Very poor experience here today. Went through express check out and wanted to check out the warm food and was rudely yelled at by an employee with slicked back curly dark hair and glasses that I can't bring my cart over. If you all don't want carts in this area you should have a place where people can put their carts without leaving the store and re-entering. Or how about not yelling at patrons? Will not be returning! read more

I love this place. Easily an upgraded, cleaner version of Ranch 99. Fresh fruits, produce and an excellent variety of products with a built in restaurant to boot. Highly recommend read more

Have been waiting for this Korean Supermarket in the Trivalley for too long! It's not as crowded as the first month but still lots of people at different hours. The aisles are rather small and wish the place was bigger. Somehow it's just feel squished. The food court is nice to have. Again, kinda small. read more

As someone who lived in Koreatown for years I could not be more excited for an H Mart to open so close to me. I did not realize it was the opening weekend so it was crazy packed. But even with the crowds it was a 5 star experience. I got a bunch of freebies and they even gave 20% off all bbq meats. The seafood section was amazing. They had everything from plain tilapia to king crab. Just like other H Marts they will clean and cut any fish exactly how you request. They had so many employees that even eith the crowd I only waited a minute or two before being helped. They have a lot of pre cooked food and there is a food court just past the exit. You literally can find everything here. The frozen section is a little unorganized but it makes you pay more attention and find things you might have missed. Hands down the best grocery store in Dublin read more

We went here after a few weeks after it opened on a Friday night. Too busy and crowded for my taste. It had everything you can want and then some. Small aisles and lots of peeps. Mostly milling about and always hesitant to move out of your way so you can maneuver around their carts. Lots of older peeps is understandable but rude people have no excuse for not moving the carts which are blocking you from going down the aisle. I had bought plenty of appetizer and frozen goods. It is also easier when we got to the checkouts since there was a person guiding you towards the check out. We had bought some of the Fried Chicken and also some :Pastries from Tou les Jours. I also went on a slower day and ordered a Egg Teriyaki Sand. next to the Corn dog place. It was easier in the afternoon and I was surprised how more relaxing it was opposed to the evening time. Definitely worth checking out, especially the variety of the Food court options. read more

4.3 It's nine days since opening and we came about 9:30 in the morning on a Saturday and it was beginning to get crowded an hour later mainly because of all the shopping carts without baskets in the store. We love the smell of the roasting sweet potatoes and got some as well as pleasantly surprised by the Tokyo banana product from Japan I would estimate it's about 1.5 times the size of the Ranch 99 nearby which was pretty empty last weekend presumably because the store opened-- good variety of pre-cooked foods slightly smaller than the Tokyo Central opened in Emeryville, which revisited about a month ago relatively new There is an adjacent bakery and Korean hotdog place attached, which we will have to explore when we come back Definitely will be shopping here in the future as we signed up for the H Mart points card without any fee read more

Wow! What a market! I have never seen such a snack aisle that was this big and long?! It was overwhelming each aisle! It was just so much! Sushi case had lots of fresh sushi and even giving fresh samples of sushi and grilled shortribs in their special sauce. Whole area of marinated meats too and all the banchan and restaurant type entrees from chicken skewers to Bimbap, fish cakes and so many styles of dumplings and potstickers. I got lost in there it was just so much. I would suggest hit there around lunch and eat at the cafe on the side first and then go grocery shopping. Because they wouldn't let my cart in the food cafe area. read more

Been to H-Marr several times now. I keep going back for their prepared sashimi which is fresh and restaurant quality at fraction of the price. The place is clean but very crowded. The pricing was decent first time with 10-20% off for the grand opening BUT their regular prices are higher than Ranch 99. For my regular Asian grocery I will continue to shop at Ranch 99 but will go to H-Mart for their sashimi. read more

This place is still crowded and it's clear they didn't plan the layout well. Aisles are always crowded including the area to pay. It's difficult to shop for groceries with the crowds, so for me, H Mart has been for browsing and light grocery shopping so far. read more

