They took 3 months to get anything done and we had to call almost every week to get an update (which was nothing because they had not worked on anything whatsoever other than taking apart the car to diagnose it). We eventually got tired of the wait and decided to get it towed and pay what was needed to get it out of the lot and let Scott know that was the plan. Not only was the car not ready for a tow because the parts were not in the car, but when asked to do so repeatedly he ended up shoving the parts into the car and left it. Worst experience I have ever had from a mechanic I do not recommend wasting your time, energy, and money.

They kept my car for two days and charged me $200 just to "run tests." After that, they told me I needed a start sensor, new spark plugs, and an engine carbon cleaning -- with a total estimate of over $1,300. I specifically asked them to tell me only what was necessary to get my car running properly. Their response was, "We can leave the spark plugs and it will still be $800 for the sensor and carbon cleaning." At that point, I felt extremely uncomfortable and pressured, and it seemed like I was being overcharged. I decided to get a second opinion from Elite Exhaust & Brake in Plano, and the difference was shocking. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem by replacing the start sensor for $280 -- that's it. No upselling, no unnecessary work. They called me back the next day, told me I needed a new engine, and gave me an estimate around $6,500. I went in and asked if my engine could be repaired and was told no. I was charged a $100 diagnostic fee and took my car to Auto Clinique to get a second opinion. Once they got to my car, it took less than an hour to not only diagnosis but repair it and have it running again, all for $150. Saved me over $6,000! Update: I was able to obtain a refund for the diagnostic fee and they seemed willing to learn and improve.

I got my car back and AC was not working I was told they had added dye to the system so they can locate the "leak" and filled my AC system back with refrigerant. Once I got my car back the AC was not working. I tried calling back but it was already 4pm and which they had closed on Saturday. I got charged 375 which included my oil change and the recharge to my system. I was told the AC was working but it turned out it wasn't, feels like I got scammed this time around. This wasn't the first time I've had them look at it and they keep saying I have no leak and that it cannot be located. I've pumped the system my self with refrigerant and you could hear the leak coming from the bottom of my condenser coil.
