H&M serves a purpose in the world. These are not high-end clothes but are well styled and look good. It makes sense especially if you are one who likes new styles and new clothes on a regular basis. On the con side, the store is not well organized and you need to be ready to spend some time finding exactly what you are you looking for. The styles and fit are very different so I prefer coming in person as opposed to buying the clothes on their app.

My go-to store when I want to Ball on a Budget. This is the best H&M in the bay area, especially for guys/men's wear. They have the best quality and bang for buck. And luckily they always have my sizes (Large & 34 regular). This store is super tidy. Every time I come here it's never a hassle to find anything. And the service quality is exceptional. I've shopped here so many times that I made friends with the staff. The best part of the store is the sale rack where you can find hidden gems. (I once got a dope-ass sweater for $4, size large and a button shirt for $6, size large). They also have the biggest Girls/Ladies selection you can find in the South Bay. I usually get my Christmas shopping done here for my family and friends (And throughout the Great Mall). Today I'm here shopping for new wedding clothes. Tiz wedding crashing season and You know what that means... all that cake cake cake cake!

STORE: Yes this store is big with messy customers and not enough staff to keep up with organizing and go backs from what people try on. STAFF: I must've gotten lucky because the guy putting go backs back was super nice to me and asked his manager and found me again to let me know what she said. The cashier I got was nice too! She was cheery. ITEMS: like someone else said the clothes are like a step up from Forever 21. They obviously get their clothes in bulk made from a factory overseas, which is why they're able to keep prices fairly low. I do find stuff I like here as far as styles, colors, and prices. Prices aren't super cheap but they also aren't expensive. I'd say in the middle to low range. Anything I've bought here or for my significant other has held up and looks good and not cheap. Able to pair it with other clothing for a classy look. OVERALL: Overall it's an ok place to shop but compared to more organized H&M's I have been to I gotta dock them a below average score.

Comfy socks for  $9.95 plus $6 Wrapp! =}

I was surprised to see a Garage in Great Mall since there is so much chaff in this mall. In typical…read moreGarage fashion, I was cheerfully greeted as I entered the store. There are a few deals going on right now as indicated by signage throughout the store including buy 1 get 1 half off on denim shorts (including their overall shorts). They had a few different styles that are very in right now including the flattering but unflattering mom cut, your average girlfriend style, and festival shorts that were high rise and featured distressed touches and raw hems. They also had a super soft high rise cut which I can confirm were very comfy to wear. I was about ready to try on a few things that I had picked up around the store when an astute staff member cheerfully asked if I wanted to get a fitting room started. She took me back and helped me find a room and fix the curtain for privacy. She was also more than happy to help when I requested a larger size in one of the items I was trying on. The change rooms are a good size with a small stool inside for you to put your belongings on although it did look a little stained and worse for wear. There was also a long railing for you to hang any items that were on a hanger easily. The lighting in there is smart, well lit enough so you can see clearly but not so much so that it's highlighting the wrong spots (I'm looking at you Hollister and Abercrombie fitting rooms). This makes it a little dangerous for your wallet since everything will look good on you! There is a big sale section at the back of the store. Unlike a lot of other places, there sale items aren't hideous leftovers but it does mean that the sale prices aren't going to blow you away. Checkout was easy. The cashier was pretty good at multitasking as she was calling out greetings to customers while helping me. Unfortunately, the customer service completely overshadowed the shopping experience. I asked the manager if she could hold two items for about an hour while I looked around the mall, and she immediately said they don't hold merchandise. Just a few minutes later, another customer walked in, and I watched the same manager hand her a pair of shorts that had clearly been put on hold. That inconsistency was frustrating. I came back and purchased the full set (around $100), but then I was told I had to provide my personal information to complete the purchase. I've shopped at plenty of clothing stores and have never felt pressured to share my information just to buy an outfit. It made the checkout experience uncomfortable. The store itself is cute, and I liked the clothes enough to make the purchase, but the overall attitude from the staff came across as unwelcoming and cliquey. It was disappointing because good customer service goes a long way. I hope management works on providing a more consistent and friendly experience for all customers. Worst of all my daughter was there and felt the weird mean girl energy. The manager had a totally different face when I came back and bought the set lol