If you're thinking about checking out H Mart, just be ready, it gets busy!! The aisles are pretty tight, so navigating with a cart can feel like a sport, especially on weekends. But honestly, that's part of the experience. There are so many options it's almost overwhelming in the best way. Every aisle feels like youre discovered something new that you didnt even know you needed. Pro tip: dont skip the premade food section. Perfect for when you dont feel like cooking. Overall, it's a bit chaotic but in a fun way. Definitely fun for both kids and adults. read more

Honestly, I was looking forward to this H Mart opening for what felt like forever. I used to go to the SF location pretty frequently so I was excited to see what it would look like in the east bay, especially with so much space. Unfortunately, I came in on a Sunday and can say I was heavily disappointed. It was probably a mistake to come here on a weekend but considering this store had been open for about a month now, I was expecting the hype to have died down a little. Parking is absolutely horrendous and is taking away from other stores. The store itself is small and inefficient in the way it is set-up. The carts cause constant traffic in the store. The only plus side to this store is the food court. It has a Daeho Kalbijim which is great and cute outdoor seating. I hope this location can run more efficient soon! read more

Earlier we had a delicious Jajangmyeon here at Kyodong Noodles and was our first at this restaurant inside the food court. My dad and I agrees that they have the best Jajangmyeon in the Bay Area. read more

as an MN implant... this was heaven! the vast variety of fresh produce and meats really got me. i feel so blessed to have a REAL asian grocery store accessible it is ridiculously busy all the time but dont even care. worth fighting some aunties in the parking lot for read more

Loved that this place moved close to me and that this will be my go to Asian market going forward as Ranch 99 skips corners on their offerings and this place is trustworthy to me. Loved the beef and seafood selections . Bought a 4 pound lobster at $9 a pound and it was super fresh. Great selection of fresh vegetables and exotic fruits. read more

Small and squishy. If you don't like to share your personal space, avoid this place at all costs! This store is small. I don't recall OSH being this small but maybe their layout was better? This H-Mart layout is horrible. I've been to several H-Marts (San Jose, Seattle, Las Vegas) and this one is by far the worst. There were displays & tables everywhere, making the aisles even narrower than they already are. People and carts were also everywhere, along with the occasional rogue child that wandered away from their parentals. They did do an excellent job of getting people to the cashiers and out the door quickly. We got there around 9:30 a.m. on Sunday and did not have to fight for parking or wait in line to get in. read more

It's been almost a month since their grand opening, and it's still very busy. Although it's busy, every item is still stocked properly. It was overwhelming and very hard to find things because there is so many carts, people, and no room to walk. I recommend coming with multiple people and splitting up with baskets to find things easier. You will not get anywhere with a cart. It's worse than costco on the weekends. With that being said, they do have a lot of discounts going right now. They also have a huge bustling food court with many Korean restaurants to choose from. Some notable ones I saw were Daeho, BBQ Chicken, and Paris Baguette. The only restrooms are located in the food court. There is only 1 or 2 lines for the register that gets distributed to other registers, but is not well maintained and was all over the place. If you spend over $200, you can get a box of 16 Hula Ramen for $1. I would wait a little longer for the hype to settle down, but it felt very overwhelming when I was there. read more

This is iconic. A great place to add to the city of Dublin. People come from all over for their unique selection and amazing service. Plenty of great things here. Dubliners are lucky to have this as a monumental supplement to their established grocery stores. It is a busy place well worth getting to know. read more

H Mart is supposed to be the best Asian grocery store in the area. I would say that they are the cleanest grocery store around, but that's because they are brand new. Right now, since they're still quite new, the lines are a little long, but at least there are many food and product options that you don't see at other local Asian grocery stores. We like the fact that there is a food court with food that seems good for ordering when you don't have time to go to a real restaurant. However, whatever food the children ordered, they weren't too fond of it. We will still shop at 99 Ranch and Hankook Market in Concord. read more

Like most people, I've been waiting for this H Mart location to open!! I visited a month after the grand opening because of how long the line (to enter) was. To my surprise, there were still a lot of people on a weekday. My biggest complaint is how tight the aisles feel. It felt very cramped, especially with a cart. I haven't tried any of the food at the food court yet, but a few did look appealing. It was also very packed with people, so be prepared to have it to go. I would much rather visit the San Jose location since they most likely sell the same thing. read more

