Great customer service from start to finish. Mike did a great consultation and helped us find the perfect gorgeous French front doors that met all of our security concerns. They happened to have a sale going which was great, so the price was extremely reasonable and they had great financing options as well. Brad came out and gave us a quote. It was a little higher than we were expecting and we had not shopped around to compare. But after meeting Brad we feel comfortable that the quality that we were looking for would be delivered. We signed that day. A few days latter the owner also came out to verify our color selection, making us feel even about their attention to detail. The day before the install the guys doing the prep on the stucco came by and got it all ready. On the day of install 2 guys Todd and Grant came and did an excellent job. We thought that there would need to be some drywall repair or patching, but this was needed do their skill and workmanship. The day after the install the stucco guys returned and finished by patching up the stucco and matching perfectly the color and texture to our existing. So happy we found Rocket door!! We were in need of a new front door as ours was original from the 70s and the side glass broke which put us in position to replace our front door. We called Jim at Rocket door and gave him ideas of what we wanted from pinterest photos. Well, with alot of texts back and forth from him showing us similar door installs he had done, he gave us a bid. After a few days, we opted to go with Rocket door. Jim scheduled a time and day to come out and take measurements, go over door styles, color etc. It takes 4 weeks to order a custom door but guarantee Jim was all over our install as soon as that door arrived. His crew was professional, courteous and very detailed. They showed up on time and in 6 hours was done. We have an issue with our front door. After making an appointment (3 week lead time?!?) we had someone come out to give us a quote on getting a new door. We had to schedule it for when my wife was also home because he didn't want to give me the quote without my wife being there. Pretty sure my wife trusts me with financial decisions. Then when they finally came out, I asked for a breakdown of the quotes (which were quite expensive) to be emailed to me. Never heard from them again. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

My experience w this company wasn't what I expected. I was met with a representative, at which time he flipped through his catalog, showing me doors he suggested. I would have much preferred to see it myself. A couple of times I attempted to take the catalog so I could see their products, but he would repeatedly take it back and look at it himself, just telling me "ok this door and this door". We are thrilled that we found Rocket Door. We purchased, and had four new beautiful doors installed at our home. We were extremely impressed and satisfied from the first phone call with Brianna, our initial home visit with Christian, visit to the showroom and meeting with Jim, through the install with John. When we decided to replace doors in June, we believed it would be easy to buy doors and find someone to install them. We quickly realized, after meeting with Christian, that there was a lot more to consider; and that a good installation with a professional who knows what they are doing is key to the finished product. We met with Christian first at our home to review our options. At that point, we decided to visit the showroom to view the doors in person. This was an important part of the process for us, as it was helpful to see the doors up close. Our priority, was the front door, but we also had three other doors to replace. Jim provided us with some options that worked within our budget. Next, Jim came to the house and did all the final measurements, and the doors and hardware were ordered. Four weeks later, a date for the install was set. When it came time to install, John, an extremely talented carpenter was prompt each day and very efficient. Our new front door, which has completely changed the look of the home was installed with great finesse, as there is some sloping which John had to deal with. One would never know at this point that there is any sloping. The other three doors were equally well installed with great effort, and look stunning. During the install, Jim stopped by to ensure that all was going smoothly, and followed up with phone calls. It's really challenging to find honest, hard working, and punctual contractors. We know, as we live in a fixer upper and deal with a lot of different trades. We couldn't have wished for a better experience, and even better, our doors and hardware are beautiful, of very high quality, and very well installed, which we know will add value to our home.
