Mike and his partner did all the tile work, plumbing, electrical and some touchup painting themselves, no subcontractors - with the exception of the glass shower wall/doors, which everyone subcontracts. Overall, I'm pleased with the outcome. They were very easy to work with, which is why I hired them. On several occasions Michael saved me from my bad ideas. But there were issues around the finishing details. I had to go over the work and point out with stick notes many finishing details like at the base of the cabinets, grout cleanup in corners and rough finishing edges. Overall in the end the master bath came out great. But in the second bath the amount of grout clean up issues were extensive. For some reason they decided to change the color of the grout without my consent and it looked terrible. I was told the color would change after it dries. Well the grout color did not change when it dried, the color they used what not what I selected. Michael stop taking my calls after he admitted they used the wrong color and said they would come back and fix it. I had to hire a tile company to change the color of the grout. I do recommend that Michael hire someone to do the finishing work he does not like doing. Would I hire him again or recommend him - NO.

Paul Nadler and his team did an exceptional job, with a special shoutout to his assistant, Danny, for his stellar project support and workmanship. Every trade professional Paul brought onto the project was top-notch, reflecting the highly selective nature of Centerstone's partnerships. As an aerospace engineer, I look closely at the long-term integrity of both materials and workmanship. For example, Centerstone's choice to use the premium Wedi waterproofing system for our shower is a perfect testament to their rigorous attention to detail and commitment to long-term durability. I've included before, in-progress, and after pictures to showcase their work. Note the precision on the custom niche, the flawless installation of the high-end water fixtures and grab bars, and the beautiful integration of the teakwood bench. In my opinion, Josh at Great West Tile Creations is unreliable and not dependable. (I would give…read morezero stars if I could.) Our experience: I met with Josh to discuss kitchen tile installation in our new home with the understanding there could be a 3 - 4 month wait because of Josh's schedule. 4 months passed, we ordered tile. Josh asked if he could come to see the tile so we made an appt. Josh rescheduled the appt to see the tile THREE times. Finally Josh came to the house, said he liked the tile, we confirmed an install price and agreed on a start date. Josh and I had a nice visit. But guess what? Start date came... No Josh. I called and left several voicemail msgs. No return call. I texted, no response. I think a courtesy call from Josh with an explanation would have been appropriate. Our cabinet installers waited patiently for Josh to install the tile. Josh's lack of professionalism significantly delayed our project since I had to find another tile installer. I do not recommend Josh. Why hire and wait for someone who doesn't show up when there are quality tile installers in Phoenix?

The crew came and did a great job. We signed off at the completion and from what we remembered paid cash. Over 6 months later we get a demand letter stating we still owed $500... and that if we did not pay up immediately we would be sent to collections. The balance we owed at the time was under $500 and they were also spelling our last name wrong in the email demand letter. My husband and I have over an 800 credit score and have always paid our bills on time. This company was not able to provide us with a copy of the last sign off paperwork. We unfortunately also did not keep it or misplaced it. We felt like we were treated with Bully tactics. What company comes back after 6 months and wrong information and demands payment? We spoke with our lawyer and he told us unfortunately it is a he said/she said situation and this bully could send us to collection despite not having any real proof. Also we were told their accountant had screwed up several other accounts. We paid it but really felt like it was extortion... So be sure to keep all paperwork when working with them!

The "refresh" of the white subway tile in the kitchen is amazing, it makes it appear larger, cleaner and updated with such an easy project. The best part was Caleb and his crew. It looks great and there are no issues! I had vinyl plank installed through most of the home and carpet in the bedroom. I also had new 4" baseboards installed. The work and the results were excellent! They stuck to their timeline and budget. When they found an issue with one of my toilet flanges they brought it to my attention and we agreed on a repair for a modest additional charge. The final work was reviewed by the owner on his walk through. He found a few things for his team to address and they took care of it. I've had a lot of compliments on the new flooring. The prices were good too. The price was similar to (a bit less than) a national chain competitor, but Walk On Me's bid included the new baseboards throughout vs. the competition only wanting to put quarter-round down with the vinyl plank. I got a much better deal here.