First time coming here on a weekday afternoon. This place is extremely crowded, hard to find parking. Lots of people and lots of shopping carts, the aisle is very tight and it barely fits 2 shopping carts side by side. Lots of the items are missing price tags, or wrongly placed. I even tried to scan the items with Hmart App since everyone looked so busy here, but some items didn't even register. I asked one of the workers, she said "I don't memorize all the price, go check with the cashier" she does not even bother scanning it for me. I guess this is gonna be my first and last time shopping here. Definitely not recommended. read more

Parking was horrific. Enough for me not want to visit this place again. I spent more time trying to find a parking than at the store. I was there when they opened and the parking lot was packed. Maybe visit this place an hour after it opens because the early people willing? I cannot get over how busy this place is. read more

The layout of this store is confusing and inefficient. Top that with super narrow aisles crowded with boxes and ladders. Freezer section windows all fogged up from condensation. They need to work out these things and most awful is the crazy music BLASTING at full volume. Does not make for a relaxing and fun shopping experience. Stressful, loud, confusing. And I'm Korean! The staff is nice so that is a plus but they also don't know where a lot of things are. I can't blame them! read more

New store as everyone knows in the area. Good ample amount of parking when it's not crazy busy. Security from the entrance to exit and a line to wait in during peak hours. Good amount of people as they first open. As always extremely clean and organized grocery store as with all H marts. Hot pot meats and vegetables pre packaged and ready to go for those lovers. Crazy amount of fresh seafood compared to ranch 99. Good amount of Korean products drinks and fruits. Hate the small tight aisles when there's tons of people. Thinking about backtracking a forgotten item ... forget about it. Packed like sardines and hard to maneuver baskets when packed. Other than that I'd support this spot again read more

Too overcrowded .... Kinda overpriced on the wagyu beef and there is a lot of good seafood... it's a place to go once in a while but for normal people like most of us... a little overpriced read more

Awesome new Korean supermarket in Dublin next to Ross Stores. Great selection of meats, seafood, vegetables, desserts, noodles wnd spices. Everything you need to make great Korean dishes like Galbi and Soft Tofu Stew. Also has a nice food court. I made it to H Mart a few days after it opened. The line to get in moved quickly on a Monday morning. Aisles are a bit tight. I didn't get to explore everything but it is a good sized store. They have a good mix of American & specialty items. The staff were moving around stocking shelves & checking people out. Lines inside moved quickly. It's a bit of sensory overload bc there's so much stuff everywhere. I didn't get a chance to check out the food court bc it was for people without carts. I will next time. read more

Soooooo much stuff inside. You can't beat the pricing for their produce a whole box of mangos for $10! Lots of fresh seafood, ramen noodles, chips, pantry staples and anything else you may need. Definitely worth the visit. Will be coming back once the grand opening hype dies down a bit it was super packed inside since they had just opened and line was way out the door to get in. read more

Is reviewing a super market during opening week a good measure of how things will pan out? No, absolutely not. However I do see a lot of potential here if they are able to keep up with the quality of produce and service that was on display opening day. I certainly think there is a big enough population in this area who is interested in a nice asian grocery store that it is sustainable. It's conveniently located off the freeway, there is plenty of parking, and there are also a lot of good food options in the food court to draw in people who may also go shopping after having a bite to eat. My only concern is the spacing of the aisles. The aisles are pretty narrow and with how popular this place is I can imagine navigating this place can be a challenge especially in the first few months. I also foresee this place getting super busy during special event weeks and especially during the weekends in the future. read more

