Was surprised this place even had Yelp Reviews, but I've read the few and I just had to come in here and finally give another a take. 5* cross the board. You want to know why? It's simple, if you already loved Trader Joe's ... always traveled 30 min+ out of Cypress for one, and now you got one locally...that deserves a 5* alone! I know everyone was eager to have a location here...regardless how opening day went (it went fine by me, I was there early AND late) what more can you expect?? Customer Service, excellent. Same TJ atmosphere, check. What blows this location more than any other location in Houston...the parking!! The best!! No TJ is not a replacement of an HEB. It just complements it. You want speciality junk food? Come to Trader Joe's....snacks and drinks galore!

Finally a location in Cypress. There is plenty of parking which sets them a part from other Trader Joe's locations. They seemed to be out of stock on a lot of items. They just opened and that is most likely the reason of the low inventory. It is in a great location and the store was near and clean.

Was searching for San Pellegrino in glass bottles, not plastic and TJ's did not disappoint.

Not bad, but you can't ever help the feeling nothing but rage when you walk into an H-E-B…read more The store is laid out completely wrong. Cold stuff is always first so you have to start in the middle and then work your way out and walk the entire damn store to get to the cold stuff. This is like getting in your car without the keys and trying to go somewhere. Just doesn't make sense. I will say all of the staff are completely friendly. Even though they are younger because they are mostly high school students, they're very very helpful. So props to them for that. Not bad for only being half a mile away. I would prefer Kroger. But that is a longer drive and I am lazy ha ha. Usually, they're out of stock on a lot of items, but with the new H-E-B open on Bridgeland Parkway. Hopefully this will alleviate the supply chain problems. So in conclusion, not all bad not all good. I will still give them four stars just for the staff. The kids are super nice. Rock solid, four stars

Well today I ran into the RUDEST PERSON in Cypress, Texas. I walked up to the Meat Market Counter to select 4 Filet Migon's for my Daughter's Birthday. I guess this lady in her ugly green tight dress with her Mammy Arms, in her wee little mind must have thought I was trying to cut inline, when I was merely trying to look at the Filets on display that she was so inconsiderately blocking. I have never heard such rude stuff come out of a person's mouth at a Grocery Store. I heard her mouthing some ugly stuff and totally ignored her. Because with what she was saying I knew she couldn't be talking to me. At this point I had never made eye contact with this crazy person. She got her 4 little lamb lollipops, which looking at the size of her... was probably just an appetizer. If that was going to be her dinner she would have had to double up. She went on and I headed to the Bakery to select a Birthday cake for my Daughter, out of the corner of my eye I saw that tight ugly green dress and that lady was mouthing ugly stuff directed at me so rudely that the Lady in the Bakery said what's wrong with her and apologized for her actions. WOW‼ Maybe her wig was too tight too I LOVE MY HEB... I guess crazies have to get groceries too

I placed my order at 1:15 or so, hoping that maybe my order would be done after my meal, but was expecting to have to come back later. So, it was a pleasant surprise that my food was done and ready at about 1:50. That meant that I could leave directly from eating and pick it up. Yolanda was extremely friendly and my order was brought to the car quite quickly. As corn was on sale, I ordered 30 ears of corn for canning the next day. The corn was great. In fact, all of the products were great except the Halo mandarines. The sale this week had buy one get one for 50%. One of the bags, several of the mandarins were very bruised. And as the mandarins were bagged, it wouldn't have been easy to determine. Yolanda wouldn't have known. That said, much of the fruit I get from this store is bruised. I've had big problems with Nectarines and peaches, but other products I've had no problems with whatsoever. I gave this review 4 stars because Yolanda did a great job on everything. She could not have determined the bruise oranges easily, as they were in the center of the bag. Note: I understand that the prices of sprouts are great because they might find overflow or damaged sources, but with delivery and pick up, I would like them to take extra care to be sure because I can't. As an individual with a disability going into the store is difficult. I rely on the pickers to do a great job. In this case, Yolanda could not have determined that the product was bruised, as it was the fruit in the interior portion of the bag. I would love Sprouts to take better care of their produce. 5+ stars for Yolanda, 3 stars for produce quality.

They are always there with a smile, ready to engage, and showing gratitude upon completion. We go there on average every 4 weeks, and have a positive experience every time!! Yes, it's 5 STARS, except for the price, which is a bit too high for the value/everyday necessities... If they could bring it down the 15-20%, I would actually prefer to shop here for my meat, fish, and produce, just because the shopping experience is so very nice. The cashiers and checkout process is a bit long sometimes, but never so much so that it becomes problematic. One of our favorite fun is to get a scoop-full of the bulk bins, and then go get our haircuts. No better snack food ever than those bulk bins!

In addition to the expansion of their flower section (with an extra cashier), they sanctioned a manned station for custom chocolate covered strawberries. The pricepoint in their florals was relatively competitive with a few options under $20. But I decided to write this review because my original plan involved stopping at Home Depot after sliding into Trader Joe's for some florals. I was able to bipass both stops because this Kroger had it all and more. Home decor, auto care, yard and garden, shoes, clothing, and ofcourse groceries. The area manager, Xavier, confirmed that it had not been prepared and stated he did not know when it would be ready. I waited more than 45 minutes without receiving a timeline or update. I was forced to cancel my order and place it at another store. I request that this incident be reviewed and that corrective action be taken.
