This isnt my favorite location. However, I shop there often. The reason this HEB underwhelms me is that I often cannot find the more unique items I need. For instance, I make a separate trip to Kroger for Steele Cut Oat Fig Bars and Rose brand Rice Noodles. One day I wanted to make beginets from mix...couldn't find any mixes. Kroger had the mix though. Their indian food selection isnt as good as Krogers...luckily there is also an indisn grocer around the corner. The staff at thid location is awesome though. Helpful and friendly. There are always several lines open and short lines. The meat selection is good and priced well. read more

H-E-B has the best pharmacy around! I drive past two other pharmacies because the customer service is extraordinary! The pharmacist and the pharmacy techs work hard to get you the best price, find coupons and overall keep your prices down as much as they can. read more

This HEB is one of the few that I feel curbside is not utilized to its best ability. There are like 5 Parking spots and it is a major headache trying to park in one of those spots. I will probably never use curbside here again. So inconvenient. read more

Brand new location as of September 2015. Conveniently located at the corner of Tuckerton and Fry Road in the Cypress Creek Lakes subdivision. This location has a market style produce area and virtually everything you could possibly want. Great wine and beer, including craft, selections. There is also a gas station with car wash. I love the store and am here multiple times a week. Prices are great, but some how I seem to spend more than I plan...... ;-) read more

HEB sure is a great market. As a recent transplant to Houston/Cypress I am impressed with the quality of the foods sold here. The private label items are as good as many name-brands. They have roped my little daughter in with the "Buddy Bucks" which she can collect for prizes at the point spinning machine. The selections, quality, and staff are all great at this chain of markets. The facilities are very clean and modern and I don't dread going to the market if it is HEB. They tend to run slightly more expensive than the competition around here, however, you do tend to get what you pay for from them. read more

After 4 more months of using curbside on a weekly basis, I've had no mistakes with my order. I also haven't had long wait times. They seem to have finally worked out the kinks and I love having this HEB so close to home! read more

Love the heb but thumbs down on the bakery I had two cake orders for graduation which I order week in advance to be ready at 2pm and I got there at 3pm and they didn't have it ready yet. Had to wait longer for the cake . read more

HEB customer service met expectations again today Went to the bakery to place an order for custom sugar cookies that look like baseballs with players name on it and will and was told it was too much work to put the players names on it. I wanted to pick the order up in 4 days. Thankfully Kroger that is right down the street was more than happy to help me out. read more

Staying with friends, needed a few groceries and never heard of H-E-B. Wow! Wish we had these in my home town. Staff giving out samples all over the place. It's a one stop store for sure! Loved the huge selection of ready to cook meals, which were ready to cook. Huge store. Plenty of lines open and no waiting even though they were busy. Staff there was very courteous. read more

I have been to the HEB near 290 and barker cypress and this one is cleaner, more organized and has samples. I like the selection, the prices I believe are standard so the other HEBs would have the same prices and I do like the samples (tortillas, dips, cheeses, juice, etc). I gave it 4 and not 5 stars because I find that the staff at times don't know where things are or if they carry the items and finally there are random signs posted vs an organized area so one will always know when the food making classes are and events. read more

I love H-E-B and will always shop there. However, the bakery has disappointed me a couple times now. Apparently, unless you special order a cake way in advance, they are not able to write, "Happy Birthday" or "We are expecting" on an existing cake. I spoke to another girlfriend about this and oddly enough, she experienced the same thing. The customer service at the bakery is also pretty poor. It would seem that they would be able to at least give an alternative option such as, "I could have that ready in an hour" but unfortunately the response I have gotten was a simple, "no, we do not have time." I am torn that I have to give this HEB 2 stars. It really does break my heart hecause I think they have great prices and supreme quality, but that does not outweigh employee competence and behavior. This is not just one incident but there have been multiple occasions where employees are either rude or incompetent. Over the weekend we decided to go to HEB to stock up for SB50. Well, while we were there we grabbed some necessities and decided to walk around. It was nice that they had people handing out samples of food ao we could try it. We were actually thinking about buying some pre-prepped sliders to make life easier. Well, lone behold, they were giving out samples of sliders. Before taking something I always ask if there is pork (don't eat pork). Well, Omala (yes I remember her name) reads the package and says "it is 100% beef". Joy!!! I may be able to get something I want!!! Well, I pop the little sucker in my mouth and at first taste, I can already taste the flavor of bacon (sorry if you love it, but I do not). I spit it out and as her again, "is there any pork in it?" and she responds "No! It's 100% beef with BACON and cheddar." She responded as if I had inconvenienced her for asking her again and on top of that, last time I checked bacon is usually pork (it certainly was in this instance). Maybe I am used to the superior service at Memorial City, but I cannot see myself going back to this HEB. read more

