Any shop that offers a 10% discount in exchange for a positive review should, in my opinion, be approached with caution. My experience with this shop was far from positive. A truck that had 250,000 miles on it and was showing signs that should have raised some serious questions about a failing head gasket. Instead, I was led through a series of costly repairs that basically treated the symptoms instead of finding the actual problem. Those repairs ultimately failed within a few weeks. They also installed what I believe were cheap aftermarket parts, including the wrong front struts. When I brought it to their attention, instead of taking responsibility and replacing them, they wanted to charge me to install a lift on the rear of the truck to compensate for the front end sitting higher than the rear. WTF? Another big concern was the price and quality of the parts. When I asked about the brand of the parts they were installing, which seemed they were hesitant to reveal, I was surprised to find what appeared to be nearly a 100% markup compared with retail prices. Their invoices also don't identify the brand or manufacturer of the parts, so you really don't know what you're paying for. In my experience, the parts were marked up an unreasonable amount, especially considering the quality. Looking back, I feel like the focus was more on getting me to authorize additional repairs rather than properly figuring out what was actually wrong with the truck, knowing Id probably just cut my losses if I had been told the truth about the head gasket from the beginning. I originally brought my truck here because I was trying to avoid dealership prices. Unfortunately, when I finally took it to the dealership, that's when I learned what was actually wrong with the truck, which was in fact the head gasket and the wrong struts installed. The dealership also asked me if I had ever used a quick sealant in my engine because of the sludge they found in the radiator overflow, the radiator that auto clinique just replaced. I don't have proof, but definitely raised even more concerns about the shop practices. I was so hopeful that I had found an honest shop, but sadly, I'd have to say they are far from it. And Ray, I'm not interested in you telling me how you offer a year warranty on your parts and repairs. Thank you

I was informed exactly where they were in their process through text mails that lead you to a dashboard which displays Dropped Off - Started - Finished - Picked Up. In addition, it displays the costs and deductible with contacts with DFW and your insurance provider. Overall, they did a great job on my car, and they were able to help fund the deductible based on my financial situation. DFW was my fourth visit. I was skeptical about the business and the area it was in, but Peyman eased my concerns immediately. He listened and he was very hospitable and informative of the process and timeline for repair. When my Wife dropped off the car for repair, they paid for an Uber to get her back home! The car looked great once finished and I was a happy camper. Fast forward to October 2019, I noticed several dark spots on my hood where it had been painted the year previous. You could tell the spots were under the paint and I could not polish them out. I took the car back to DFW Pro Bright Star and Pouya, not only greeted me with a friendly smile, he actually remembered me from over a year ago. He quickly assessed the situation and without hesitation, he asked me to leave the car so they can take care of it. After four days, they called me to say my car was finish and to come get it. The morning before pickup, he even called to let me know a winch part didn't actually need to be installed. He offered to install it anyway if I wanted, but recommended leaving it out. I appreciated the honesty and told him to go with his judgment. Because of that, they removed almost $600 of labor from my bill.
