Lychee Black Tea - A large plastic cup containing lychee black tea with a straw is positioned on a table. The drink has a layered appearance with dark and light sections, and a clear straw is inserted into the cup. In the background, a person wearing a black jacket is partially visible, and a green box with a logo is also on the table. The setting appears to be inside a cafe or tea shop.

I love coming to t4! I normally get the lyhcee fruit tea with boba or the hot milk tea! The service is fast and we order on a table in the store. The ambiance is nice but i perfer coming in before the middle schoolers do! There are also card games and board games and i would also reccomend the popcorn chicken and the fried calamari!

Fried Tofu - A cardboard takeout box contains fried tofu cubes that are golden and crispy, topped with a seasoning or spice. The box is open, revealing the tofu pieces arranged inside. The container is situated on a white surface, with papers and a metal utensil holder visible in the background, indicating a casual dining or takeout setting.

T4 has always been one of my favorite spots to grab boba and snacks! Snacks and drinks are always made fresh. I always get their oolong milk tea with grass jelly. Their other drinks are great as well. You can't go wrong with any of their drinks or snacks here. There is a self ordering kiosk at this location to make ordering easy. I have been to many T4 locations and have found that they differ slightly at each location. This location does not have small boba but everything is about the same. Parking here can be tricky because this store is located in a very busy area with other boba spots and restaurants.

A digital menu board features a list of snacks and beverages, including bubble teas, fried foods, and desserts, with prices and small images of some items. The menu is divided into sections for snacks and drinks, with some items accompanied by photos. The display is mounted on a wall in a casual dining setting, with a section indicating gift cards are available.

Calamari is really good and popcorn chicken. Although other t4 branch has thicker calamari. Drinks are alright, eventhough it is 75% sweetness it still full on sweet for me. Location is great, has parking nearby.

The sign displays the logo of Aria Korean Fried Chicken, with a cartoon face and the business name. It includes images of Korean fried chicken dishes, a QR code in the top right corner, and text promoting the restaurant with phrases like 'POP UP' and 'COME ON IN.' The sign is placed on a sidewalk near a glass door, with a textured background and a metal surface at the bottom.

They had me with the Korean fried chicken sign. Unfortunately, the chicken was horrible and tasted like something you could have bought at the frozen food section of your local grocery store for double the price. There's nothing like bland semi fried chicken. The sauce on the side was some weird sweet and spicy crap that's worse than Wendy's. You've been warned, don't buy the chicken here.

How much Taro Pearl Milk Tea was left before I tossed it in the trash ($6.80 for a Large)

Man, this T4 location in Millbrae is just not it. I thought I was being harsh giving this place 2 stars a couple years ago and I came back willing to give it another chance, but it turned out to be a mistake. I've never dropped a rating from 2 stars to 1 star, but here we are. The experience was all bad from drink quality to the outdated interior to the lack of customer service. You order on the kiosks now which means service is minimal, but the service even when you are being served the drinks isn't friendly. The drinks are either watery and bland or too sweet. What my family and I ordered: - Almond Milk Tea ($6.55 for a Large with Pearls) - Taro Pearl Milk Tea ($6.80 for a Large) Where do I even begin. The "Almond Milk Tea" just left me speechless. It wasn't an Almond Milk Tea at all. It was straight up an Earl Grey pure tea and had no Almond flavor at all. The Earl Grey flavor was watery and gross. I ended up tossing it and didn't even bother getting a replacement because I was given the Taro Pearl Milk Tea, but that ended up being horrible too. The Taro Pearl Milk Tea you can see all the powder on the bottom of the cup. I saw the team member pouring in 6 scoops of Taro Powder which left me shook because when I made Taro Milk Teas in the past I definitely did not add that many scoops. That is an absurd amount of sweetness in the powder already. Even with 30% sweetness it tasted like it was extra sweetness. It was so bad that I drank 1/4 of the drink and tossed it. The boba pearls are actually not bad and have a nice chewy texture, but if the drinks itself are such bad quality then it doesn't matter any ways. Millbrae has some decent options for boba, but this is one I would personally avoid this shop because there is an issue with the quality of the drinks and just fails at every aspect that makes a boba shop good. To add insult to injury I also had the runs and had to use the toilet immediately after drinking the Taro Milk Tea...