One of the managers is creepy. He walks around staring and hiding around corners. I didn't know a store had that many corners until I saw him hiding behind so many of them. Nice store though. read more

Really clean and have a great selection of everything I need. There are more kinds of meats that the one on Barker Cypress and 290. Staff is supper friendly and helpful. I used to shop more at Kroger close by but this HEB will be my new spot for groceries read more

I absolutely love this new location! It's the closest HEB to where I live. Everything is in good order, fruits and vegetables are fresh. There are a lot of kids that work the registers, but they all seem to be happy to be there and actually want to work (as much as teenagers do... lol). I do prefer the Bunker Hill location over all locations I've shopped at, then the Cinco Ranch location as a close second behind Bunker. This new location comes in at third because it's smaller and offers less produce overall, which means less variety, and less organic options. Overall, it's a nice market to have close to where I live, though I'm surprised they didn't make it a larger location with all of the growth in the area. read more

Always helpful staff, and better prices and quality than Kroger. They have a good beer and wine selection. It is an easy in and out.

This is the only place I purchase groceries and I am very satisfied with the customer service and quality of fresh produce. Because this one is located so close to the suburbs it is always jam packed and it makes it hard to walk though the aisles. I really like that they carry enough organic healthy products as well. They do offer a gas station, real estate, hair cut and nail services inside as well. Always double check on baking orders because one of mine was given to another customer. They just started to offer online ordering so we'll see how good at that they are. read more

I typically shop at this location. Yesterday as I was shopping, I saw a live rat cross the aisle in front of me. I notified an employee who nonchalantly told me that he already knew about it. It causes me hesitation in shopping at this location again. They need to get their rat problem under control. This was either a very happy fat rat or a pregnant one! read more

This is my neighborhood HEB and I LOVE it! The people are friendly and helpful and the store is always immaculate. I haven't had one bad experience here! The employees in the produce department always say hello, talk to my little boy, answer questions and help me pick out a watermelon which I'm the worst at! The bakery (specifically Shelby) does amazing work! I had a smash cake, cupcakes and a 1st birthday cake customized and they looked and tasted amazing. The pharmacy and floral managers are also fantastic! Kuddos to this wonderful HEB! read more

I love HEB!! I lived in Tomball so my HEB wasn't to far if I forgot something. Well, I sold my home and I live with my sister in cypress. I found an HEB on Fry Rd. So excited its 9miles away I don't mind that at all. So today I went got few things for dinner tonight. Go thru check out and cashier puts my bags in the buggy. I go home rush in getting supper on time for a new. I put everything up except I can't find my butter and rice or my brown sugar not in the car. I thought holy crap! The guy didn't put that bag in my buggy. So I was mad I didn't want to go back. I call to vent the situation to the manager plus I got my receipt out. His name is Chris store manager I think any way he listens and gave apologies to me and then he said he would personally bring my items to me. I said you would do that? He said yes. I gave my name address and he arrived in 20 minutes with my groceries. And an gift card too. Thank you HEB, thank you, Chris, how nice that was. So I just want to say I like this store. Love this location because it's not overrun and crowded. It's very clean as well!! I love the location in general not far from the house and you get the same feel as the community surrounding and not all the ruckus further down south of fry ! read more

the produce, sushi and bakery section are enough to wow you walking in. and then you see the beer and wine selection. and all the coupons. and texas grown products. cant explain this store to out of staters, but I will always be an HEB fan. read more
