with them due to their affiliation with Costco. From the consultation to the scheduling of appointments and the installation every thing went smoothly. Although a smaller project and my budget was limited I still appreciate the attention they provided to me for the kitchen counters and backsplash renovation. I hope to update my master bathroom soon and will consult with America DreamWorks for that service.

Also it was very helpful to visit their showroom and go over all the minute details of my new kitchen with the products that I would be using at one location. Their workmanship is excellent and also the quality of their products. Everyone that came to my house during this process was polite and helpful. American Advantage Remodeling created a stellar kitchen for me! P.S. - the best thing is that a few days after the kitchen was finished my dishwasher would not turn on. Within a few hours of me letting them know, a very helpful person was sent to my house to fix the problem (not their fault but mine) and I really appreciated how quickly this issue was resolved

All my friends and neighbors love my remodel and have heard our raves regarding the contractor. A couple of months ago my neighbor and friend decided to do extensive remodeling and of course went straight to America's Advantage. Vlad came out and went thru the entire house taking notes on everything they wanted done. He promised he would get back to them in 3 weeks with an estimate. After the 3 weeks passed and no word from Vlad, they began calling the company and Vlads cell. They called 4 times without getting a response. I was so shocked at this, I called Vlad on his cell. He told me he never got the messages and would call them that day or the next. I asked him if there was an issue and he assured me there wasn't. He never contacted them. I am shocked! If they couldn't or didn't want to do the job they could have at least let them know. I will never use them again nor will I reccomend them or endorse them ever again.

The handles came off one of our doors after a year and even though I rescrew it back on, it just comes off again. Now, other handles are coming off. When you spend over $12,500 you want a product that will last. I should have said something back when it was being installed, but I think the installer brought his son and had him installing the doors and handles while he was doing something else. John, the owner, and his crew did a flawless job from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the result. It's a beautiful bathroom and was done with care and respect for our living zone. John provided a bid with a complete breakdown of project tasks and included materials which left no questions on our end. He provided info on where to get our bath products, tile and countertops and said it would take about 2 weeks to complete. ("yeah...right" I thought to myself). It took 2 weeks and a day (including shower glass installation)! From day one, they would show up at 8 am sharp, wait for the entire crew to arrive before knocking, and work straight through till 5pm. They were clean, courteous and meticulous in their workmanship. John would let me know what would occur over the next couple of days which was great as I was able to have things ready for the crew to power through and get it done. John even came back out to the house to re-install a mirror (we opted for a larger mirror) after the project was completed. By far the most pleasant construction experience to date and I highly recommend their services.

We chose all licensed and bonded installers as we figured they would provide a higher quality of work. In only five months, a few of the 24" x 24" porcelain tiles, which had been installed on the floors of our kitchen, laundryroom, diningroom and entryway, began to come loose and one of them cracked. The installer came out and replaced the cracked tiles to our satisfaction, however over the next year, nine more tiles became loose After trying to work it out with the licensed installer, we were forced to have an independent inspection performed to see how wide spread the problem was. After having five different Tile contractors out, we were appalled that only one out of the five would we hire. Sam, from Brothers IC met with us and took the time to inspect the previous install. He was professional, very knowledgeable and although his bid was the highest, he was the only one we felt confident with. Sam and his three man crew did a great job and paid attention to every detail. We highly recommend this company!! Thanks Sam!