Exciting Grand Opening Day for HMart in Dublin, California today. Very organized and spacious Korean grocery store. There were certainly lots of fans lining up past the retail stores and looping around the corner of the entire plaza. Police force was outside and city officials plus VIPs were cutting ribbons. Lion dancers performed. The parking lot is huge, but parking aisles were narrow. The store itself is worth it with the food court inside. Tous Les Jours attracts customers. You can grab Korean snacks or wait in food court for your orders. There's a handful of places to try. Promotions were posted everywhere. Majority of grocery items were marked $1-$3 off or more. Best deals. Larger items around $4-$5 off. Sign up for a rewards account and get a free mug! Employees were all very energetic and excited as well. There are lots of job opportunities. I like this location, but definitely wait until the crowds and traffic dies down. Super congested in the parking lot today on Grand Opening Day. Checkout is not fast on day one here. People want free gifts for sure. read more

Yes, the carts are wide and the aisles narrow. Huge selection of ramen which was fun to see. Amazing selection of mushrooms. There were hardly any freshly baked goods though. I was hoping to find fresh pastries but there were only a few prepackaged slices of sponge cake near the register. Not sure why someone said there was no parking available as there were like about fifty empty spots. Perhaps they went during the opening when it was crowded. read more

I made the mistake of going on a Saturday late afternoon. Parking wasn't bad, it took us 5 min to find a spot. Another 10 min wait outside before we made our way in. Pros: 1. veggies were fresh 2. Carts are new 3. Uncooked Bbq meats were decent priced Cons: 1. Way too crowded 2. Lack of basic Korean items like soy bean sprouts 3. The cooked food section was sad and way overpriced. 4. No Korean skincare or beauty products. 5. People arguing in the line. The food court section was crowded. The only thing that looked good was the noodle shop where they serve a big bowl of jjamppong. Didn't get to try it because it was too crowded. I would not go out of my way to go there again. read more

About time they've opened in the Tri-Valley area! Wished they opened in the old Lucky's Fallon Rd. location because the space is substantially larger compared to the former OSH location where they're at now. Parking can be painful during their grand opening but circle around and you'll eventually get lucky. This Korean market has fresh sushi, prepacked lunch staples, marinated meats (my favorite!) along with almost everything Korean that you can ask for. Food court is off to one side if you want something nice and hot after shopping. H Mart is walkable from the West Dublin/Pleasanton Bart station. Welcome to the Tri-Valley, H Mart! read more

We went there to check out this place. It's OK. A little pricey compare to other Asian store. The place is crowded ( maybe because it was Saturday), aisles are a little narrow/tiny space. A little chaotic. Produce and some cooked food are ok. Nothing special. read more

Why didn't HMart take the old Lucky location off of Fallon Rd!? This location is too small and too crowded. The food hall is a too small and crowded. The parking capacity is not sufficient. The neighboring stores in the strip mall and their customers must be so annoyed. Maybe after the grand opening excitement dies down, it may be more manageable. At this point, the experience is not great. When the other Korean market finally opens at the old lucky location, hopefully there will be a better balance of customers. read more

Love having an H Mart in the area now! My favorite part is the food court which offers so many great Asian food options all in one place. The prepared foods are fresh, the store is clean and well-organized, and there's a great selection of groceries. Some produces have good price but its aisles are narrow, I have been blocked several times when someone park his/her cart, inspecting a product and my cart cannot pass through unless I notice that person to park his/her cart better. Fish thinner than those from Costco but more variety. read more

Great addition to the area. Very clean and organized (as it should be, being new), but layout in general is quite weird. Aisles are too long and cramped. It was very packed on day 2 (Friday 3/27/26) of opening week but the workers did try their best to keep operations as smoothly as possible. The line was only up to the front entrance of Ross and took about 5 minutes wait. Grand opening deals: $5.99 for case of kent mangos; 7 pieces $1.99/lb for durian -- pretty good, it was meaty, sweet, & creamy.. for those who are contemplating on if $1.99/lb is worth it or not. My average size one came out to be around ~$8 something. Wish I bought a couple more. There is a 20lb max for the promo price though. Saw someone with a cart full. Pick one with large spikes and also big gaps in between the spikes. $10.99/lb for pre-marinated short ribs -- good deal The above prices are advertised only until 3/29/26. Free Hmart reusable bag for purchases over $30 Food court had great large name options - tous le jours, b.bq chicken, daeho.. read more
