I honestly thought it was going to be a huge problem, but he worked magic. He figured out exactly what needed to be done, made everything fit beautifully, and the finished result looks perfect. He was incredibly professional from start to finish, communicated clearly, arrived on time, and treated my home with care and respect. He worked impressively fast without ever cutting corners, and it was obvious right away that he is highly skilled and truly knows his craft. What stood out most was how kind, friendly, and respectful he was. So many contractors can be gruff or difficult to work with, but Evgeny was the complete opposite -- patient, warm, and genuinely pleasant. His pricing was very fair, and the value for the quality of work was outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

This is our first home and our first remodel. At first I was nervous of everything I didn't know…read moreabout, but Mike alleviated that. Let me explain. Mike and his team did an excellent job creating our daughter's new bedroom and taking out our old fireplace. The finished product looks like it's always been there. There's a lot of good things to say, from the top: The quote he provided was highly detailed and itemized clearly. He set clear expectations of what he would do and what we would provide to complete the job. We chose Millsaw because their quote was comprehensive, he was transparent with us about the our responsibilities and costs, he was professional in his initial visit to measure our layout, and he had good references. His team was on time every day. They laid down paper and a protective mat to cover our floor and stairs where they walked. They were kind to our family and BOY were they fast! They got the entire job done in about two weeks, maybe less, and cleaned up after each day. It was reassuring that Mike personally knew his team. We felt comfortable leaving them alone in our home. Mike assured us he'd trust them in his own home. His team had the same kindness and professionalism that Mike did. He involved us with picking our paint, trim boards, and flooring. He gave us his discount code to get lower prices on paint. We picked paint, trim, flooring, and new fans in our girls' bedrooms. He made these items into a clear shopping list for us. I don't normally write reviews. I don't want to write anything rosey or biased. This experience was truly easy. I don't have much negative to say. They handled everything we wanted them to. He handled a lot of details so I didn't have to worry about anything. Mike kept us informed each day of the current status and next steps. Since finishing this project, we've recommended Millsaw to some friends for their projects too. Overall, he was warm, courteous, professional, and thorough. The end product looks like it has always been there. Thanks Mike and team! -Jon

Millsaw Construction is a company you can trust. The owner, Mike, is clearly committed to quality and takes great care in every detail. Thanks to his professionalism and organization, the entire project was completely hassle-free. Mike also provided great recommendations on flooring, shower tile, and paint color schemes that truly elevated the look of my home. The completed project was top-notch. I'm extremely happy with the results and would recommend Millsaw Construction without hesitation to anyone looking to upgrade their home and getting their money's worth.

I totally recommend Sacramento Millworks. Skip the big box kitchen designers, and contractors using…read morestock cabinets and call Raymond! I love my kitchen and I've also approached him about a future project. I had a basic 1970's era condo kitchen-outdated but can't really change the footprint. I tried to revive it with refacing. It still didn't function well, but I worked around it. A leak in the wall behind the cabinets, forced an unexpected remodel. I received estimates from several contractors using stock or RTA "IKEA" kitchen cabinets. The cabinets I saw in these stores did not seem as sturdy as my existing cabinets. I couldn't customize and would have similar unusable spaces where the pre-made cabinets are put together. The contractors and pre-made cabinet stores told me custom cabinets would cost twice as much as their estimates. While looking for design ideas, I saw multiple Houzz and Reddit posts stating a local carpenter could give me custom cabinets at a much better price. I am so glad I paid attention to the posts! That's how I found Sacramento Millworks. His price for my project was comparable to the quotes I received for stock cabinets. Raymond is a carpenter and a designer. Because of his experience, he handled everything. He walked me through everything, including a trip to the granite and tile shops. I just picked colors. He was very patient. Most of contractors I've worked with recently send employees to do the work. They just pop in here and there until it's time for payment. Raymond was on site working with one helper everyday. I really appreciated that!

It doesn't affect its performance at all, and Robert's installation made it look as clean and professional as possible. We're extremely happy with the results! I offered a bit extra if he could come the same day since I was hoping to get everything done before Thanksgiving, and he made it happen. Igor and his team were extremely professional from start to finish. He is incredibly meticulous and even suggested installing wood planks behind the lights to keep the light patterns consistent. I had spoken with five or six other installers before, and none of them mentioned this. By the way, not only did he install the wood planks but painted them to match the exterior. Igor was also very mindful about hiding all cables to keep the exterior looking clean, which I really appreciated. We feel very fortunate to have found Igor, and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that he does much more than just lighting installations. We will definitely be reaching out again when we are ready to install wood flooring in my office. Thanks again, Igor!
