My drink came out within 5 minutes of my purchase. I ordered the tiger matcha milk tea with boba, no ice, 50% sweet. I liked that the sweetness was just right and that the brown sugar and matcha blended well in this drink. I didn't like that the boba was firmer than I would have liked. I left most of the pearls behind when I finished drinking the milk tea because I just couldn't eat them. For a drink that costs over $7, I expected higher quality than this. Over the years the boba options in Millbrae have gradually gotten better and TeaEver is on that list of good options to go to for boba in Millbrae. I would definitely come in with zero expectations in terms of service because this shop is designed to have little human interaction as you just order on the kiosk then sit and wait for them to call your order. The most communication you'll get is your order number and a thank you which is definitely fine with me personally. The inside of TeaEver is pretty comfortable to sit in as well. I got the Thai milk tea with black boba and it was pretty good. It wasn't overly sweet even at 100% sweetness for my taste. Overall I had a solid experience going here. Their boba is pretty standard and it won't blow you away quality wise, but I still think it's worth trying out if you're nearby. read more

My wife wanted some milk tea later than usual so I picked her up some and she's was happy with it. I would recommend ordering it advance if you don't want to wait. Day 6 of 7 Days of Boba triple threat, stop 2, TeaEver. Located at the bottom of a condo, along a stretch of restaurants and a small Asian market, we find TeaEver. A bit of background, I had actually forgotten I had been here prior to this visit (I was first to visit too, my bad, lol), but while I do remember bits and pieces of it after I realized I've been here, the experience itself did feel different from that while ago, but there were also plus and minuses from before. Staff was okay. I do feel that there probably could've been more attentiveness from the staff, more so to the speed that they were doing things. They didn't really appear to be in a rush at any point, even when I first got there, and there was a long line of people waiting for their drinks, there was just no urgency. It did take a bit longer than I thought it would to get my drink considering after the long line of people left, it still took a bit for them to get to mine. While I certainly prefer quality over speed, should at least try and make it seem like they were trying to get things done faster. Price wise is fair. They only have one size for drinks, albeit, it's the short tall cup, but for the price, it balances itself out in the end. I got the Wukong Black Milk Tea again, but one difference this time compared to the prior time all that time ago, I could actually substitute the coffee jelly out for boba this time since I wasn't allowed to last time about a little over a year ago not long after they opened. That's a change that I welcome for sure. The drink itself was nice, the milk and tea was nicely blended, good milk flavors, though tea could've been a bit stronger, overall just tasty and has kind of a caramel like flavor to it seemingly mimicking a brown sugar almost. Boba was also nicely made, and a tad more on the mushier side than the QQ side, but well made, and has a bit of flavor to it too. Final Verdict: One of the better options for boba in this area. Pricing is fair, drink was well made and tasty, and boba was made correctly on the mushier side than QQ. Staff here didn't really move all that fast, so when they actually are fairly busy, my concern is probably going to be a fairly longer wait to actually get your drink, so will have to see what it's like next time. All in all, would recommend giving TeaEver a try. read more

Because it was raining and I needed something warm, I opted for the B2 signature wukong black milk tea (hot). The price was $5.41 for a size of a venti cup. I think hot drinks default to a large cup. And I was pleasantly surprised that it came with coffee jelly for free! :) I didn't want it to be too sweet so I went down to 50% and it was alright. Nothing great - just a regular milk tea I guess. If it wasn't for the weather, I would have gotten the matcha drinks they have. Btw, they close at 10pm should you have late night sweet cravings. Long due review for such a nice place for boba. My partner and I were looking for someplace new for boba and stumbled upon TeaEver on Yelp. Being someone who typically goes to Millbrae, I was surprised that TeaEver was located so close to the typical restaurants I eat at. Regardless, finding this place was a gem. I was immediately satisfied the minute I stepped into the shop. There was ample seating and the decoration and walls made you feel like you were transported into a tea shop in Taiwan. The menu was quite extensive, ranging from tea creama to fruit teas. The first item on the menu that captured my attention was the sakura boba (which was pink and had a light flavor). We had asked about the sakura boba but the employee simply gave us a small amount to try (some things just can't be explained with words). The sakura boba was truly interesting and I think is a must-try. I opted to get the Passionfruit Pineapple Green tea while my partner had grabbed an Oolong Latte with Crystal and Sakura Boba. Upon the first sip, I thought that my drink was delicious. With the many boba places popping up recently, I feel that many places are competing for the uniqueness of the drinks and can in some ways, disregard the tea itself. TeaEver was definitely not one of those places. I thought the green tea in my drink was very strong and flavorful, exactly to my liking (I didn't even adjust the sugar as I'd typically). Deduct one star for the watermelon juice with cheese crema that is free if you order $25+ from Cheung Hing. Apparently you have to ask what's the free drink as you can't just choose. For awhile when it was the Mango Delight (Mango Pomelo Sago), that was super worth since that drink is like $6. Watermelon juice was too watery and not made of fully ripe watermelons so it didn't taste great, just tasted of water. Not disgusting at all so it's not that big of a deal, but I think not all creations might taste amazing. Kudos for being creative though! Also, wait was kinda long for drinks today ~15 min. The Hong Kong style egg waffle is delicious! We ended up going back to order another one since it was so good - crunchy outside with soft interior and perfectly sweet. I looked over the see full menu on Yelp and wanted the H6 Peach Gum Fresh Milk or the H8 Black Glutinous Rice Peach Milk and a Durian Egg Puff. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews of this place but I truly think this is a gem in the bay! Ever since moving to the area, this has been the only boba place that kept me sane and curbed my boba cravings. I felt like I needed to say something because I really want them to stay in business for a long time. Let me explain... There aren't many boba places that use real fruit and special/healthy ingredients (e.g. peach gum, red dates, snow fungus, etc.) so I appreciate that TeaEver does! They have so many specialty and unique drinks here that I don't see elsewhere like the peach gum snow milk jelly -- I keep coming back to try all of them. Plus, their mango delight (mango sago with delicious jelly and coconut milk) is probably the most authentic in the area! I recommend trying their specialty drinks like the ones I mentioned above and the fruit ones. Their poster listing the top 10 drinks are solid!
