The pistachio flavor is absolutely my favorite. Unlike many pistachio ice creams that only have the flavor, this one actually has real pistachio pieces you can bite into, which makes it even better. I also like Häagen-Dazs because the ingredients are simple and trustworthy. The nutty, rich taste feels deep and not overly sweet, so it's something I would definitely order again.

Needed something to cool off from this summer heat. Haagen Dazs is one of my favorites, love their midnight cookies and cream! I also love their coffee but unfortunately they were out, so decided to try the pistachio ( nutty, sweet and salty; okay in my opinion). Stood in line for about 15mins for ice cream lol but understandable. The lady that helped us looked pretty burnt out but was soft spoken and nice. The portion were, well, I guess not as big as some other places offer but still was enough to satisfy the ice cream cravings.

I went up to get a milkshake and a girl named Jessika G took my order and made my milkshake She was kind of rude at first, but I just let it go. After receiving my milkshake, it was watery and nasty. I asked her if she could, please remake it. She rolled her eyes at me and another employee name Mary we made the drink for me and was very sweet but Jessica she was very rude mean and disrespectful! She kept talking very rudely about me. I heard it to another employee. I spent $10 on a milkshake. I don't want a nasty water down milkshake.

Happy National Vanilla Milkshake Day! Hmmm a great reason for a cool treat and why not at Häagen-Dazs. This location is at the Makai Market in Ala Moana Shopping Center which is one of the food courts located on the lower street level and is a good sized corner area where you're able to look at the menu easily along with the choice of ice cream they have to offer. On a mission for my milkshake strange enough with all the vibrant images with some of the menu items them basic menu is "basic" with a board placed atop the display case noting all they have to offer with sizes and price, milkshakes comes in two sizes small and regular ranging with or without toppings are quite expensive. No I didn't get vanilla but the small Coffee Chip which is $8.31, very disappointing as I didn't get coffee and just fragments of chip...taste was bland zero wow factor sadly and after a few sips was done...

Would give zero stars if I could. The service is always horrible when I come here. I tried to give multiple chances but they are just rude. The worker was so sassy to me when I asked a question about the drinks and this is not the first time she'd been rude to me. My shake was also super milky and liquidy and not shake-like at all. The consistency of the drink was like just a little thicker than milk. The only reason I'd come back is because of the fact that there aren't many Haagen Dazs on island.

Got the dazzle cookies and cream sundae. It was better than I'd expected. I thought it would've been super sweet, but nope! Especially because she asked for whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. However, it really made it taste better. For some reason, it was really delicious! Maybe cause it's Häagen Daz ice cream. Not too sweet and not bland! Aww dang it! I forgot to take photos! That's how yummy it was. Anywho, this was a good choice for today's dessert. Good choice my bebeh!

Amazing. Service amazing! Located in Ala Moana Food court. Anything you could ever want is located here (I do mean ice cream wise)! Very, very clean (just thought I would point that out). I ordered a recommendation, 'Midnight Cookies and Cream', yeah, I'll take it. Amazing!!! Lash and Chiyler were great (ask for one of them). I'll definitely be back, and stop on for a pick me up next time I'm at Ala Moana.

Yummo! Regular size Dazzler sundae banana split. Look at all that goodness waiting to be eaten

Went to the Makai Market food court at Ala Moana shopping center on a busy Saturday afternoon. Hadn't been there in years! My BFF & I had lunch first & then dessert. What better dessert to have on a hot afternoon in Hawaii than ice cream! Long line like the other food places here. I was 8th in line & noticed there was only one worker behind the counter. Why would they have only 1 on a busy day? Shorthanded or someone on break? I thought service was going to be super slow but to my surprise, the line moved along in a good pace. I didn't catch her name but she was fast on her feet, accurate, & kept the line going. Then I saw another worker appear so he either was on break or just started his shift. Kudos to the young lady for her customer service. I hope she is paid well for she is a hard worker. I got the regular sized sundae vs the small & only because the price difference was like 50/60 cents. Small size comes with 2 scoops & regular is 3 scoops. You get your choice of ice cream as well. I first thought the regular size had 2 scoops but when she told me 3 scoops, I was pleasantly surprised. My banana split was so ONO! It tasted as good as it looked. Was only going to eat 1/2 then bring the rest home but my BFF & I were talking story & before I knew it, it was all gone. It was the best banana split I've had in a long time. I selected vanilla, mint chocolate chip, & coffee for ice cream. Banana was firm but sweet, strawberries tasted fresh. It was topped with a huge serving of whipped cream & a cherry. Yummo! Give there sundaes a try, you won't be disappointed. The only downside was the cost, it was just under $10 WOW! $9.50 plus. 45 tax for $9.95. I personally thought it was overpriced but in view of the rising costs everywhere, it's one of those things we have learned to accept in the times we're living in.

    Coffee Chip Ice Cream
    Chanel M.

I love Haagen Daz ice cream... period. I had to stop by and get their coffee chip ice cream. That was so good so I had to stop by the following day to try a mocha coffee frappe (sub coffee chip ice cream). It's a little pricey ($7ish) but worth it.

Founder Leonard Rego pioneered commercializing them, creating a cult following for the crisp-on-the-outside, doughy-on-the-inside treats. There's nothing like a nice, hot, and fresh malasada. However, there are many alternative malasada purveyors throughout Honolulu, so I depended on local vloggers to find the best ones. This one popped up often on YouTube, and as luck would have it, we were dining at The Pig & The Lady on the next block. How calorifically convenient. We took the opportunity to stop by for a pre-dinner snack since they closed at 6PM. It's a cute shop with multiple sweets including quite a selection of housemade ice cream and delectable mouthfuls called Cake Bombs (Photo 10). We decided we would be good and ordered one unfilled Malasada each. Dusted with various sugar flavors, they were just $2.65 a piece. I went for the Coffee, while Jamie chose the daily special, Cinnamon (Photo 6). They were soft and tasty, quite comparable to Leonard's albeit a tad smaller. That wasn't necessarily a bad thing since we had dinner ahead of us. However, we let temptation get the best of us and shared a $5.50 slice of the Ube Haupia Mac Nut Bar, a yummy combination of sweet potato and ube topped with haupia (coconut milk pudding) on a macadamia nut crust (Photo 9). Truth be told, it stole the show from the malasadas.