A bag is always a good thing. I was curious to taste this Lemon Smoothie, just as my husband was curious to change his regular choice of classic Black Tea with Milk to Thai Milk Tea. What can I say after the first sip is that my drink was super fresh and, well, lemony - and I loved it. My husband was also pleased and said he would remember this tea and try it occasionally instead of his regular option. At this point, it's hard for me to review this place because, unfortunately, while we enjoyed our drinks, I can't say that I'd prefer to go here over my other main places. However, since there are more interesting options at T4, as well as sitting inside the place - I think we might go here again (plus I approve of the bonus system where the tenth drink goes as a gift).

Passionfruit milkshake with pearl, roasted oolong milk tea (hot) with pearl - The image features two drinks on a car dashboard. The left drink is a passionfruit milkshake with pearls, in a clear cup with a label, showing yellow and black colors. The right drink is a hot roasted oolong tea in a white disposable cup with a plastic lid, wrapped with a brown paper sleeve. The background includes a window with trees and buildings outside, indicating an outdoor setting.

Popcorn chicken still solid on a return trip. Perfectly crispy and juicy and seasoned with a white pepper kick. Generous amount of fried basil. Best Taiwanese popcorn chicken I've had at various boba places around the Bay. Fried mushrooms were good - slices of portabella, but a bit on the expensive side for the portion size.

Jasmine Milk Tea

Parking was kind of a challenge around this boba place during lunch rush hours. When I entered this boba place, a friendly cashier greeted me. I ordered the jasmine milk tea with 30% sweetness. The tea was very refreshing and it has a very flowery flavor. The tea wasn't overly sweet, which I really liked. I will come back to try their other beverages and their popcorn chicken.

Delicious. Can't go wrong with their popcorn chicken. Don't forget to add the seasoning tho

This is everything a T4 is and nothing it's not...I hope that makes sense ? If you're like me and your taste buds have evolved or grown up and boba tea doesn't quite tickle your fancy - that's fine here! They got a lot of sweet but also savory or unsweetened options. While T4 may not be the sexy new boba spot it once was a decade ago but their drinks and especially the food here are well worth stopping in for still...which is why I occasionally have to pull over and grab a Popcorn chicken. Service here is quick. There's one person on the register but if they're occupied you can self order on the adjacent ipad if you're feeling impatient. Like I mentioned earlier, popcorn chicken is the bomb but just remember to season it according to your taste, they don't add any for you. Why I like this place in particular is the fact that it's not over-battered, the oil doesn't taste like it's never been changed, and the chicken is fried perfectly to a crisp whole maintaining juiciness. Unlike those new cult boba spots that only serve drinks. This is a really good neighborhood boba spot caters to all. Whether you're, thirsty, hungry, or apathetic they got something for everyone.

Basil Popcorn Chicken

We were craving popcorn chicken to go along with the boba that we purchased from a nearby shop. The popcorn chicken was solid and satisfied our cravings. The basil complemented the chicken well. There is also pepper and salt available which you can use to season the popcorn chicken to your preference. Overall, I find that popcorn chicken is best consumed while its hot and fresh so try to eat it inside the restaurant or nearby. There's a good amount of tables and seating available inside to enjoy your food/drinks.

Passionfruit slush

Your average boba shop, spacious without much decor. I got the passionfruit slush and it was fine.

A piece of metal from those metal scrubber inside one of our drinks.

TP Tea is a must go-to stop whenever I'm in Millbrae for a treat…read more Drink - 4/5 - I really love teas and I think the tea quality here is quite good. I like to stop here for a sweet treat after a meal in the area. The boba quality has a good chew and the milk teas/teas are really refreshing. I usually go for the lemon oolong or a milk tea. Price - $$$ - To be completely honest, it is overpriced here. It's roughly $7-9 a cup depending what you get. I definitely think this is more of a "treat yourself" moment as the other shops in the area don't compare as highly, in my opinion at least. I really enjoy tea so I think it's no different than treating myself to an einspanner from a novelty coffee shop every once in a while. Service - 3/5 - The bobaristas are quite quick and efficient. I usually order via the kiosk and they get the drinks out quite quickly. They seem to have a streamlined process. Ambiance - 4/5 - The boba shop is a bit small, but there are some seating. I appreciate the ability to order in person or via Kiosk. The decor is bright and pretty minimalistic. There's a upbeat atmosphere here. People also order in via app and pick up. Location - 3/5 - located in a bit of a busy area, there's plenty of parking lots and street parking. You can easily park in a lot and walk here. ____________________ **Note: Location rating does not affect yelp review, this is just for informative purposes of other patrons only.
